Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, oddalony od centrum i starego miasta ale blisko tramwaj nr 1 który wszędzie dowiezie. Blisko sklep spożywczy czynny 7-20. W pokoju aneks, czajnik, suszarka do włosów. Żelazko dostępne na recepcji. Herbatka dostepna na recepcji jak już w pokoju się skończy. Mała lodówka. Kontakty przy łóżku, w większym pokoju z tarasem było gorsze rozmieszczenie.
W pokoju był bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, po rozmowie na recepcji i ok 2-3h na jedną noc przenieśli nas do innego pokoju z tarasem. Naspnego dnia było ok w łazience ale szafa śmierdziała. Okazuje się że było sprzątane śmierdząca szmatą.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Vienna. The location is not very central but is 2 mins from a tram stop and you are in the city centre in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The roof terrace was lovely and had great views. Our balcony was really nice and the kitchen facilities were good. Nice coffee machine. Good aircon. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we visit Vienna

Postele docela úzké a dost malá koupelna, to je ale samozřejmě velmi subjektivní. Stejně tak vnímání okolí hotelu - nějak jsme si Vídeň přestavovali čistší a byla nakonec jako naše Praha... :)

General cleanliness. When i got to my room, i found several black curly mid-length hairs. Definitely not mine as I have long blonde hair…. Bring your ear plus, the road is busy and the fridge is also rather noisy

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Вже вкотре зупиняємось у цьому готелі. Гарний і ввічливий персонал. І завжди все на висоті: чиста постіль, добре обладнана кухня,: є чайник, капсульна кавоварка, посуд. У нас вікно виходило на проїжджу частину. І при зачиненому вікні, шуму з вулиці не відчували зовсім. Поруч продуктові магазини.

The bicycle storage place not really a storage place. Just a simple stand. And next to a door that anybody can open from inside. Park at your on responsibility because anybody can access the parking area from the street. The receptionist could do better. The first thing that came out of her mouth when i was checking in is i cannot bring myself to bicycle to my room. No welcome or good afternoon etc. Which i replied i know because i already asked twice with the hotel before i arrived. The receptionist next day with the head scarf was more friendly.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Camera pulita, con un comodo angolo cottura per una colazione o un pasto veloce. Bellissima terrazza dalla quale si può ammirare un suggestivo panorama su Vienna. Reception sempre disponibile, ottima comunicazione. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione, a metà strada tra un palazzetto sportivo in cui si è disputata una gara di nostro interesse e il centro città. Ci siamo mossi prevalentemente con uber ma so che l'hotel è ben collegato anche con i mezzi. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, letti comodi.
Suggerisco di lasciare agli ospiti anche una piccola dotazione di bagnoschiuma e shampoo, utile soprattutto se si arriva tardi la sera e non si ha possibilità di acquisto immediato.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Upon arrival we checked in at the reception. We got the keys fast and the communication was great. The reception is open 24/7. The hallways are clean and quiet. Our room was on the 4th floor. Although the hotel is on the main road (6 lanes) so when the windows are open it is quite loud, but when closed, it is nice and quiet, just a little humming. There was a heatwave that week so the AC was on a lot and it really cooled the room down. The bed was comfortable, good size for 2 people. We could watch Netflix/Sky. The kitchen is very functional. The room was clean, tidy and as on the photos. It is a great value for money. Although far from the city center, but with Tram 1 just behind the corner, it was easy to go in, took around 20 min. There is a huge Billa close by. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back next time.
The pillows were quite flat, could have been a bit more thicker.

Az egyik oldalon nem volt éjjeli szekrény és egy személyre volt ágyazva, szerencsére a szekrényben volt a másik. Minden konyhai eszközből csak 2 van, nincs dugóhúzó, sörnyitó és edényszárító.

Esperienza da dimenticare, le camere erano a dir poco sporche con muffa nera nel bagno, impronte di scarpe sul tetto, ragnatele agli angoli delle pareti, filtro clima totalmente intasato che non veniva pulito da anni, materasso senza coprimaterasso ma con sopra semplicemente il lenzuolo normale, macchie strane sul pavimento del bagno. Siamo stati protagonisti di uno spiacevole episodio dove ci hanno richieato un pagamento illecito di 400€ che grazie a Booking ci hanno restituito. Attenzione, c'è la cucina ma se fate fumo scatta l'allarme pure se utilizzate un deodorante spray. Esperienza orribile sconsiglio vivamente.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Einfach perfekt – wie ein Zuhause in Wien Ich war eine ganze Woche in diesem Hotel und kann wirklich nur sagen: Es hätte nicht besser sein können! Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt – eigentlich sogar noch besser. Zu Beginn hatte ich ein kleineres Zimmer, aber das Hotel ist mir unglaublich entgegengekommen und hat mir ohne Aufpreis ein Upgrade gegeben. Das neue Zimmer war wirklich geräumig, komfortabel und einfach perfekt. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben meinen Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Nach einer Woche kann ich mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt – besser hätte es wirklich nicht sein können!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Everything was just PERFECT! The location, cleanliness, equipment, staff (so friendly and helpful). Lidl was just 5 minutes walk away and we had everything we needed. AC was functioning smoothly, it was so quiet and peaceful both at night and during the day, and it was such a satisfying experience! If hopefully I will be going to vienna again I would definitely prefer this hotel. I don’t have any complaints, just a suggestion maybe, slippers would be nice in rooms, just this!

I filtered to have free parking, they do have parking in the back but they charge you an extra 20 euro. The payment for parking was not visible when I booked the room so it basically added significantly to the cost of the room. For that amount I would have been able to get something much better. Plus that parking is so tight, passengers have to get out before parking and the driver barely makes it out. There is a big chance for the car to be scratched in the process. A little mouse was roaming free around the parking lot. The room had a bed and a sofa bed but the space pretty tight compared to other properties I’ve been to in Vienna.

Die Straßenbahn mit sehr gutem Anschluss in belebte Innenstadt liegt nur ums Eck und der Supermarkt auch. Personal war sehr freundlich!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Es un apartamento muy bien conectado con el centro, con la parada del tranvía 1 al lado es super practico. Hay varios supermercados cerca y el barrio es tranquilo. Las camas comodisimas. Las chicas de la recepción que nos atendieron son super amables y cordiales.
Para nuestro gusto faltaba menaje de hogar aunque es verdad que podías pedirlo en recepción, pero nos hubiese gustado tipo una escoba o una bayeta por ejemplo en la cocina. Pequeñas cosas que no quitan lo bien que está el apartamento.

De ingang van de parkeergarage kon bereikt worden vanaf een straat waar auto's 70km/per uur rijden. En het was ook een beetje krap, dus dat vereiste nogal wat energie en aandacht.

The air conditioning was very noisy, something not quite right with it. Was glad to have it, but at night it was a choice of being kept awake by the noise or the heat.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional, responding promptly to messages. With a 24/7 front desk, someone is always available to help, whether you drop by or call. The apartment itself was spotless, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. Having both blinds and curtains was a huge plus -it was easy to block out the light completely so the kids could fall asleep peacefully. While the parking area is on the smaller side, it is essentially covered. Location-wise, a supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, practically right around the corner.
The only slight drawback in our specific apartment was the awkward layout of the power sockets. The TV and the air conditioner essentially had to share a single outlet. We would have loved to run the AC and watch a football match at the same time, but we had to choose one or the other.

It has a small kitchenette, which, though compact, is fully equipped for cooking basic meals. We were also pleased to find that the tap water had absolutely no unpleasant odor and was very comfortable to use. Although it’s a bit of a distance from the city center, there is a tram stop located just a short walk away. Buying the Vienna 7-day pass made our daily transit both convenient and highly budget-friendly. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!
If they could provide a small selection of seasonings, like cooking oil, it would be even better.

Sie hat meine Adresse nicht.....meine Email nicht. . ...Sehr mühsam,sie schaffte es nach einer Ewigkeit doch mir eine Rechnung auf mein Email zu schicken,aber ohne meine Wohnadresse, hat sie leider auch nicht ausgebessert ,obwohl sie es versprochen hat! Finde ich echt schlecht, da eine Geschäftsrechnung doch Standard ist!
