The staff is very helpful, and the location is good. The price is reasonable.

My first room was very small and not clean. Because the hot water didn’t work so the staff changed the room for me soon. The second room was nice, but the AC was leaking water so the staff changed room for me again. Overall it was OK because the staff was very responsive and willing to help, but i think the first room should not be used to host guests because the condition was quite poor.

I like the vibes! It kinda gives you some sort of kozy vibes. The bed was comfy too, and the room was clean. A room with this rm80 price per night? It's definitely worth it.

The door is pretty hard to open. Furthermore, the scanner of the door makes some "beep" sound too for minutes. So you'll have to listen to that every time u opened the door. But worry not, at most it will only last about 30 mins.

Really loud at night, no hot water, no working power sockets.

The pricing was fair, while the accommodations are top-notch! Room was clean, with complete amenities. They also provide water dispenser (Coway) on the floor. Lobby are well equipped with vending machines and massage chair. Locations was very strategic too.

The toilet does not have lock and cannot closed completely. Lack of privacy.

The towels and bedsheets appear quite old and slightly yellowish in color. The hotel should consider replacing them with new ones, even though the staff mentioned that they are provided by the laundry service. Perhaps the hotel could implement a policy to replace all towels and bedsheets every three years — just a suggestion. This is because the towels and bedsheets I received looked worn out, slightly yellowish, and had stains that resembled rust or something similar.

Está relativamente cerca de la zona del Water Front, se puede ir caminando, también está cerca de la parada de autobús para ir a Bako, que era algo que nos interesaba. Las camas son cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona bien. Buena presión en la ducha y agua caliente. Personal amable e intentan adaptarse a tus necesidades.

Hay un bar musical muy cerca y depende en el lado del hotel que tengas la habitación hay mucho ruido. Éramos un grupo grande y para desayunar, el servicio era un poco lento, entendemos que por las instalaciones de que disponen en la cocina.

La relación calidad precio está bien. La habitación está bien y es espaciosa para dormir 4 personas como fuimos nosotros. El baño correcto. La ubicación muy buena en Kuching

La limpieza. Le faltaba un buen repaso de limpieza y las sábanas tampoco estaban todo lo limpias que debieran. Creo que le faltó eso para subirle más la nota

Pokój był przyjemny, łóżko wygodne, wszędzie czysto. Otwierany kartą magnetyczną. Klimatyzacja dobrze działała, chociaż w jednym momencie kapała z niej woda. Możliwość sprzątania pokoju i wymiany ręczników. Czajnik w pokoju.

W pokoju bardzo słychać wszystkie dźwięki z korytarza. Przydałoby się odkurzyć pod łóżkiem. Brakowało szafki do wypakowania rzeczy. Przez brak okien po wejściu do pokoju czuć było wilgoć. Gdy klimatyzacja była włączona po kilku minutach było ok.

The booking i made for my relatives witch show including breakfast abd i hope to get clean room . It’s not they told that breakfast not including in the price and room was not thats clean need to improve and not provide breakfast even its ℹ have confirmed by call the receptionist

Poor Costmor service

The room was clean, and they have resolved the issue that someone previously mentioned about the towel having a bad smell. The staff were friendly, and overall, the room was excellent value for the price.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, as Kuching continues to expand.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely and hotel is in a good location. Breakfast wasn't great I will be honest. there is not a lot of space on the floor in the double room for bags. There also seems to be a bit of an ant problem.

Dirty and smelly, the sink is blocked

It was just what I was looking for something simple and affordable and in a good location. In the hotel as well as snack machines for convenience. I like that they were environmentally friendly. I was able to walk to many of the attractions I wanted to see.

My room was quite small and had no windows. That didn't bother me so much because I wasn't paying for a super nice hotel, but it was dark when the lights were out, so getting up in the morning was hard, but that's just me...
