Excellent stay

New hotel so everything was nice and new. Only issue was the A/C unit had something wrong with it and was very noisy.

Everything was as expected except they ran out of eggs at breakfast :(

Overall a great hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds.

Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Gave us info on locak attractions and food. Rooms very tidy. Kids had a great time in the pool. The only dissapointing thing was no kids channels on the tv. Not a big deal.

Staff was helpful and friendly and loved the room that we were staying in. I am going back for another stay.

Ashley was very helpful! Loved the shower. My wife enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. Liked everything so much we stayed again on our way home!!

Brand new. Great rooms. Convenient to hwy for a stopover en route to Ottawa but for half the price of Ottawa. Lovely town and waterfront promenade close by.

The facility appeared to have been recently built since everything was so clean and looked brand new. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We felt safe once the door was locked, and slept well since it was so quiet.

Beautiful decor, clean, bright, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast offered only pork products. We had sausage 4/5 days. 2/5 bacon. Baseball teams were running around during the night. The pancake maker had a weird twist to it. I noticed several people having trouble with it. The fridge in the room couldn't keep up cooling. I had to have my medicine put into kitchen fridge. They took my freezer packs and put them in the kitchen freezer. Thank you.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not equipped adequately. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash, The only option is to use a soap bar but there is no place to deposit the soap bar other than on the floor of the shower which is not exactly germ free. Not the quality I expect from a Quality Inn. No soap dish next to the bathroom sink either. Needs some attention.

Very clean and great staff. First staff member in arrival was the receptionist who took time to explain everything. Her name is Ashley and a lady that I did not get her name who works in the morning on the breakfast who shows me how to use the waffel maker.

Excellent property, staff, grounds etc! Especially Ashley at front desk. She was amazing going above and beyond to ensure we are very comfortable! She definitely deserves a raise or promotion!!!

There was public hair in the face towel when we entered the room. We advised staff and got a “sorry” the next morning.

We found the room very noisey i.e. 3 aircondioners under our window,also no restock of coffee supplies, and breakfast bar was sparce.over all kinda dis appointed.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and location

This is a lovely new hotel, but it shares a lot with a McDonald's, which can make it difficult to maneuver around in during peak food times because of the drive-thru. Also, while the facility is very clean and new, we did not lie the fact that there was nowhere to put any of your shower accessories in the standup glass shower, plus the sliding shower door would not stay closed. We also tried to enjoy the indoor pool, but found it too chilly and the towels provided were extremely small.

This was a perfect hotel for a get away. Wonderful friendly staff. The hotel caters to handicapped by offering accessible rooms with tub seats or walk in showers and a pool lift. Great breakfast.

The property was great ! It offered clean surroundings, clean guestoom conditions , good breakfast choices , top service for breakfast and convenient location. Staff was always polite and courteous . Even liked the service policy that avoided cleaning and servicing the room for the first 2 days of one s stay . I would definitely stay again

Extremely disappointed in the lack of housekeeping, even when requested. Horrible mattress and ineffectual air conditioning. Neither of the TWO televisions in our room worked correctly. Very disappointing stay especially when this property is only been open five months.

Nice new hotel with an indoor pool. Staff was very friendly. My only area of concern was the breakfast. The coffee was bitterly strong and the food was cold. Would definitely stay again though.

The property is brand new as of spring 2025. Lovely check-in staff. (sorry, forgot name) Nice lobby and room. Nice, soothing colours. Would have been nice to have a bathtub. Forgot to request if there's a tub in room. Breakfast was fine. Need bacon and more fruit choices. Nice clean, spacious dining area. Close to highway so no scenery but handy as a stopover.

It was pricey but connected to a casino it would be.Generally it was pretty good.

I recommend this hotel, it was above what I expected, beatiful decoration and super clean. 5 stars.

Comfortable bed and pillows, black-out blinds needed and effective, thermostat very low on wall — accessible to children, breakfast OK — no muffins, fruit, friendly, efficient staff, no soap dish in shower, many francophone visitors but all signage in English

It was perfect and SO clean!!

Very new but the construction seemed a bit rushed. Still was very comfortable and lots of things nearby. The pook was very tiny. Ashley at the front desk was very nice and gave us lots of info. We would def stay here again.

beds were very very comfortable. Breakfast was standard with hot and cold options. Hot sauce by the eggs was a bonus! I was doing work and resting while there and it was very quiet.

Desk staff are excellent

Getting on/off Hwy 401 to the hotel is so easy and convenient. There's a gas station right next door. The hotel is new (only opened March 2025). Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay again.

The room had real technical problems. Namely, the chains were broken off the window blinds so they could not be closed. It was impossible to close them for privacy or sleeping. The water flow in the bathroom was so low it was impossible to have a shower, so we tried for a bath, but the stopper was such low quality it wouldn't keep the water in the tub. The room was above the kitchen for the breakfast. Staff left the door slam so many times when coming and going into and out of the breakfast room that it was impossible to sleep in. Very irritating. Otherwise the room and the bed were comfortable.

Not enough wheelchair parking. None around the back and back door is not push button accessible. Toilets are too low. In hindsight I should have booked a wheelchair accessible room. The A/C rattled when on so kept waking me up throughout the night.

We were in Prescott for a baseball tournament. This hotel was great, clean. Staff is great, friendly. Breakfast buffet was great.

Nearly new, so all good. Convenient stop close to the 401.

During a heavy thunderstorm, water leaked through our window. No flood, nothing major, but there was definitely a puddle on thw windowsill. Let them know at front desk as i assumed it would be something they would want to look into...nope. They didn’t bother. One cleark did call up to make sure we didn’t need to go to another room. Hallways were dreadfully warm. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Clean throughout the building

This property was great, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was when we went for breakfast at 9am there wasnt alot left and cutlery was low in stock. People were going through cabinets trying to find things. Overall a great stay, plan to be back.

Everything was nice but their fees of $40 is rather exorbitant for animals. Doesn’t really make it pet friendly.
