6/10
Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Following a long tiring day we found out there was no shuttle pickup service we took a taxi, but instead of 5 kms from the airport as advertised we found the place was a lot further. On arrival they were confused about the reservation and when we finally got a room the key wouldn’t turn on the lights or power in the room. They called out a repairman, on my insistence they finally gave us another room.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025The room service (food) was not ideal for me but other than that, service was excellent. The room was spacious and great view.
