Que no hubo agua durante mi estancia. El supuesto desayuno solo me lo respetaron 1 día de los 2 que estuve y fueron 2 de diferencia solo por un sándwich y 1 café. Entra demasiado frío en las habitaciones.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025The staff was really helpful and I really like the location. It was walking distance to some restaurants that I wanted to go to right off the main street. The room was clean. The price was excellent. I am planning a trip next year to the same area and I will book this location again.
I was on the third floor and there were no elevators so that presented somewhat of a problem as I had a lot of gear with me. Next time I will request a first floor.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Nice exterior. Pool area was small but nicely kept. The staff were friendly and the location is pretty central. Rooms have a nice and modern decor.
The room had a nice bed with modern decor but it needed a deep cleaning. Walls and baseboards were stained. The painting in the bathroom was coming of. The heard board was also stained and dusty. Windows were very thin so you could hear the loud noise and music from the nearby bars. Bikes advertised had flat tires and or were broken so we couldn’t use them. The so call “breakfast” is a black coffee with a small turkey sandwich. No substitutions are allowed.

Schlechte Küchenausstattumg (keine Schüssel, keine Tassen, Besteck unvollständig). Fußboden war extrem schmutzig, siehe Foto meiner Füße nach dreimal durch den Raum gehen. Es wurde angeboten, zu putzen (ich gehe eigentlich davon aus, dass immer geputzt wird), aber bei einem Tag Aufenthalt will ich nicht auf einer muffelige Putzfrau warten. Sehr laut wegen der Bar nebeman (bis spät nachts).

What I didn’t like about the property is that it is next door to bar/club that played loud music until 4am it was kind of hard getting a good night sleep since our apartment room was right next door to it.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Fair play to the staff, they are excellent!! The bed was passable and the room a decent size. The decor of the room was reasonably contemporary and the shower good. The pre booked parking looked good though I'm not sure the spaces would fit a US truck in them. The pool and jacuzzi looked okay but I'd say the photos of the property overrepresent it (as wit the rest of the hotel). Despite some of the negatives I was not entirely unhappy with what I paid compared to what I got. The air conditioning worked well and was not noisy.
There is no way this is a 4 star hotel (by my European standards or US), high 2 or low 3 at best. Calling a hotel 'The Beach House' implies a close proximity to the beach it's a good 10 minute walk. The sound insulation from other guests and rooms was poor, mainly due to the single glazed drafty window which offered scant security. This was compounded by some really loud and bad karaoke or perhaps an act I assume from one of the nearby bars till around 0230 each night. The breakfast was poor and the cleanliness of the room (hairy) could be improved.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Hotel is conveniently located next to some bars and restaurants. Staff is nice and there is a parking. I didn’t try the pool.
The street next to it is pretty busy and the noise isolation is non existent (single glazed windows) and the door is not sound proof as well. I have asked for an iron for my shirts, it was broken and leaky, didn’t work. I borrowed a bike and it was very weird as well completely unmaintained. The room was not clean in the corners. Very expensive for what it is.

Ideally situated in the heart of Ensenada, the hotel is conveniently located near various local bars and attractions, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and exploration
After a three-hour journey, my exhaustion was compounded by a delayed check-in process. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the night staff was notably unfriendly and unhelpful, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. An individual, presumably from the maintenance or security team, exhibited inappropriate behavior by making disparaging remarks about the guests. This conduct was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. When I sought assistance with the check-in process, I encountered resistance from the receptionist. Despite my polite request for them to refrain from discussing other guests, there appeared to be a dismissive attitude toward my concerns. Additionally, the receptionist initially refused to provide me with an alternative key card, which I needed due to the issues faced upon arrival. Although I insisted, the receptionist's reluctance was evident, and eventually, I was assigned a room on the third floor, situated at a corner far from the stairs. When I explained that my husband has a disability and requested accommodation for a room closer to the stairs, he reluctantly offered a room on the second floor but without stairs access, despite the challenges this posed for my husband. Moreover, the limited availability of handicap parking exacerbates these issues. There was only one designated spot, which inconveniently blocked access to other parking spaces. Staff members even recommended against using this handicap parking space, further illustrating the inadequacy of accommodations for guests with disabilities. In summary, the lack of empathy and customer care exhibited by the hotel staff raises serious concerns about their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests, especially those with special needs.

The location was not great. Being close to a club was not great. The sofa bed/couch was not clean and had stains. The bedroom was the only place that had a split unit, so the living room was hot. No wifi was available. The bathroom window was broken, and you could see inside, I had to cover with a towel. The towels were not in great condition.

Reviewed May 26, 2025Me encantó desde que llegué el personal muy amable, me encantó que tienen parking, la alberca con buen espacio y limpia, agradable temperatura en el jacuzzi, tienen un café también en el área de recepción, muy tranquilo y aparte en la noche alguien que cuida tus carros. Definitivamente cómodo para un escape y hay lugares cercas para comer, muy ricos !!!!
Falta un tapete por fuera o dentro para cuando uno llega mojado de la alberca para no mojar el piso de la habitación, tuvimos que utilizar una toalla y me dio mucha pena porque quedó muy sucia. Pero eso sería más una recomendación. Realmente todo está muy bien!!

No están bien limpias las habitaciones, solo limpian por encima, los pisos con la humedad estaban pegajosos, el baño con utensilios oxidados y viejos, las toallas deshiladas como que son viejísimas y los de la recepción con una actitud pésima, a mi en lo personal no me gusto, si llegara a volver es solo por la ubicación no por las instalaciones ni el servicio.

More like a motel than a beach house. Not what we expected from description. Neighbours very load - had to ask staff for assistance especially in the middle of the night with them. Only pool area to sit and have a drink but no glasses allowed there. So had to sit in room

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025Super cute. Extremely friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Location is top notch with our favorite eateries in walking distance. The value for the money was great. Hot water and great WiFi. Clean, modern and super comfortable. Only negative is it is on a busy street so it can have a little road noise occasionally. We’ve stayed across the street at a different property many times, but this will be a repeat property.
