The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was very good . The swimming pools were very clean and well kept .

The only small issue was that they had a lot of steps when walking around the property.

We loved the view that we got from sides either looking at pool and river or to the other side looking at the mountains. The staff was always helpful and we especially enjoyed the pool as well all the other amenities. We were were so comfortable that we even extended for a couple of days. Especially with the good deal you get when being here in low season.

You definitely need a scooter to get out, which you can rent out at the Hotel. When we didn’t had a scooter we walked 20 minutes into town for dinner.

Great resort on the river , rooms were spacious and clean . You have to take a free boat to the beach which takes a few minutes Bit out of the way of shops, bars and restaurants but that was what we were after

Une douche serait la bienvenue…Dans une baignoire c’est plus délicat voire dangereux.

Gostei de tudo no geral, especialmente dos funcionários.

Está a precisar de obras de melhoramento, fiz reserva de 4 quartos e todos tinhas TVs que não funcionavam bem e nota-se o desgaste dos moveis, no exterior também se nota muito desgaste. Não foi negativo e voltava a ficar no resort apenas precisa de um update :)

Das Hotel war schön ist aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in Restaurant war nicht nach unserem Geschmak und ziemlöich teuer. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Area along the beach infested with sand flies / biting insects which caused lot of discomfort. The itching and scarring is way worse than any mosquito bite.

Struttura nuovissima, super accogliente e di design con personale gentilissimo grazie alla molta esperienza anche con turisti occidentali/europei. Colazione molto fornita e varia. Punto in più per la piscina a sfioro immersa nella natura e la vicinanza al mare (consiglio personale, non fermatevi alla spiaggia privata della struttura ma visitate più spiagge possibili perché sono una più bella dell'altra).

Séjour excellent et particulièrement relaxant au bord du fleuve à Koh Chang. L'hôtel est un véritable jardin de tranquillité. J'ai eu la chance de séjourner dans la chambre 344 : calme, idéalement située près de la piscine, avec une magnifique terrasse offrant une vue superbe sur le fleuve. Le grand plus ? Une excursion nocturne dans la mangrove offerte par l'hôtel pour observer les lucioles. Une expérience magique. Je recommande vivement !

La structure qui commence a vieillir mais vite oublié, compensée par la relaxation luxuriante de verdure.

During the last three years, this was our second time choosing this resort. Unfortunately, time is taking its toll. Renovations are absolutely needed, starting with the pool, where some parts are literally falling apart. The wood, which is used extensively throughout the property, is also in poor condition. The gym room was very disappointing. The equipment is old and poor quality, and I would not expect to see it in a respectable hotel. It felt like we returned to a place we once truly loved, but today it feels closer to an upper-level 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star resort. We sincerely hope this place will continue to prosper, but serious improvements are needed.

Schöner Hill Pool. Sehr lokale Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage vom Restaurant ist super schön da man direkt am Wasser sitzen kann

Recht kleine Zimmer und die Anlage wirkt von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand ist nur mit einem Boot zu erreichen. Generell ist die Anlage etwas abgeschieden

Sehr grosse Hotelanlage. Der Pool mit Bar fand ich besonders schön. Das Bungalow mit Flussblick war das Highlight.

Leider waren einige Dinge kaputt oder heruntergekommen. Man merkt, dass die Anlage älter ist.

repas du restaurant bon mais cher et petite quantité. Dans la salle de bain il y a une fenêtre opaque qui laisse passer la lumière de l'extérieur et la porte de la salle de bain aussi donc celui qui se retrouve en face à de la lumière toute la nuit.

Personal abweisend, es idt wehr fragwürdig das um 24.00 jemand draussen rumhämmert? Ist das normal? Viele würmer im hotel.. frühstück nichts besonderes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : la chambre était incroyable; piscine, lit confortable.. On peut louer un scooter sur place, parfait pour visiter l’île et se déplacer.

Nos gustó las vistas de nuestra habitación. La comodidad de la misma. La relación calidad precio y la atención del personal general. Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.

Mejoraría un poco los desperfectos exteriores para que el hotel se mantenga en mejor estado ya que es precioso. La actitud de la chica que servía las tortillas fue bastante desagradable manteniendo conversaciones con su compañera y riéndose entre ellas dos para no entenderlas.

Très beau resort, la chambre est spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire de toilette et un réfrigérateur. Le lit est très grand et très confortable! 2 piscines très belles. Le petit déjeuner buffet est fabuleux! Très belle vue sur la rivière et un bateau est disponible toute la journée pour vous emmener sur la plage.

Les boiseries sont assez vieilles et auraient besoin de rénovation, il y a parfois des clous qui sortent du plancher (balcon de la chambre ou piscine)

Die Anlage ist ein tropischer Traum, alles super naturbelassen, viele Schmetterlinge, Vögel, Eichhörnchen, schön ruhig. Alles ist mit Holzstegen verbunden. Die Lage am Wasser ist wunderschön, im Ort ist man per Roller ohne Probleme in 5-10 min. Zimmer, wir hatten Deluxe Room im EG mit Blick auf einen der beiden Pools. Geräumig, sauber, Bad ehr klein aber OK. Nächstes mal wuerde ich dir Grand Deluxe Zimmer buchen, die sind etwas heller. Kühlschrank da, Klimaanlage etwas laut, Terrasse sehr groß mit Daybed. Zimmerreinigung war gut. Betten sehr bequem. Beide Pools sehr schön, wenige Liegen, aber tolle Auflagen. Alles schön ruhig. Vom oberen Infinity Pool kann man sogar ein kleines bisschen das Meer sehen. Frühstück direkt am Wasser super schön, sehr entspannte Musik. Auswahl OK, für den Preis angemessen. Eierspeisen frisch, Obst frisch, Salat frisch, täglich wechselnde Asiagerichte, Filterkaffee naja. Strand Shuttle per Boot oder Auto, aber am einfachsten per Roller, 3 min. Liegen und Schirme inklusive. Auch gute Strandmassage gibt es. Rollerverleih direkt beim Check in, unkompliziert für 250 THB pro Tag.

Ich würde diese Anlage empfehlen, wenn man sich gut selbst auf Koh Chang zurecht findet und eigentlich nur ein Zimmer benötigt. Leider ist der Service quasi nicht vorhanden. Man hat den Eindruck, die Anlage steht kurz vor der Schließung oder dem Saison Ende. Fitnessstudio verwahrlost und der Eingang einfach mit Palmentöpfen verstellt, keine Infos dazu. Nägel statzen aus den Holzplanken, in beiden Pools fehlen Fliesen. Der Spa war während einer Woche Aufenthalt nur einmal geöffnet, auch hierzu keinerlei Infos. Das Boot, was die Gäste zum Strand bringt war defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Poolbar verweist, nachmittags 2 h besetzt mit absolut gelangweiltem und demotiviertem Personal. Am oberen Pool sollte wohl auch mal eine Bar entstehen, diese ist komplett leer und es standen darin Teller mit Essensresten die ganze Woche lang. Einen Stock darüber sollte wohl einmal ein Ruheraum oder Yogaraum entstehen, auch dieser Raum ist verwahrlost. Im Zimmer null Infos bzgl. Spa, laundry service, Getränke bestellen etc. Es wurde einfach nichts der gleichen angeboten. Die liegen am Strand sind fast alle kaputt, der Strand wird nicht sauber gemacht. Überall neben den Liegen waren Plastik oder Essensreste verbudelt. Alles in allem würde ich persönlich für diesen Preis dennoch die Anlage wieder buchen, wir zahlten pro Nacht ca. 70€ zu zweit in der Hochsaison. Hier und da ein Lächeln mehr und vll. etwas mehr Detailverliebtheit zb. Mit Blumendeko und mehr Infos zum Angebot, dann wäre es für mich passend.

Les piscines sont sympas malgré un besoin d’entretien. Chambre correcte. Le monsieur qui loue les scooter et qui organise les excursions est efficace.

Je n’ai pas apprécié l’attitude des filles à la réception, dommage car elles donnent là premières impression de l’établissement.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gelegen und hat uns isngesamt sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten war wunderschön und das grün hat die gesamten Anlage extrem positiv beeinflusst. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Anlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere die Stege und Treppen sind teilweise marode. Die Fliesen in den beiden Pools haben sich an einigen Stellen gelösst. Das Essen im Restaurant war aus unsere Sicht teuer und hat nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen.

Leider alles schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, aber es wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten fällig. Die Klimaanlagen im obersten Stockwerk sind sehr laut

The resort with 2 restaurants was right by the quiet river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has local and western selections. The room with a super king size bed was very clean. The bonus was the 2 swimming pools which were not crowded. But no swimming towels for guests. There was a free firefly boat tour every evening and a fire show from Thursday to Sunday. That was perfect to end our stay.

The resort is aged and needs an upgrade. The bedsheet and linens look and feel not fresh.

Ganska spartansk frukost och saknade bacon, ost och borde varit enkelt att ha fler fruktsorter. Kö till omelett och de stekte inte direkt upp några ägg i förväg vilket hade gjort det lite smidigare.

Das Restaurant im eigenen Hotel nimmt von seinen eigenen Hotelgästen 10% Service bei Preisen die nichtmal günstig sind. Allein deswegen so unsympathisch und essen war unter dem durchschnitt. Die hotelanlage an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so schön.

Comfortable bed

It is difficult to review Aana this time because it used to be our favorite place on Koh Chang. This was our third stay, and we saw how a once beautiful resort has fallen into neglect and now feels abandoned. The first time we stayed, we loved it for the price, location, comfort, breakfast, and the nice beach area. This time, we arrived at an abandoned resort that seemed as if the owners had run away and left it to whoever was around. The room was still comfortable. The breakfast hasn't changed at all in 3 years, despite repeated suggestions for improvements. Service almost doesn't exist. The pools are dirty, tiles have fallen off last year, and were left unrepaired. The wooden stairs are dangerous, with many broken steps and a broken fence. They have a private beach that is completely unmaintained. The towels are so worn out and ripped that I don't understand how a 4-star resort allows this. The beach beds are also broken and torn. The locals are aware of it and they come to use it. Nothing bad against the locals, but it shows that everyone knows the beach is neglected and it feels annoying when you pay twice as much as last year for a resort with a private beach. The area has become more developed, so the price is high, similar to the new modern hotels nearby, but the experience feels more like a roadside motel. Please read negative reviews and trust feedback from returning guests who have raised the same issues. It feels like a scam to charge nearly $150 a night for what you actually get. This was the last time we stayed at Aana. When I showed photos to my Thai friends, they were all embarrassed by Aana.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Love this place is like green oasis.

ריזורט מקסים, מלא שבילים מטופחים, צמחייה מפוארת, נוף רומנטי על הנהר ואווירה קסומה. היה שקט, נעים ובהחלט תמורה מאוד טובה לסכום ששילמנו.

In my 11 years visiting Thailand and staying on average 3 to 4 different hotels ,resorts each visit over 3 to 4 weeks this place had to be the most chaotic and unorganized hotel I have ever stayed in for parking for cars and especially mopeds. In my opinion it could be easily rectified by having allocated areas marked out for mopeds. Most days there could be 4 bikes taking the space of 4 cars it was just chaos and it will honestly put me off staying here again.

Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Piękna okolica, widok z balkonu, pokój bardzo estetyczny, wanna, basen, śniadanie, sam spacer po resorcie był niesamowity przez otaczającą go roślinność. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie, czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani :) polecam !

wir waren nun schon zum 2.ten mal hier und lieben einfach alles...die Freundlichkeit aller, die ruhige Lage, den unkomplizierten Rollerverleih im Resort, den Waescheservice im Resort, das sehr bequeme Bett, die wunderschoenen Pools uvm. ❤️
