الإزعاج، عدم تنوع الفطور ،ووصول أفواج سياحيه وخاصة فترة الليل مما سبب ازعاج مستمر

it’s good place to stay if wanna be near Suvarnabhumi Airport but not a lot around it’s far from most places.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Bagno di livello superiore ed in assoluto il letto più comodo dove abbiamo dormito in tutto il nostro viaggio in Thailandia

Purtroppo la posizione non è molto comoda se non, come noi, avevano bisogno di un hotel vicino all’aeroporto e di passaggio.

Die Zimmer waren gross und sehr sauber. Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! 7Eleven 3 min zu Fuss erreichbar

Das der Pool und die Bar um 19:00 schliesst. Ausser am Wochenende ist die Bar bis 23:00 geöffnet. Das Frühstück hat man schon um 10:15 abgeräumt, es war aber bis 10:30 geöffnet und manchmal nur bis 10:00.

The staff are great. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is pretty good, but the staff at breakfast are excellent. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and professional.

The location stinks. There's nothing in the area for tourists. But for me there's an air conditioned pickleball club down the street. But I won't be back. I cut myself and got a hand towel bloody and a checkout. They charged me $6. But nobody asked me if I was okay.

La chambre avec un lit confortable et un petit déjeuner copieux

Le bruit des portes à partir d’une certaine heure est franchement à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing. Egalement le manque de parasols à disposition autour de la piscine… et attention au carrelage qui se décolle dans le couloir du 15eme étage….

De kamers waren brandschoon , geen nare lucht in de badkamers of airco. Ontbijt was heerlijk (Thais) met afwisseling. Medewerkers heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

بوفيه الافطار لايوجد فيه خيارات كثير تدفع قيمة افطار على خيارات محدوده وطبخ غير جيد في المستقبل سوف احجز بدون افطار ومشكلة اخرى بعيد عن الخدمات يحتاج تمشي

نظيف وموقع جيد

نظافة الفندق وتعامل الموظفين وهدو المكان وقربه من المطار وكذلك حوض السباحة . يبعد عن شارع العرب تقريبا من 15-20 دقيقة .

Rooms were clean and a good size with a reasonably good-sized bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Breakfast was very good and also facilities.

Going by public transportation is little hassle, as there is no nearby bus/train halt. The bar and resturants were closed early like 22:00 hrs.

Superb hotel with amazing hospitality. Both the service and hotel rooms were impeccable. Every staff I came across was willing to help and service. Rooms were top notch.

Great volue of money!

Location and hotel itself are suefb, staff are really helpful, especially like to mention "Nit" in the restaurant who makes us feel welcome every time we stay

The breakfast food is often cold, which is disappointing as when it is hot it is great

The breakfast food is quite often cold which is a shame as when it is hot it is delicious, also having to sign in to the WiFi every time you come back to the hotel is not a good experience

O quarto era limpo, espaçoso e confortável. No entanto, longe dos padrões de hotéis de 5 estrelas.

Os funcionários falavam mal inglês e não explicaram nada, inclusive horários e local do pequeno almoço, sem que perguntasse. Como hotel de 5 estrelas também prestou um fraco serviço de suporte ao check-in. Como tínhamos que sair antes da abertura do pequeno almoço, pedimos breakfast boxes que não eram satisfatórias no conteúdo em relação a outras de hotéis com menos estrelas.

Perfect Hotel if you have an early flight at the airport

Everything was great. We had a one-night layover between two different airports, and the hotel is conveniently located between them. Check-in was quick, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.

The pool is only open until 7 PM.

The staff was nice but sometimes it was not easy to communicate in English.

This hotel is great! They have a good breakfast and nice pool. Definitely worth the money!

The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. View on a city from 11th floor was fantastic. The breakfast was good. The pool and gym was nice, and there were also two saunas where you could sit and warm up.

Maybe location, it was a bit outside of main city, but it depends on your needs.

The hotel is very comfortable, we have stayed here several times as a stopover between longhaul arrival and domestic onward flights. The rooms are spacious and clean, lots of plug sockets for device charging, comfy beds and sofa. Fridge is a plus. The shower and separate bath are a touch of luxury, with plenty of hot water. The restaurant food is good (a little expensive), the breakfast buffet is fine and has everything you need.

Reggeli nagyon gyenge. Az ágyak kicsik. Szerintem nem 5 csillagos.

Die Aussicht war ein Traum, auch das Zimmer war super schön und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top!

Jegliche Service-Anfrage, wie early Check in, längeres öffnen des Gyms und Zimmerservice sowie Zimmerreinigung zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit wurden erfüllt.

Это очень приятный отель по всем параметрам. Если повезет можно разместиться в номере с видом на центр Бангкока, это дополнительный бонус. Номера просторные, очень чисто. Большой туалет с ванной и душем, с глухой нормальной дверью. В номерах очень тихо. Вокруг много стритфуда, 7/11, ресторанчики, район по всей видимости какой то престижный, никаких трущоб. До аэропорта 20 минут. До центра так же.
