Hotel Delhi Aerocity Inn

For one night you get what you pay choose it because it was close to the airport it said shuttle but hotel make me pay for the taxi :(

This place is just plain nasty and in a crime area and extremely unsafe

No water in the toilet. Unfriendly staff. They mentioned free shuttle on their website but then charged more than 500rs for less than 3 km drive from the airport

yes all good and near by airpot

A few minutes after checking in, I requested another room due to the poor condition and dirtiness of the first room assigned to me. The second room was smaller but less dirty than the first. Due to my dissatisfaction, I requested an adjustment to the rate I had paid, since that same room was advertised on Expedia.com at half the price I was charged. But the manager, Rahul Singh, refused and made a series of excuses, pretexts, and lies to justify himself, including: 1) He offered to cancel the reservation, but at the same time told me that it was not possible because I had already checked in a few minutes earlier. 2) He offered to give me the half-price rate with a new reservation, but I also had to pay the previous rate for the first reservation because it was not possible to cancel it. In other words, I could simply do so and pay for it, and then decide which one to spend the night in. In short, the conflict was not about the cost, it was about the dirtiness, and his cynical and stupid behavior reflects contempt, greed, and indifference to basic good customer service. For these reasons, I do not recommend this filthy hotel, even if it were free.

A really clean and comfortable stay with easy access to the airport the staff member that showed me the room was very helpful and nice, the following morning at check out was easy and fine 24/7 Taxi sarvice available

Everything is very very good very comfortable rooms and good sarvice near by igi airport close to shopping mall

Everything is very very good near by igi airport very comfortable room

Booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 night due to excessive street and festival noise. Unfortunately timing was bad and arrived during Kanwar Yatra and noise was unbearable and they didn’t have any comparable rooms. The ac and hot water are fine. Would recommend management paint over any repairs as it doesn’t look so good. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Hotel Propaty And ROOM IS GOOD

Nice room and comfortable bed washroom was very clean, Near by the airport.

What a fantastic hotel very good service and cleaning.location wonderful all staff is a very nice and helpful.fove star

Fint til prisen, men absolut ikke et sted, man skal tilbringe mere end én nat. Meget larm fra vejen, beskidt værelse og slidte faciliteter.

Worst property ever I stayed inn. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty rooms. No water in toilet. They had to change my room but that room was also not good.

Room was very clean and washroom very specious, food was very tasty and specially masala tea. Out side mini types of local market. Location is very easily to near by airport.

Please remove from your website so othres won't get trap in this hotel. We had morning flight and checked in very late, otherwise we would not have spent even a minute in this lousy hotel. Expedia should have a system to verify the property before listing.

Staff is so good but room was too small and washroom was broken .

The hotel was good, but at 4.15 am a male guest or staff was walking between the floors talking loudly on his cellphone for 30 minutes. No consideration whatsoever for those trying to sleep. I believe hotel staff should not allow this.

Should have known by the price but was misled by reviews. Puddles on room floor from bathroom. No lift. Not clean. No top sheet. Rusty plumbing. Old and very tired. You don’t want to stay here. People were nice. Property is not.

Location was very easy and i am one night staying here very comfortable bed and stay was very good and helpful, breakfast was very tasty.

Nice stay and all staffs behaviour good and breakfast was very tasty, near by all types of market.

Near by airport location was very easy and washroom was very nice clean, Staff was friendly and behavior so good.
