Tesisin konumu merkeze yakın değil biz son gün havalimanına yakın olalım diye bir gece kaldık . Odalar eski içinde de terlik , su ısıtıcı , ütü vs yok . Hatta iki kişilik odada tek havlu konulmuştu

Necesita un cambio con urgencia, la ducha es una bañera, no hay minibar, las baldosas están sueltas. Sinceramente, para haber pagado más de 500€, esperaba algo muchísimo mejor.

We were there for the Spanish Grand Prix. Location was very good. Pool and bar area were good: snack food and environment; a pleasant 3-star service. Barman was an absolute delight. Breakfast was pretty good.

This is not a 4-star hotel. There weren’t even tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Bathrooms were old; no extractor fan for the shower. We understand that the GP inflated the prices, but it really wasn’t worth what we paid.

Desayuno pobre para un 4 estrellas. Huevos revueltos secos, bolleria poca variedad y de baja calidad, yogur natural poco apetecible por la presentación, no habia muesli ni variedad de frutos secos.

La simpatia de trabajadores, las habitaciones , que en la piscina te faciliten toallas.

Trazili smo rani check-in koji su nam mailom odgovorili da ako bude raspoloziv.Uredu,ali onda dobivamo kljuceve skoro 40 min kasnije od redovnog check-ina koji je trebao biti od 15h.Dosli smo ujutro da ostavimo barem kofere na sto smo isto cekali vise od pola sata samo da ih stavi iza pulta uz neljubazno osoblje.Iako je bilo čisto ipak bi trebali voditi vise racuna o čistoći.Krema za tijelo kompletno prazna svih tjedan dana,plahtu od kreveta su samo okrenule na drugu stranu gdje je bila vidljiva mrlja.Druge dane osoblje je bilo ljubazno.

L'ottima pulizia e la presenza della piscina. Colazione buona anche se per niente varia ma di buona qualita. Risto/bar piscina qualità media, porzioni abbondanti.

Innanzitutto le pareti non isolano minimamente dai rumori. Vicini veramente cafoni che fumavano in stanza e in corridoio c'era sempre puzza. Personale della reception cosi cosi. Attrezzi palestra poco funzionali in quanto rotti, Carta smagnetizzata 3 volte in 5 giorni.. insomma, non vale la qualità descritta.

Fijne locatie dicht bij de luchthaven en gezellige eettentjes. Parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ontbijt werd snel en goed bijgevuld. Zwembad heerlijk met veel ruimte er om heen en een bar waar je eten en drinken kunt halen.

My main purpose was to attend a concert at the Ryadh Air Metropolitan. And the hotel has a very nice location: 20 minutes on foot. There are some nice parks around, El Parque de Juan Carlos I is close and it's superb. There is a swimming pool and space for sunbathing. A restaurant. A gym

The gym is small and has quite a few machines. So for a proper weight training one has to be inventive. WiFi in my room was rather bad: the speed was good but the connection was being lost every 10 minutes. Seems like my room was situated far from the nearest router. When we moved in, the floors were a bit dirty

Me encantó la habitación, la piscina, las instalaciones, tienen un hall muy acogedor. Su ubicación es ideal si viajas en avión (10 minutos en taxi) y si visitas algún evento en el Estadio Metropolitano (20 minutos andando)

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente . El personal fue dos veces de manera inmediata a solucionarlo y finalmente a la segunda vez se solucionó.

Nosotros nos alojamos una noche y nos pareció una buena localización para tema transporte público, muy buena limpieza y olor de la habitación, cama bastante cómoda, y bien equipado con una pequeña nevera, champú, gel de baño, crema corporal, y algunos artículos como gorro de ducha, peine, etc Calidad precio bastante bien.

Por ponerle un pero, sería que el check-in lo adelantaran, me parece una hora muy sobrepasada a las 15 para entrar teniendo en cuenta que el check-out es a las 12.

Really great hotel,easy access to the metro, rooms were a good size. Pool wasn’t heated but we still enjoyed it! Breakfast was much better than expected (ignore the bad reviews!) not sure what more you could want. Fresh bread, meats, cheese, hot options, salmon, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and fresh juices. Staff were absolutely lovely especially the lady who checked us in late at night. Gave lots of local tips on places to see. Only downside was on a hot day there really wasn’t enough sun loungers to go around and the bath tub was a small size (but the shower was amazingly powerful!) big shout out to Ronnie the barman too who made some delicious cocktails and was super nice!

Oef, wij verbleven hier begin augustus 2026 1 nacht, en dat is prima. Maar eind augustus verbleven wij hier 2 nachten en dat was niet naar wens. Het ontbijt is op zondag tot 11 uur. Tussen 11 uur en 12 uur kun je in dit hotel geen koffie of thee krijgen/kopen. De ontbijtzaal is gesloten en de kiosk bij het zwembad gaat pas om 12 uur open. Tussen 11 en 12 uur is er geen mogelijkheid voor een kop koffie of thee, terwijl er overal koffiemachines staan die niet gebruikt mogen worden. Geen bar, geen punt om koffie te halen, geen restaurant, niet op de kamer, niet in de ontbijtzaal, nergens niet. De dame achter de receptie die er werkte op zondag 23 augustus 2026 om 11.30 uur is niet vriendelijk, behulpzaam en al helemaal niet gastvrij: ze vertelde dat Sercotel geen all inclusive hotel is waar je de hele dag koffie kunt krijgen. Ik heb geen idee waarom ze daar over begon want ik ben juist blij dat we niet in een all inclusive hotel zaten. Daarnaast wilden we koffie kopen. Ze vertelde dat we dan maar in onze badkleding naar buiten moesten lopen, naar de overkant van de straat om koffie te halen. In een 4 sterren hotel?? Of je zorgt dat de kiosk een uur eerder open gaat, óf je zorgt dat er een bar open is óf je zorgt dat er een punt is waar je koffie kunt kopen. Dit sloeg nergens op voor een 4 sterren hotel en hebben wij nog nergens ter wereld meegemaakt. Daarnaast heb ik van voren contact gehad met de receptie over de openingstijden van het zwembad (ik doe een printscreen van het gesprek hier bij). Ze gaven door: van 10 tot 21 uur. Wat blijkt als je er bent: tussen 14 en 15 uur gaat het zwembad dicht. Reden: er is dan geen lifeguard aanwezig. Pardon?! Die was heel vaak niet aanwezig! Ook daar heb ik meerdere foto's van. En als hij/zij wel aanwezig was, zagen we ze vaak op hun telefoon waardoor de 'veiligheid' in het gedrang kwam. Dus dat uur slaat helemaal nergens op en is bijzonder irritant. Al met al: voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Para un 4 estrellas la habitación me parecce pequeña y muy basica, en la nevera hay poca oferta, tanto para beber como para comer. Y el desayuno es mejorable para esta categoria de hotel.

La habitación y que está cerca del metro. Y tiene zonas de aparcamiento que no son zona de pago.

Está a 35 minutos del centro en metro.

Las camas : tanto colchón , almohadas y edredón genial. Las habitaciones muy bien , la piscina muy bien .

Echamos en falta en los baños la cortesía de cepillo de dientes y pasta dentrifica . Lo echamos de menos porque es el único hotel que nos hemos encontrado sin ese artículo en el baño .

Cuando entramos a la habitación, el aire acondicionado estaba activado de tal forma que la temperatura era bajísima. Mi pareja y yo hemos enfermado después y nos íbamos de vacaciones.

My Wife and I stayed at the Sercotel Alcalá 611 for a long weekend in Madrid, and overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel, the location or the service. This is an honest review based on our experience. Hotel & Location The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered really easy access to central Madrid. The metro station was only around a 3–4 minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around incredibly straightforward. We purchased a 10-journey travel card for around £9, which was excellent value. The hotel is close to Metro Line 5 (the green line), which takes you directly towards many of Madrid’s main tourist areas. You can top the card up whenever needed, and the whole system was really easy to use. One particularly useful thing we discovered was that the same travel card can be used by multiple people. You simply swipe in and out each time you enter or leave the metro station. Once you get the hang of the system, travelling around Madrid is very easy. Most attractions are also only a short walk from the relevant metro stops. Breakfast & Food The breakfast was exactly what we expected for the price we paid. There was a decent selection and something to suit everyone. I do find it difficult to understand people who complain endlessly about food choices when travelling. You’re staying away from home, in another country, and paying a reasonable price — there will always be something someone can find to complain about! The hotel’s food and drinks were also reasonably priced for a hotel, especially considering you’re staying in the capital of Spain. We thought the prices were very fair. Staff & Service The staff were excellent throughout our stay. We actually had an accident in the room where I accidentally dropped the iron onto the glass table, causing the glass to crack. The hotel dealt with the situation promptly and professionally. What really stood out was that their first concern was whether we were okay, rather than immediately worrying about charging us for the damage. That says a lot about the attitude of the staff. Pool The pool area was a great addition, particularly because temperatures reached around 37°C during our visit. The pool itself was absolutely freezing — more like a cold plunge than a swimming pool! 😂 But when it’s that hot outside, it actually served its purpose perfectly and was a great way to cool down. Getting Around Madrid The metro was by far the easiest way for us to get around. It’s simple to use, inexpensive and gives you access to pretty much all of the main areas you’ll want to visit. If you prefer taxis, Cabify, Bolt and Uber are all available through their respective apps, so there are plenty of options for getting around. Overall Overall, we couldn’t fault the Sercotel Alcalá 611. The hotel was clean, the staff were fantastic, the prices were reasonable and the location gave us easy access to central Madrid without paying the prices you’d expect for staying right in the centre. For us, the combination of a good hotel, easy metro access and reasonable prices made it a great base for exploring Madrid. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and well-connected without paying central Madrid prices.

We selected this hotel for its location, parking and pool. We found all three exceeded our expectations. The pool was sizeable and the pool attendant friendly. The staff at the poolside bar were helpful and the food was tasty. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by an empty reception desk which wasn’t a good start. After almost ten minutes calling out hola and wandering around the reception area, the receptionist appeared with no apology which was a disappointing start to our stay.

Encontrei uma carraça na almofada, a loiça do pequeno-almoço constantemente suja, falta de limpeza de uma forma geral (cadeira sujas, individuais com migalhas, espreguiçadeiras encardidas etc…) Havia poucas espreguiçadeiras na piscina Uma das vezes que fui ao pequeno-almoço, não estava quase nada reposto Caro para o hotel que é Este hotel não merece 4 estrelas Falta de informação acerca do Pet Friendly, o que pode prejudicar pessoas com problemas de saúde/alergias graves O hotel precisa de renovação com URGÊNCIA!!!!!!!
