Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Our stayed was pleasant everyone friendly, the restaurant waiter was great and very attentive for whatever we needed. Pool was good. Conveniently for our stay as far of restaurants, bars and stores.
Others hotel they provide Kleenex to use this one don’t provide. This hotel requires a $500 pesos for any damages, literally they have someone go inside your room to check while you’re doing your check out. The front lady literally didn’t want to give us our deposit because my daughter stepped on one of the white towel and had a foot print on it. At the end she ended up giving us our deposit but had to go back because she didn’t gave us back our full deposit. Everything was great except for this inconvenience.

Lo que me dejo un poco con mala experiencia, fue que en la descripcion del hotel mencionan que cuentan con pisicina climatizada, pero desafortunadamente pusieron pretextos para no poner clima en la piscina, entonces se me hace mala onda que si estan ofreciendo un servicio pues no cumplan con eso.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Las camas super cómodas; la regadera, salía el agua super bien y agusto, no molestaba; en general la habitación se me hizo muy cómoda para llegar y dormir, además que la ubicación está cerca de la calle principal. El servicio y atención de los trabajadores es excelente 10/10, siempre estuvieron atentos, se ofrecieron a cargar maletas, nos acompañaron y guiaron a la habitación, nos comentaron que había hielo por si necesitabamos y tienen café como cortesía 24/7
Solo como observación, considerar fumigar, nos salieron 2 bichos: una cucaracha chiquita y una palomilla grande, no supimos por donde estaban entrando porque la ventana estaba cerrada

After checkout, trying to reach the hotel on either of the methods and numbers stated on their website do not work. If anything the only way was to go back, overall I think is necessary to update the contact methods in case you need to contact front des, and I'd like like to make clear that I'm being straight forward practical as far as needing the hotel's phone number as it should be the one listed on their website.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, considerate and always available. Off street parking with security is a bonus. The location is at the end of the street with shops and restaurants, well within walking distance of all of them, but quiet as it not in the middle of everything. They had bags of ice for guests, another plus. Shower is very nice.
This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back on our next trek down Baja!

Reviewed May 28, 2026I liked the location. The staff was very friendly and they have private parking. It’s free. You don’t have to pay for it so that was nice.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They’re super hard and they make so much noise. I couldn’t even turn without it squeaking so we had a terrible night and also I can hear the people walking outside of our room.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Dudo que por el precio encuentren algo mejor. La alberca estaba climatizada y está al pie de la calle justo donde inicia la zona gastronómica y a unas pocas cuadras del malecón. Tomen en cuenta que no es un hotel de lujo, pero tiene aire acondicionado, alberca y gimnasio.
El desayuno es algo caro para lo que es, pero solo al salir tienes muchas opciones mejores.

El estacionamiento esta pésimo, y más para personas de la 3er edad queda lejísimos, no hay lugares suficientes para personas con alguna discapacidad, el cuarto esta bien, pero es muy pequeño el baño, la rampa para discapacitados esta muy larga más la camina del estacionamiento pues es mucho caminar para una persona de 87 años y con una lesión
