Beautifully maintained property, everything was modern and clean, our room had full facilities, and the bed linen and towels were high quality. Breakfast could be requested the night before which made it easy when booking excursions, the host was amazing and helped with booking transport and looked after our case on the last day so we could do another excursion "bag free" I would highly recommend.

Nothing could be faulted, will definitely book again.

The owner was wonderful !!!. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely. The location was a little far from the main tourist areas but Uber was never more than 4 euro so that was never a problem.

The staff was amazing and went the extra mile to help us with the bags. We could check in early, the room was big, and the bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast too.

Hele leuke accommodatie, erg schoon en heerlijke douche en bed. Van alle gemakken voorzien en Pedro (eigenaar) en Anna (ontbijtservice) zijn een voortreffelijke gastheer/vrouw. Zo vriendelijk! We komen hier graag nog eens terug voor het mooie Porto

Sowohl das Gebäude außen/innen, das Zimmer, besonders das/der Frühstück(sraum) sind perfekt! Gedopt hat das dann noch der Inhaber Pedro, der ein höfliches, kompetentes Service anbietet und stetig aufs Angenehmste anwesend ist. 🤩👏👍🇦🇫🇦🇹

Wunderschöner Altbau, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ruhig. Ich habe in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen

Excentré de la zone touristique mais une station de métro pas loin permet d'être très vite au bord du Douro. Au final, pas du tout dérangeant mais bon à savoir.

Mooi en groot appartement. Prima bed en ruime badkamer. Vlakbij metro en verschillende bakkers, restaurants en winkels Het ligt in een woonwijk, maar je bent met het ov in 15-20 minuten in centrum

Très jolie batisse, superbement rénovée, mais pas fonctionnelle du tout ! La douche dans la chambre, dans un placard qui sent le moisi, sans fenêtre avec une VMC en panne ... horrible ! (Chambre numero 3), le frigo table de chevet avec le moteur dans les oreilles, prises de courant inutilisables pour certaines, rien pour ranger les vêtements, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui s'entrebaille seulement, bar très bruyant côté jardin, impossible de dormir avant 1h30 du matin. Bref, je pense en avoir assez dit !

Endroit calme et on a pu se garer facilement dans la rue, le personnel agréable, le logement un peu petit mais très propre, et l’accès à l’établissement et à la chambre est sécurisé par codes d’accès

Il manque quelques accessoires comme par exemple un sèche cheveux

Le lieu superbe, une chambre très spacieuse, très bien décorée avec goût et charme. Idéalement situé, à côté du métro et à 10-15 minutes du centre historique... Parfait pour découvrir la ville.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le Blau 1911, c'est un endroit calme, ce qui fait du bien quand on passe la journée avec la foule des touristes en plein centre. Les chambres sont tres propres et joliment décoré, avec goût qui fait que l’on se sent de suite tres bien. On a ete tres bien accueilli et le petit déjeuner était un régal.

The room was comfy, homely and well equipped. The location was both central and quiet. Breakfast was varied, sumptuous and fredh. Above all the host was accomodating, helpful, hospitable and kind.

Great small hotel for our one-night stay in Porto. The area is nice, without the crowds of Bolhao and Ribeira. Super quiet at night, and the patio was lovely for doing some laptop work!

The room has very little floor-space, so it was very tight with our two open suitcases. The toilet/sink room is also tiny, with only enough space for one person. Much better for a solo traveller than a couple. I also wish we didn’t have to order breakfast by 9 pm the night before, because we weren’t sure yet if we’d be able to make it. I tried to go for breakfast without having ordered, but the breakfast had closely early (I guess everyone who pre-ordered was finished).

Un po’ di rumore dal bar vicino se si ha il sonno leggero, non era il mio caso!

Nuestra estancia ha sido una auténtica maravilla. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. La ubicación es excelente y nos permitió disfrutar de todo con facilidad. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta!

The location was very convenient, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Stylish, modern apartment, in a great location for access to the tram into Porto and to local restaurants. Wonderful air conditioning. Comfortable, huge bed, with lovely, good quality bed linen. Plenty of hot water. Tea, coffee pods, washing up liquid, bottled water provided, as were toiletries. Large, fluffy towels. Great little breakfast area. Keyless so it was only a matter of punching in an access code for the main door, then an individual code( which we received earlier in the day) for the apartment.

Water pressure was quite weak in the shower and the shower floor was very slippery, when wet.. The bathroom sink wasn't secure and it looked like the toilet roll holder had been previously broken, but not replaced. Even though these things were annoying, we would happily stay there again.

Comfortable beds, liked having tea, coffee and a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was very good, with a good range of options offered. Very helpful when we needed extra storage for our baggage.

Beautiful space, very comfortable. AC and mini fridge. Staff were lovely, available to contact immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate us - even helping us to find the channel showing the World Cup semi final, leaving it on the TV in the room for when we arrived back to watch the second half😆 15 minute drive to airport and 25 min walk into the centre, great location.

Piękny apartament z patio gdzie można zjeśś śniadanie,zadbane eleganckie i pachnące wnętrza,mega czysy ,pokój ogromny,,aneks z wyposażwniem,czÿscutki i komplerny (,kieluszki,sztućce),blisko do metra i komunukacji,metrem 3 stacje do centrum, łatwy dojazd z lotniska..Najvudowniejszy personel,Pani która przygotowuje śniadania i nadzoruje bardzo ciepła,serdeczna i właściciel.Następnym razem też się zatrzymam w tym.miejscu.

Overall we had excellent experience. Anna greated and helped us inside. I wish there was an Anna everywhere. She helped with our room, breakfast, towels etc. Great can do attitude, so friendly & accommodating. We had the front room that was very spacious w/comfortable bed. Highly recommend and i would stay here again.

The street noise can be a bit loud but not really anything you can do about that. Its the city.

The rooms with the decor, the cleanliness and the facilities, especially the size was exceptional. We couldn't have found a room this size in the old town. The property was well kept, the common areas were clean and well lit.

However, the location is so not ideal. No matter what the reviews say, it is extremely difficult to get to without Uber/car. Public transport involves a 10/15 minute walk and then a 15/20 minute ride to the old town, which is avoidable for a tourist. For purposes other than tourism, this place would be perfect, but for a first timer in Porto, it's a nightmare to find it and make the way in without a reception, and a lift as well. However, I have to appreciate the host/owner who very kindly helped us with our bags. This place is a beautiful cozy stay but definitely not ideal for tourists as it's too far from Porto Old Town.

Conforto, segurança e atendimento.

Location was excellent, less than 10min walk to Casa da Musica tube station and less than 10min walk to Mercado Bom Sucesso. Staff received us extremely well, very helpful and accommodating. The room was enormous, just like the photos, lovely fragrance, and spotlessly clean. There is Aircon which was turned on for us during the housekeeping while we were out, which was quite thoughtful considering the hot weather, so we came back to a cool and fresh room after a day in the heat. The property overall is nicely decorated and the mattress was very comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have few hooks to hang the towel/clothes in the bathroom and a basket to hold the shampoo and soap in the shower enclosure. But overall, it was just perfect for our needs and would definitely stay there again!

Zona central mas bastante calma. Como íamos com um bebé, solicitamos um pequeno favor e foram muito prestáveis! O quarto era bastante confortável e o bebé dormiu muito bem. Varanda agradável. Como era fim de semana, conseguimos estacionamento grátis à porta a partir de sábado.

Espaço incrivel, senti me em casa. Super confortavel e o espaço bem aproveitado.

Os quartos são muito bonitos, luminosos, bem decorados e equipados, limpos e confortáveis. A casa-de-banho tem tudo o que é necessário, tem frigorífico, televisão e pequenas comodidades como café e chá que tornam a experiência mais agradável. Os funcionários são sempre extraordinariamente atenciosos. Não ficarei em qualquer outro sítio sempre que estiver no Porto.
