Very nice hotel and the staff are absolutely brilliant. Loads of food choices.

There is no direct exit onto the freeway. You have to drive back around for about 5 mins or longer depending on traffic and pass by the hotel again to exits

The staff were very helpful with big smiles, breakfast is great so many choices, swimming pool is beautiful.

Taking a taxi to go somewhere is a bit tricky because the exit to main road is before the hotel and the taxi has to do the a good circle around Palm the View building, extra time and money.

התארחנו בחופשה משפחתית גדולה ושכרתי 8 חדרים. המלון עצמו נעים, המיקום מצוין, אזור הבריכה טוב והשהייה באופן כללי הייתה בסדר. החדרים והמתקנים סיפקו חוויה נעימה למשפחה, והמלון בהחלט בעל פוטנציאל לחוויית אירוח ברמה גבוהה

לצערי, רמת השירות הייתה רחוקה ממה שציפיתי ממלון Hilton ברמת 5 כוכבים, במיוחד כאורח שהזמין 8 חדרים למשפחתו. כבר בצ’ק-אין הייתה המתנה ארוכה, הצוות בקבלה לא היה מספיק שירותי, מקצועי או מסביר פנים, ולא נעשה ניסיון לייעל את תהליך הקבלה עבור הזמנה גדולה של 8 חדרים. רק לאחר שנאלצתי לערב מנהלת קיבלתי את רמת הטיפול שציפיתי לקבל מלכתחילה. גם בהמשך היו זמני המתנה ארוכים. בשירות החניה נאלצתי להמתין זמן רב לקבלת הרכב. בערב, כשרצינו לשבת כל המשפחה בלובי בסביבות 21:30–22:00 ולשתות קפה, תה ולאכול משהו, גילינו שהשירות בלובי סגור. בפעם אחרת כן קיבלנו שירות, אך הקפה הגיע לאחר המתנה ארוכה מאוד. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת ביחס לרמת המלון: המבחר והאיכות היו בינוניים בעיניי, חסרו מוצרים בסיסיים שהייתי מצפה למצוא במלון 5 כוכבים, כמו אבוקדו ומבחר רחב יותר של גבינות, ולא הייתה מנה שהרגישה מיוחדת או ברמה גבוהה. בנוסף, למרות שהצוות ידע שאנחנו משפחה של כ-10 אנשים שמגיעה מדי יום בשעה קבועה, כמעט בכל בוקר נאלצנו להמתין לשולחן. בסופו של דבר המלון עצמו טוב, אבל השירות הוא חלק מרכזי מחוויית מלון 5 כוכבים, ובנקודה הזאת ציפיתי מ-Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah להרבה יותר

Tesis temiz çalışanlar çok ilgili bize çok yardımcı oldular. Ali şefinde ilgisinden memnun kaldık Türkler için herşey düşünülmüş. Tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir otel oldu.

Massive hotel with a lot of facilities: restaurants and lounges and a huge and beautiful swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast and Dinner were good with a lot of varieties.

Chaotic check-in where we had full access to the rooms at 7 pm after arriving at 3pm. We were given a temporary 1 bedroom for 5 people while waiting for the booked suit to be ready. It was annoying. We heard that the previous guest was granted a late checkout and we had to endure the consequences of the decision. Later, I complained to the Manager who apologized and offered an upgrade with drinks to our half board plan. Water was not mineral but filtered and not properly sealed. I had stomach discomfort from similar filtered water in another Dubai hotel and we decided to skip it and ordered mineral water from outside for the whole stay. Housekeeping was average and we could sometimes notice dust here and there on tables after housekeeping service. It's a massive resort which needs to improve overall customer service orientation.

It was good experience and appreciate the services provided by staff especially Ms. Jennifer available at front desk.

Чуть грязноватая вода в море, плавают водоросли, пена у берега. Постоянно плавая катера очень близко, от них запах бензина или масла, и на поверхности воды тоже как будто масляный налет. Номер брали на троих, все принадлежности были на двоих, уже не стали звонить, спрашивать, как есть пользовались. В спа зоне все очень маленькое, хамам не работал

Hotel moderno e em excelentes condições, funcionários sempre simpáticos e prestáveis, bom pequeno-almoço, zona da piscina agradável. Também gostei da presença de pontos de abastecimento de água (normal, fresca e gaseificada) grátis.

O buffet do jantar era repetitivo e orientado para comidas indianas/orientais. Pouca variedade de cozinha ocidental. A praia, face à época do ano (Agosto), era de difícil permanência devido ao calor extremo. Podia haver programas de animação nocturna na zona exterior, o que seria bem recebido por quem está de férias...

They lied about all the restaurants and lounges. Budha bar is closed and many others. Only 3 places open.

They were always checking if we needed anything .. service was superb

Excellent hotel and a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Maryam at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She truly made my experience even better. Definitely a 10/10! I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The view

Breakfast was excellent, and the location of the restaurant was amazing, but if you come late, after 9 am, the restaurant is very crowded, and you will be lucky if you find a table to sit at.

There were some ants in the room, and we don't know where they came from. You can hear people from the rooms next to you while they speak or watch TV and also from the lobby where kids run and play, like the room has no soundproofing at all. We came to check in between 3 and 4 pm as we requested, and the room was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't, but this was sorted out by the team. The towels were smelling bad, like they were not washed or cleaned. The hotel should have more than just 1 restaurant and one bar for food variety options.

Great staff and very clean.

The property could do with looking at its air condition system, as there is an odour from it. It's my second stay and the odour remains. It is off putting. Also the fragrance used throughout the hotel corridors is very over powering and not pleasant.

I liked everything on this hotel from the lobby to the room to lounge restaurants bars everything its on one spot

There's one things I don't day I didn't like it, it's the pool full of children next pool bar, theres no adults area.

It's ridiculous that the hotel offers limited breakfast and dinner menus and that drinks are extra; I've never encountered anything like this before. There's no pool, slide, animation for children, or any evening activities, even if there's live music. Unfortunately, your hotel only offers breakfast, dinner, and a pool; there are no other activities.

Location is good!

Check-in was awful! I came to hotel with family at 15.30 and room was not ready. The team could not do anything and I was just asked to sit and wait. So I lost the day of rest. Towels are very old and need to be replaced. For 5 star hotel such service and materials are not acceptable. Looks like I entered ionto 3star cheap hotel. Very bad experience and I will never come to this place! and will never advise it to my friends!
