Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I had a wonderful stay! They gave me a room with a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
There are some areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as expected, and I noticed dust on the remote control. The paintwork in the room also looked unfinished and could use some attention. The breakfast selection was quite limited, with only a few options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but improving the cleanliness and room maintenance would make the experience much better.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Housekeeping staff Noor and Mohidul and couple of staff in the restaurant were good. Pool was nice. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average.
We got the worst room in the entire hotel. TV, mini fridge and phones didn't work at all. Dinner and lunch buffet were below average and below 4 star standards and served unpalatable food. Breakfast was just 3 star at the most. Most ameneties were closed. In Summer pool closed at 7pm which is not acceptable. Very understaffed hotel. Will not recommend this hotel at all unless you have no option
