Wonderful Stay in Bangkok We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tastoria Collection Hotel Bangkok as a couple. Everything was excellent from start to finish. A very special mention goes to Eye, who was truly exceptional. She made our stay even more memorable with her kindness, thoughtful little touches, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations. Her warm and genuine service really stood out. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and quality food. The gym was functional and had everything we needed for a workout during our stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming, and a perfect base for exploring Bangkok. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a lovely stay in Bangkok! Thank you to Eye and the entire Tastoria team for making our stay so special. ❤️

We stayed in a junior suite spacious and modern. Great staff,food restaurant and rooftop bar. Loved the bedding top quality pillows, just perfect.

Prettig, vriendelijk hotel voor een kort verblijf. Fijne, rustige locatie om de stad te ontdekken. Heerlijke bedden voor Thaise begrippen. Heel aardig personeel. We konden eerder de kamer in toen we vroeg aankwamen, heel fijn.

Het rooftop terras is niet zo gezellig ingericht. En het hotel ligt momenteel precies naast een grote bouwput.

The reception stuff were very polite and helpful with a smooth check in. Staff serving breakfast were exceptional. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. The room was very clean and location was perfect close to everything.

Shower in one of the rooms was not fit for use and couldn’t use shower as it was spilling in the room.

便利な立地でアソーク・スクンビットの2駅が利用でき、徒歩10分以内で移動できて便利です。 徒歩圏内に大型の商業施設やレストランも沢山あり、買い物や食事に困りません。 ホテルのご厚意で、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、とても綺麗な広い部屋で快適でした。 また、部屋もきれいで設備も新しく、アメニティ、スリッパの質もよく、トイレットペーパーの予備の配備を用意している点など、不便なことは見当たりませんでした。 また、ブッキングドットコム経由で、到着時間の確認など、細かく連絡が入る対応面も安心感がありました。

総合的に満足ですが、気になる点として、各階のエレベーターのエントランスや通路がもう少し照明が明るいと良いなと感じました。

L’accueil et le personnel très chaleureux. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très bien équipées. En amont le personnel est très réactif aux différentes demandes.

D’importants travaux sont engagés dans la rue de l’hôtel, limitant le calme matinal. Les services de base (type Taxi) sont facturés extrêmement chers. Exemple aéroport Hôtel (1800 TBH vs 400 TBH avec Bolt)

I had a great stay here. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and honestly way above my expectations. A special thank you to Eye at reception. She was so kind and always happy to help. She gave me great tips while I was planning the next part of my trip, and her thoughtful gestures made me feel really cared for. It made such a difference to my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Отель очень понравился. Он компактный, уютный и отлично расположен: рядом много ресторанов, массажных салонов, торговых центров и удобный доступ к разным районам Бангкока. При этом сам отель находится в тихом месте, поэтому отдыхать было комфортно. Номер был очень чистый, аккуратный и выглядел как новый. Особенно понравилась кровать — матрас отличный, много удобных качественных подушек. Также приятно, что в номере есть халаты, тапочки и приветственный набор. Хорошее ковровое покрытие на полу делает номер более уютным, и практически не слышно других гостей. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал. С момента бронирования со мной были на связи, уточнили время приезда, и к моему прибытию всё уже было готово. На ресепшене встретили очень вежливо, всё показали и объяснили. Это сразу создало очень приятное первое впечатление. Завтрак тоже понравился: он по меню, еда вкусная, чай и кофе приносят сколько нужно, места всегда были. Особое спасибо охраннику: он всегда улыбается, здоровается, помогает с такси и дверью. Видно, что человек старается. В целом персонал делает проживание не просто комфортным, а действительно приятным.

Серьёзных минусов не заметил. Всё было комфортно и хорошо организовано.

J’ai eu une grosse fuite d’eau dans la chambre en pleine averses tropicales.

L’hôtel est très confortable et vraiment bien placé. Les personnel est à la fois très pro et vraiment adorable. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe du petit déjeuner avec Bow, qui vous fait commencer la journée avec le sourire.

We really love the hotel and have stayed here many times.

There is a building under construction right next to the hotel, and the noise is unbearable starting from 8:00 AM every morning. Workers are standing directly in front of our room window, so we had to keep the curtain closed throughout the entire stay. This serious disturbance was not mentioned anywhere before booking, and we paid full price — actually even higher than usual.

My partner and I recently stayed at Tastoria Collection Hotel Sukhumvit, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a romantic surprise for my partner. From the very first message, Eye from Guest Relations went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She helped arrange airport transportation, answered all of my questions, coordinated a beautiful room setup, and made us feel welcome long before we even arrived. We stayed in the Junior Suite with the bathtub in the room, which was every bit as beautiful as the photos. The room was stylish, comfortable, spotless, and perfect for a romantic getaway. A special thank you also goes to Pim from Housekeeping. She created an amazing decoration with swans, flower petals, and a personalized photo display that completely exceeded our expectations. Seeing my partner's reaction when she entered the room was one of the highlights of our trip. The attention to detail and care that went into the setup was truly remarkable. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Rather than a standard buffet, Tastoria offers an excellent à la carte breakfast menu with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed both traditional Thai dishes and more Western-style breakfasts, all freshly prepared to order. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and of high quality. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had and something we looked forward to every morning. The airport pickup service was smooth and professional, the check-in process was warm and welcoming, and throughout our stay the staff consistently showed genuine hospitality and kindness. We even received a thoughtful farewell card and gift, which was a wonderful touch and perfectly reflected the level of care we experienced during our stay.

That the TV did not have any streaming capabilities, or streaming apps. Only screen mirroring. That the swimming pool closes already at 19:00, feels a little early.

Excellent boutique hotel. Rooms were spacious, very clean, modern. Location was highly convenient. Breakfast was incredible! You’re given choice of two dishes from a large menu, and they were delicious and very filling, some small buffet options of bread, cereals and fruit also. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had.

Small gym, only 3-4 machines. Unfortunately building is surrounded by construction, both sides. Staff were incredibly kind about the situation, offered earplugs and to change rooms. Noise starts after 8 AM.

Super nice boutiqe hotel in Sukhumvit. Cozy rooftop pool, very welcoming staff. Located in Sukhumvit 20, it's in a very busy area but i can't say that felt bothered by that, it's very convenient if you stay in Bangkok

There is a construction site next to the building, which was pretty loud sometimes and woke me up early in the morning. But that's only temporary I figure.

One of the best hotel we stayed at, amazing experience, room was spacious, high quality à la carte breakfast menu that was prepared with care. All the staff in the hotel was so friendly and courteous.

I like that property was central to so many locations in Bangkok which gives me the advantage to move freely. The staff were really pleasant too. I love the scent used in the hotel .it smells so good.

The only downside for me was that our room didn’t have enough natural lighting and the mirror placement. It should have been close to where there would be enough light

An absolutely amazing hotel experience. First, I want to mention the wonderful hosts, Eye and Noina. Even before we arrived, I asked if they could decorate the room for my wife’s birthday, and they immediately agreed and prepared a beautifully decorated and luxurious room for us, including a birthday card, a fruit platter, and printed photos of us that Eye thoughtfully requested in advance. In addition, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the bathtub, and the staff handled it quickly, respectfully, and professionally, making sure to move us to another room without any inconvenience. The entire experience was enjoyable and relaxing thanks to the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, along with the exceptional and kind service. I will definitely come back again.

We requested a vegan breakfast option when booking - we were assured that there would be one. We confirmed that we were vegan upon check in - we were assured that there would be vegan options. At breakfast, the staff member did not know we were vegan, and did not understand what veganism meant. After incredibly lengthy discussion, we were provided with stir-fried mixed vegetable with no flavour. In a country that (1) knows veganism culturally, and (2) where food is so good, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the staff were so kind that I had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a great sense of openness. I also loved the fact that I could order two high-quality dishes for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Thailand
