The location, easy walk to all the restaurants, bars, shopping. The pool, private hot tub and having a separate room. And bottled water given every day.

The view from the room was not as nice as I thought it would be.

So nice to have a roomy, modern suite during our stay! We were only a few minutes to everything in Fira. If your feet get tired there are taxis, transports; and the bus station is also walkable. The suite had coffee maker, mini fridge and everything needed. Very pleasant and helpful staff - they made excellent restaurant recommendations according to taste - greek food at a taverna, meal overlooking the caldera, etc No negatives

Everything was very clean, organized, and welcoming. I was very impressed with the room size, and comfort of the bed. Check in was easy, and working with the hotel host was nice. Definitely worth staying!

We had a mix-up on the arranged taxi for the ferry port since I didn't provide enough information about the ship and the driver was at the wrong port. Unfortunately the taxi service at the port offered 120 Euro for an equivalent ride quoted by the hotel as 36 Euro. We did the group van option for 50 Euro which was still a scam. I was as much at fault as the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the town of Fira, everything was in walking distance including bus station.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work for our entire stay, the spa felt like it wasn’t properly clean or maintained as our bathers turned yellow after being our first dip.

Some higher suites a lot of stairs hard to get suitcases up an down to room , also you would struggle with mobility issues .Bit of an uphill walk on the way back to hotel , but then again that is Santorini , hills and steps .

The Altemar suites are central a short walk to centre. The bus station is at the very end of the street and goes to all main attractions around 2.20 euros. Our room was lovely and had all amenities, you don't have to bring beach towels as you can pay ten euros and get that back when you hand the towels back in. We got the mini bus with the Altemar suites to and from the airport the driver really friendly and punctual, just email the Altemarsuites. Louis at reception is very friendly and helpful and the cleaner's come in every day.very friendly. If you want a beach day get the bus to Kamari we had a couple of days there which is cheaper than Perissa. The lighthouse at Akatori is worth the ride out and a perfect sunset. We hired a buggy for two days well worth it.

The only thing is you have a fab hot tub, and deck chairs where a sun lounger would be better to relax and sunbathe in the privacy of your own apartment. Fira can be expensive so shop around, alcohol is expensive we were charged 20 euros for a pink gin and tonic so check before you buy

Una din camere nu avea nici n geam de aerisire sau iluminare. avea in schimb o gaura de aerisire prin care sufla vantul de afara si se auzea suparator tot timpul inclusiv in timpul noptii. De asemenea peretii erau subtiri si se auzea absolut tot ce faceau vecinii in apartamentul lor.

Praticamente perfetto. Una camera bella, pulita, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, e con la piscina sul balcone, in pieno centro di Fira.

Lewis was incredibly helpful and welcoming, the suite was comfortable, and the hospitality made our short stay enjoyable.

The property was difficult to find as there was no sign or exact Google Maps pin. Clearer directions would make check in much easier.

A great location just outside of the main area but close enough to explore as you wished. The room was clean and spacious with great air conditioning.

The hut tub was not at all private and people walked directly passed you to get to their rooms. The water was not over hot, the the jets not very powerful.

Bizim tuttuğumuz odanın kliması bozuktu. İlk gece odamızı değiştirdiler. Manzaralı oda tutmuştuk bize sonradan verdikleri oda manzarasızdı. Sürekli klimayı yaptırıp asıl odamıza geçebileceğimizi söylediler fakat son gün terasın güneşi gittikten sonra odamıza geçebildik.

The receptionist Dimitrious was incredibly helpful and friendly. He actually assisted my partner in helping propose to me (I didn’t know until afterwards of course) with arranging a taxi service and also giving him a great spot to pop the question. He also arranged a yacht tour for us which was an amazing experience. The room was so clean and we were provided with fresh towels every day. The location was also great with only a short walk to the centre of Fira. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would come back just for Dimitrious’ amazing service.

The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated. It’s in a good location for Acropolis and many restaurants and bars. The suite is spacious and definitely preferable over a standard room. The restaurant on the roof and pool area are also very nice.

The service and friendliness of the staff could be improved. They aren’t very responsive to guests requests and many times it took an explanation just to get the room cleaned daily. The staff n the main floor bar was rude and not accommodating at all when we asked for our check she just continued to play on her phone and had to be asked 2 more times.

Amazing!!. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The location was fantastic. Short 5 minutes walk down to the main street. Very quiet which was nice and lovely. Away from all the noise to relax after a busy few weeks through Europe. Highly recommend

Very nice suites and each suite has good privacy. Close to FIRa Main Street and still far from all crowded places.

Internet connection was not good.

The property was beautiful. Everything looked very new and clean! The view was incredible and we loved the private hot tub. The staff were so friendly and Demetri at the front was not only extremely helpful but very personable and nice. All the food and view locations that he gave were perfect! We will be coming back once QBTS hits $75 a share!!!

Nothing everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment located within a 5min walk to Fira with views out to sea. Comfortable beds, powerful shower, aircon and a small kitchenette with fridge to keep your drinks cool. Spa pool was warm and clean, which we enjoyed after long days out. There is also a shared pool though we did not use this. Parking is available for free. Apartment is cleaned daily which was an unexpected bonus. Owner gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well.

Fantastic location and the host Dimitri was exceptional. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. The driver that picked us up from the ferry port and took us back to the ferry port was so nice and helpful.

We used the individual spa every day & it was nice to have our own area to sunbake. The cleaning team came in every day for a refresh. It was an easy walk to the heart of Fira for food and shopping. Room facilities were great. We used the transfer driver both ways and he was great. Would stay here again.

Dimitri è un host simpatico e accogliente, ci ha guidato per tutto il nostro viaggio evitando di essere “incastrati” in posti troppo turistici, abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli e visitato zone spettacolari dell’isola

Clean, take care of, as described, the room was exceptional, comfortable and clean bed, huge bathroom, air conditioner, had coffee and fridge including the utensils, cups and plates you needed.

Tt est conforme aux photos, il y une petite piscine ce qui est un +. Tt est confort/fonctionnel/ spacieux Proposition de qq activités… moi j’ai profité d’un massage à dom. magique.

Présence de bcp d’insectes à l’extérieur du logement. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, il faut juste que les voisins se disputent moins forts😔

What isn’t there to say about Altemar Suites. First of all- don’t worry about making any plans because Dimitris at the front desk will walk you through the best of the best in all of Santorini - from restaurants to day trips to local adventures and navigating the island. The facility is excellent- clean, spacious and still offers that signature Santorini look. It’s a great location - so close to the center square (three minute walk) but enough of a distance away from the noise - and you can have a car take you right to the steps of the hotel - so no problems carrying luggage.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dall’8 al 13 e possiamo dire che è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto. Essendo arrivati tardi la prima sera, abbiamo usufruito del comodo servizio transfer dall’aeroporto all’hotel. Il check-in lo abbiamo effettuato la mattina successiva, accolti con grande cortesia da Dimitri, che si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibilissimo e gentile, fornendoci anche gli asciugamani da mare con una piccola caparra. L’ultimo giorno, avendo il volo di sera ma dovendo lasciare la camera alle 11, abbiamo chiesto di poter restare nell’area comune e usufruire della piscina. Dimitri, ancora una volta gentilissimo, ci ha messo a disposizione il bagno di fronte alla reception e due asciugamani puliti, bagnoschiuma e tutto il necessario per poter fare una doccia al termine del nostro ultimo bagno. Ha inoltre custodito i nostri bagagli dal momento del check-out fino all’arrivo del transfer in serata. Servizio impeccabile, grande attenzione agli ospiti e un’atmosfera accogliente che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo! Alessandro Bocchi e Elisa Stelitano
