Mi estadía en Hotel 28 en Cancún fue realmente excelente ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. La propiedad es impecable en todo sentido y me hizo sentir muy bien. Además, su ubicación es perfecta: a pocos pasos está el Mercado 28, con infinidad de tiendas de artesanías, y también el Parque de las Palapas, donde hay fiesta, buena comida y ambiente todos los días. No es un hotel frente al mar, pero eso no es problema, ya que hay muchas playas cercanas a las que se puede llegar en carro y disfrutar de un buen día. Lo que más me gustó es que, si quieres comer, solo sales y encuentras restaurantes con excelente atención, música en vivo y precios accesibles. El hotel es muy agradable, con estacionamiento al frente, lo cual lo hace aún más cómodo. Sin duda, una experiencia que me encantó y que recomiendo.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Costumer service was amazing everyone was super friendly! They have a security gate and made us feel so safe! Our studio suite was very clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed that way every day! The location was perfect only 5 min from the ADO bus station and in walking distance from Mercado 28 and Parque las Palapas! We had a few drinks at the pool and they were really good! Overall a really quiet place to enjoy without any crowds!

Le séjour a l Hôtel 28 s’est globalement très bien passé. L’entrée fut un peu compliquée car ils s’attendaient à ce que je paye sur place les nuits que j’avais déjà payés sur Hôtels.com. J’ai contacté le site et ils ont envoyé un mail à l’hôtel pour confirmer mon propos. L’Hotel est récent. Les appartements sont grands et propres avec 2 chambres avec des lits doubles. La cuisine est bien même s’il manquait une casserole et un micro-onde. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien dans les chambres comme dans la pièce principale. La salle de douche et les toilettes sont configurées bizarrement mais tout fonctionne très bien. Le wifi de l’hôtel est très bien et la piscine est petite mais elle fait totalement l’affaire et elle est nettoyée régulièrement. Je conseille très fortement cet hôtel.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The front receptionist helped me book my tours. The pool is right in the middle and is easily accessible to all. Mercado 28 is right in the front of the hotel. I would book again.

Very beautiful little Motel, only about a dozen rooms. Very private comfortable. Wonderful coffee, bar and continental breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs.

We had a great time even though we went for 2 days , we wish we did more. Great location, if you want to get away from hotel area. We had the famous Mercado 28 in front of the property, which was amazing , lots of restaurants , lots of stores for souvenirs…. You also have the Oxxo next to it. Walmart is so close by too. You can walk for a kilometer or uber or taxi. Very clean, neat property! We hit a couple of bumps in the evening because our flight got in at 11:30 I had made arrangements with Francisco for transportation and we were never picked up , we had to get a taxi. When we got there no one’s there at reception but the security guard opens the door for us. He took us to our room but there are no instructions or anything , couldn’t open fridge , had a lock on it. I must say that next day Francisco went above and beyond helping us out, he apologized for the misunderstanding, and didn’t pay our way back to airport! He was very helpful and understanding! Thank you Francisco!!!We will definitely come back to this amazing quiet place. My family and I loved it!

Una estancia corta pero muy agusto

After more than 70 countries and couple of hundreds hotels i most say that this is my Top 5. Didnt expect this kind of place outside the resort. We didnt wanted to staybatvthe crowded resort area so this was à jackpot. The place is spottless and Really good service. This is like an luxury hotel and your own home. We stayed for 10 nights with our boys. We were really taked care from the first minute, you can see that they really care about you. The staff are amazing and they make you feel at home, the hotel is super clean and you can also cook your own food. You have really good Tacos around the corner with local people. My last word is WOW and

A lovely property in not the most lovely part of town. Perfectly safe, many amenities nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the pool is perfectly lovely. The room was clean, the a/c worked perfectly, my stay was excellent in every way possible. Great valur for money if you don't mind being in a very pedestrian neighborhood.

The check-in was very inconvenient. Our flight came in after 6 PM. Therefore, there was nobody at the front desk. The front desk was closed. I went there one time then I had to leave. I came back around because I needed to check in. Finally, the security guard came out and he’s the one that let me in, but it was very inconvenient. I had four minors with me and it was 1 AM

Great place to stay if you have an early flight out of the Cancun airport

The staff were polite. The room was clean, spacious, and decorated in a modern style. The air conditioning worked perfectly in both the kitchen and bedroom.

Thank you Miguel Angel for checking in and out efficiently. We only stay over night but the place was very nice and clean.

It was the first time that I have stayed at the property and was suitably impressed by the hotel and notably the staff who were focused and friendly. The location is well placed for restaurants in the downtown area as well as the ADO autobus station. I will certainly stay again when passing through Cancun.

Good location and clean, the loved the pool. Room needs side tables for the sofa and a coffee table.

Beautiful property, great rooms. Currently renovating but did not interfere with the excellent attention of the staff and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Great place to stay in Cancun Centro!

This new property was such a surprise. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were all super kind and helpful. The market is right across the street and lines of different restaurants are walkable along with a grocery store as well. I would very much recommend staying here!

Es un hotel MUY seguro, limpio y cuenta con lo necesario. Muy cercano de tiendas, mercado, farmacias. Lo recomiendo mucho, el personal fue amable y los costos accesibles. Pd. En el mercado, fuimos estafados por la gente que tiene un local de venta de paquetes turísticos, tengan cuidado. No contraten con ellos.

A hidden gem for travelers looking beyond the beach resorts. Excellent central location, great value for the price, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
