Na początku bardzo chcę podziękować Jaffar za tak wspaniałą opiekę i pomoc,hotel musi być bardzo dumny że ma takiego pracownika . Chce również podziękować wszystkim pracownikom bo są naprawdę wspaniali i na pewno wrócę w przyszłym roku do tego hotelu dla tak wspaniałego personelu bo to był zaszczyt tam być .

The staff was good and supportive

The cleanness was not good and the pillows were having bad smell as well the room. I went to bring my personal pillow from my car. The toilet was not comfortable, not well organized.

The staff are super nice and helpful (reception, housekeeping, pool staff etc.), the room was spacious and comfortable, the location is good and the breakfast was great :) The 24/7 minimarket (bluemart) in the hotel is very convenient

The internet connection is not the best, it's limited to only a few mbps. I wish there were some beach umbrellas next to the beds around the pool, there are a few hours a day where there is no shade at all and in the summer it's unbearable. You can't even step on the floor without shoes as it's burning

i liked their breakfast. and the staff are very nice

I have been made to feel so welcome by all the hotel team. In particular, Ahmed has made my return stay amazing, on reception Oshadee and Shyamalee, on concierge services Jaafar, in the restaurant Ivy, Mary, and Lhyn, and in the cafe Deon. Thank you all, I look forward to seeing you all again.

The property is old you can notice it in multiple aspects, rooms, elevator, lobby. The “smart tv” whose smart function doesnt work. The breakfast is very poor

Breakfast diversified but not tasty...uncomfortable beds

All of the staff in the reception, restaurant, room service and management have been amazing. In particular I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home. In particular, thank you Mary, Lyhn and Ahmed for making my stay so good.

Tout. Vraiment excellent. Merci au personnel pour avoir pris soin de nous à ce point. Les détails qui changent tout : petit déjeuner seulement pour nous à 5h du matin le jour du départ 😍 , les amplitudes horaires des repas qui permettent d'organiser sa journée sans problème, le bus qui va au mall et à la plage (qui est magnifique), la possibilité de manger le midi au lieu du soir si on le souhaite, le métro à 3 min à pied, la chambre est spacieuse et hyper confortable, la piscine en rooftop. Bref je recommande

Si on devait dire quelque chose ça serait le nombre de rotation du bus qui est seulement de 3 par jour (10h, 12h et 15h) et qui oblige quelquefois à faire le retour en taxi mais bon c'est un détail. Un trajet de plus à 17h aurait été cool. Les jeux d'enfants à l'extérieur qui étaient hors service malheureusement

Location close to pharmacies, taxi stands, supermarkets, and restaurants. Super quiet and clean in the rooms, housekeeping was great and staff were friendly and attentive, bed was extra comfortable and room service was fast and efficient Amazing breakfast buffet with so many options to pick from They have shuttles for free to some of the nearby beaches and famous malls

Food outside of breakfast was just okay, could have been better but convenient enough.

Me hospedei em 2024 e voltei a me hospedar, se voltei foi porque gostei e tem ótimo custo beneficio. Fica cerca de 12 min caminhando da estação de metro. Tem um mini mercado 24hs na lateral do hotel. Se quiser comprar bebidas alcoólicas tem um mercado que só vendo isso na rua de trás de hotel e fica aberto até as 22hs. Tem um mini bar no hall, piscina externa que sempre é necessaria no calor de Dubai.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent with easy access to the metro, shopping malls, and restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall service was excellent.

Le personnel accueil pas souriant, contact difficile et ne dit pas bonjour. Heureusement que l'équipe restauration et nettoyage est là.
