Un très bon petit déjeuner

La piscine ne semblait pas très propre. La douche de la piscine présentait énormément de moisissure. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées : réveillé dès 7h du matin par les cris des enfants dans la piscine. Le ménage n'est pas fait derrière la tête de lit.

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, le cadre est vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La petite terrasse attenante à la chambre est idéale. Le personnel est sympathique. La piscine très agréable.

On ne peut pas se rendre en ville à pied à cause des chiens errants. La salle de bain avec baignoire extérieure très sympa mais demande une rénovation des vitres. La chambre manque de rangement.

C’est joli et il y a une personne du personnel qui s’occupe du bar qui est vraiment adorable. Heureusement qu’elle est là.

Lovely tropical garden setting. Spacious rooms and lovely pool. Very neat clean and well kept throughout.

Maybe a little far from town (New bridge). About 30 minutes walk. But easy by Tuk Tuk for 5 usd.

Leider etwas außerhalb gelegen (ca. 2km vom „Durian-Kreisverkehr“ entfernt), mit dem TukTuk ($2) ist man recht schnell am Ort des Geschehens. Der Pool war ein Traum, das Hotel wirkt sehr modern.

La chambre était très confortable L environnement intérieur de l établissement très agréable avec une belle piscine.

Malheureusement l hôtel est dans un environnement bruyant proche du train et avec des travaux de constructions juste à côté. Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre.

It was lovely in theory with nice villa designs and a good pool set up.

Buuuut there is lots of maintenance issues in the rooms and pool, and the breakfast was pretty poor

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff there are very attentive and kind. They serve a good breakfast. The rooms are very modern and have interesting layouts.

Our shower was cold, the toilet was broken both the seat and it wouldn’t drain, the sink wouldn’t drain. The resort allowed parties by the pool for young people that went all day and night not making it comfortable for other guests to be able to use the area.

Everything!!! We felt like in a fairytale: the garden, the lakes around the free area, so green everywhere and the pool so amazing. The restaurant and the food! Me and my friends in peace with this place that just upgrade our feeling about Kampot and Cambodia💕☺️🫶🏻

Room was spotless, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Only a short Tuk Tuk into the centre of Kampot.

The room was very zen during the day. The lovely receptionist arranged a scooter to be dropped off and picked up for us.

The breakfast was poor, we ordered from a menu (I think there’s usually a buffet but there wasn’t many guests) and we weren’t given very much. While the ‘outside’ bathroom is very nice it is extremely hot and isn’t sound or weather proof causing the cold air from the aircon to escape. During the night the wildlife are extremely loud and the lightening from outside is very bright as the curtains are not full length. The staff barely acknowledged our presence beside the lovely people at reception. The location is a bit out of town.

The bungalow villa looks nice from the outside, but the shower inside is not. The vegetation inside the shower is not well maintained

The location is in a small road and far from the downtown better get a hotel near the river. It’s not well-maintained so you will see the swimming pool, not clean with black mold shower outside and the pool is not clean. You can see the hotel wall and pathways are dirty. The shower inside the room is not Air conditioned and has paint needs repainting and mold because of the way the shower is designed. The reception staff girl not nice.

“Thank you for my birthday” I booked one room and they gave me another. Moreover, the manager girls were absolute rude, they raised their voices and behaved disgustingly.

I decided to rent a bike from them with an extra charge of $10 and they gave me a rusty broken bike

I love the nature feel

My room is many spiders and lizards in the bathroom and the outdoor bathtubs is not clean and many insects! The pool, water is so dirty ! The breakfast area is too windy and not so many options ! The pillows are not cofy at all ! The facilities old and not work.. like hair dyer!

The property itself is absolutely magical, the design and the plants surrounding the units are so carefully thought out. The planning for peaceful moments is beyond excellent. I fully recommend this stay. The staff are family like , very helpful and caring. It felt like a real treat to be there! Very hard to leave.

Not super close to the centre of town but easy enough to get a short tuk tuk in. Would recommend renting a scooter - was $7 a day. Also the lead picture is a little misleading as you are surrounded by buildings, it’s not in the middle of the jungle like the photo suggests! But it is very nice once you’re in there :)

This is an adequate hotel but its on the wrong side of town. The walk to the riverside is down a busy road with occasion dogs roaming about. You can get a grab which is probably the best option . Probably not worth the money. Breakfast is poor

Lovely property, very nicely landscaped with a beautiful pool. The room was a good size with a large bathroom, if a little oddly laid out (space could be better utilised but think power points or lack of is restrictive for them). Friendly and helpful staff and nice public areas with a small bar on site too. Its a short tuk tuk ride to town or a good half hour walk but that is clear on their website.

A little confusing that there are three properties in that location all starting with Montagne so initially we went to the wrong one - this could just be made a little clearer on booking, its not a major issue. The photos made it look like it is in a lovely lush rural-ish area but in fact it is the edge of town near the railway line. Again, not a major issue, not noisy, but just not the nice rural walks available that we anticipated. Restaurant seemed surprised to see us for dinner and then gave me the wrong meal (it was nice but not what I ordered - lost in translation). Breakfast selection pretty average. None of these minor things would put us off staying again.

But Aircondition is bad, not cold enough for a large room. Outside of room (near swimming pool) have a lot of big mosquitoes. Room did not prepare umbrella in room to go out when needed.

The only thing was that we asked for a later check out and they said they couldn't as they had guests arriving but the hotel was quite empty

We loved this hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and keep to help us. At little notice they organised a tour of the area by TukTuk for us which was fabulous. The pool is beautiful, rooms luxurious and grounds kept in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay and ours highly recommend to others. Fantastic value for money.

This a small thing and did not deter from our enjoyment, but the room could have benefited from additional plug socket by the bed as my partner uses a COAP machine and we also wanted to charge our phones by the bed at night. When we flagged our issue the manager lent us an extension lead and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the team for great service.

We liked the design of the overall property, the pool and seating area/amenities.

The shower had no curtain or way to protect the water from splashing all over the bathroom. Also in the bathroom the window wasn’t sealed which lead to mosquitoes constantly finding their way onto our room.

Very modern in design with lots of gardens all around. The garden inside the bathroom was gorgeous, the garden balcony off the back of the room, and the breakfast nook surrounded by greenery
