Quadrato Studios

Quiet and confortable room. Balcony had a great view of city and mountains.

Altamente recomendados!

Room was spacious and new/ modern

Excellent

It was brand new when I was there. If you're staying, I'd say..., longer than a week or two, know that there's no housekeeping and no supplies to clean the studio apartment yourself. There is a laundry machine (washer & dryer). There's a iron, you just have to ask for it at the front desk or through Whatsapp. I do suspect that their WhatsApp communication is handled by AI and then relayed. Ultimately, a decent stay.

Very nice place, my studio looked just like in the pictures. Keep it up

Excellent location . Quiet . The front desk staff was very helpful. Great place to stay .

El trato la atención

This place was amazing Great staff

Quiet, quaint, safe, secure, and CLEAN. The studios are small, but modern. Adequate for short stays of 3-5 days. The staff is friendly, flexible, attentive, and responsive! For a short stay, I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel and they've done a wonderful job on stopping street noises from entering the rooms. Perhaps the best I have stayed in for sound. I've been in over 75 different hotels. The area isn't my favorite part of town but it has a good size mall close with currency exchange and a big grocery store. A 5 minute walk. Movie 🍿, restaurants too. The room is well stocked, but need cleaning equipment and a mat by the bed. There's washer and dryer on the roof top. No too far from the metro station, Sur America. I walked it. Staff are good and friendly, not overly Having a balcony is really nice too. No cleaning services here which doesn't bother me. I prefer it this way. Overall really good. I will be back for the quiet rooms

My stay @ this place (QUADRATRO STUDIOS) in MEDELLIN was incredibly unforgettable, i will return back in a heart beat 💓

It was very nice and the view was amazing

Nice place esthetically but major warning to PB’s. Don’t. A/c would not cool. US govt funhouse where the tricks never end.

The property was new, clean, convenient, near the mall, security was excellent, hot tub on roofs with amazing view, gym, washer and dryer, rooms came wiith everything, fridge, stove, everything you need highly recommended.

The place matched the pictures, the staff was great, felt very secured & the roof top had a great view. Will definitely stay there again.

Great

Very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and secure. The staff was helpful and responsive. The surrounding area was perfect as I was able to find a local shopping mall, a local supper market and a cool pizza/bar, all with in a 5 min walking distance. Stayed a week with my girlfriend. Only thing I would recommend is bring an extra towel as the towels are not changed during your stay, but that is stated in the rules and conditions packet. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Having filled out the check-in form beforehand, the process was super fast. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room and facilities were very clean and modern. Everything was right on the street. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Excellent property, nice area, clean, friendly staff.

Stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave! The location and view from my apartment was excellent and the amenities were also wonderful. Would love to stay here again soon!

Excellent Services!!!

Amazing facility great staff

Is nice place ! More important they have AC , jacuzzi on top of building! I did not use I stay only 4 days ! Reception very nice !

I had a wonderful stay and everything met my expectations. The room and building are super new, modern and clean. The staff was incredibly attentive and made

Very clean and a city center 2 blocks away and plenty dining options near by

You won't be disappointed here

I recently stayed at Quadrato Studio, and I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep! The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to Calle 70. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

A new and very modern and clean appartment hotel. No services, reception open 24h. My experience would have been perfect without the last morning incident: I had booked a taxi to the airport a day before my departure for 8:00 am. The guy in the reception made and confirmed my booking and the price of 120.000 pesos. Next morning when I checked out there was another guy at the reception and he had no idea of any taxi booking. Instead, he said they do not arrange any transportations. Anyway, he promised to get me a transport. First he said the price is 190.000 pesos, which I declined. Finally he got me a taxi for 140.000 pesos. Luckily I had reserved time until my flight. This episode took ca. 25 minutes before the taxi arrived. The service was very friendly but incidents like this should not take place!

I couldn’t recommend this property enough! The staff attention was excellent, perfectly located, wonderful amenities!

Excelente.

Excelente opción. Algunas cosas a mejorar.
