Chinitas Santos Apartments

De locatie.

Er hing een rioolgeur in de kamer. De geur kwam vanuit de badkamer. Wat het verblijf minder aangenaam maakte.

Todo impecable, era lo que esperábamos! Lindas vistas y ubicación excelente. Tiene todo lo que necesitas!

Nada!!

Location , views from the window

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience The staff was, in several instances, extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the problems went far beyond poor customer service: 1. Rude and stressful communication. Our interactions with some members of staff were extremely unpleasant and unnecessarily confrontational. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. 2. Serious negligence regarding personal data. We submitted our sensitive personal information on time and were explicitly assured that everything was in order. Yet, the very next day, we received exactly the same request again. This raises serious concerns about how customer information is handled and managed. 3. Chaotic and poorly managed check-in process. We had to repeatedly contact the staff just to obtain basic entrance information, which was provided only a few hours before check-in. Even worse, when we arrived, there were no keys in the key box at all. This created completely unnecessary stress and uncertainty. 4. Extremely disruptive air freshener. The air freshener operates continuously and is so intrusive that it has to be switched off during the night. Otherwise, it wakes you up approximately every 40 minutes, making it extremely difficult to sleep. 5. Very poor sound insulation. The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear practically every footstep from the neighbors above, which makes the accommodation far from relaxing, especially at night. 6. Almost no basic kitchen equipment. The kitchen was missing basic items and utensils that one would normally expect to find in a properly equipped accommodation. This made it difficult to prepare even a simple meal.

La ubicación era excelente. Al cerrar las ventanas será muy silencioso. 100% recomendable.

The smell in the bathroom, the noise from the street

The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything on your doorstep. The apartment was modern bright and clean. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay .WiFi

WiFi didn't work

The location was perfect

Struttura molto bella e spaziosa. Tutto perfetto

Nulla

Location is in the historic town

The bed is very uncomfortable and unstable, the apartment is very small for the value of what we payed, no parking anywhere nearby so you gotta park and walk about 7 min in the sun to reach and pay crazy amounts for parking

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was great, and the receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in early, which was a huge bonus for us. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making everything so convenient. They were also kind enough to arrange a taxi for us for our very early flight, which made our departure completely stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Everythings perfect!

The apartment was in an excellent location, just a short walk from Calle Larios and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The cleaning lady was attentive and did her best, especially considering she was the only person responsible for cleaning all of the apartments.

The central location makes this apartment a great choice for younger travelers looking to enjoy the nightlife. However, it also means it can be quite noisy. During the first three nights, we were unable to sleep because of loud guests, despite informing reception and asking them to remind everyone to respect the apartment’s noise rules. Another downside was the cleanliness. The apartment was not cleaned at any point during our week-long stay. Fresh towels and toiletries were only provided after five days and only after we requested them. There were several instances of miscommunication with the reception throughout our stay.

La comodidad del apartamento. Las camas

Mucho ruido exterior por las noches

Locatie echt midden centrum.

the location was great and the apartment was really nice, highly recommended if you’re staying in Málaga

Great location, modern interior, comfortable check-in. Will surely return again :)

.

Great location, lovely apartment with everything you need

Posizione in pieno centro monolocale perfetto in tutto

Patio is leuk alleen heel erg warm!

Piccolo stendi biancheria in balcone

Noisy street so light sleepers can have problems

Tres bon emplacement. Grand appartement. Propre.

Best location in Malaga in the centre of old town. The beach is in a walkable distance. The room was very spacious with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and the communication was excellent.

Good location, easy Check-in, clean, AC, basic kitchen items (except peeler), light room. (Room number 14)

The pillows were uncomfortable for us. I usually need dark and as much as possible a quiet room to sleep: For me the fridge was very loud (not for my husband) and there was a green disturbing light on the siblings.

Location Clean Easy check in

La ubicación,la comodidad y limpieza

Location, the big windows, the room amenities, being able to get help through WhatsApp

The sqeeky bed

Great location, clean.

Would choose a property with a pool in hindsight

Maravilloso limpio actual en condiciones excelentes

Everything, great location.

Molto accogliente,pulita e posizione ottima!!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento bello e ben posizionato. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff.

Ottima posizione,pulizia, bello e confortevole

Beautiful place, right in the heart of the centre but no noise

Can’t fault it

Location. Spacious room, lovely balcony. Functional kitchen.

It was all good.

Location, cleanliness and comfort

Nothing

Great location in the historical centre. Apartment is nicely furnished and clean. Very good price.

Stayed in deluxe studio. Great location - close to everything, bars, restaurants, Catedral, main squares, bus station, Market etc. Historic center is small so its great. Great black out curtains, good air con, comfy bed, amazing shower, plentiful shampoo and body gel, nice proper towels, kitchen items etc, table, foot stool at end of bed etc. Good communication from staff, they kept our luggage when we arrived in Málaga in the morning and they put our luggage in the apartment and told us the codes etc so made it all very easy. Not much noise at all even though in center of town, definitely good soundproofing. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again when I return to Málaga.

Bit of a smell in the bathroom No storage wardrobes etc for clothes but as only staying a few days, wasn't an issue

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere tutti i giorni come favore.

Almost everything

Only slight improvement could be replacing the curtain separating the bedroom from the second bed with something move permanent to give more privacy

Dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum, winda

We loved our stay at Chinitas Santos Apartments. Location was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in instructions were very clear and the response was always fast and kind. Thank you very much!

A centrumban van a szállás, minden jól megközelíthető gyalog.

A fürdőszobában kellemetlen szag lett minden estére

Location was fantastic- Apartment was spacious and very clean

Excellent location. Lovely apartment.

Bed was small and squeaky.

This really was a room with a view. Excellent location in the old centre of Malaga, yet very tranquil. Many cafes and shops nearby. Bright, comfortable and tasteful. Great communication with hosts.

Nothing.

Location and cleanliness

The bed was creaky and hard

The location of this flat was very central but we didn’t hear much noise from the street at night. We were on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift.

It would have been nice to get more than one bath and hand towel each as we were staying for 5 nights.

Convenient location very close to the city centre and attractions.

Just for improvement have a cloth rack available after using the laundry facilities

Locatie is top

Bed is klein. Faciliteiten minimaal.
