Estaba molt net, llits comodes, la senyora de la recepció molt amable i el personal del restaurant molt atents i el menjar molt bó, tenen molt repertori de carns del diferents parts, Austràlia, Nova Zelanda....

Què la habitació no tenia finestra i el esmorzar tot molt bó però poca varietat

They require a RM200 deposit in cash to be returned at the end of the stay which is understandable, but if you’re either coming into or going out of Malaysia from a different country, this means either you need to get cash converted as soon as you land pre-check-in, or get that cash converted right after check-out on the way to the airport which is pretty inconvenient.

I ended up staying here for about 2 weeks and the staff were absolutely incredible. Maybe the best service ive had at a hotel! They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, even the windowless rooms are airy and clean. The breakfast is great. The location is also perfect. Close to the waterfront, malls and restaurants. Highly recommend 👌

Location is one of the best features: it is near the Sarawak River and on the edge of the business district, yet still an economical option. Clean rooms with good space. Nearby shops and convenience stores make staying comfortable when travelling with family. The breakfast spread is nice and has reasonable options for vegetarians. Grab is available all the time, and you can easily shuttle back and forth from other places in the city.

If you need vegetarian options, there aren't many nearby, and you'll need to order through Grab or go to the business district, which isn't too far.

Patiko maistas, labai paslaugus personalas ir švara. Vieta patogi, galima pėsčiomis pasiekti visas įžymiausias miesto vietas. Restorane gaminama nuostabi vakarienė.

Kambaryje mažokai vietos, norėtųsi erdvesnio kambario. Tačiau ne visi kambariai tokie maži, draugai už tą pačią kainą turėjo gerokai erdvesnius kambarius. Tačiau kainos/kokybės santykis labai geras.

Our room had no (external) windows which wasn’t clear when I booked it. Worth checking. Rooms are also on the small side

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen (nur ein Fenster zum Flur hin, das man nicht öffnen konnte) und da war die Luftzufuhr relativ schlecht und es war stickig.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos a pie por al lado del río en un paseo que merece la pena. El hotel estaba muy bien, la atención era de 10 y todo era nuevo.

Más variedad en el desayuno, algo más occidental. Aunque en general había donde elegir, estaba muy bien.

We were disappointed with the room we were assigned. Although the staff told us it had a city view, it did not. The room was also quite small, the towels were yellowish, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was locked. We asked if we could be moved to a room with a city view, but our request was ignored. On the positive side, the buffet was excellent and was the best part of our stay.

Excellent location, walking distance to the waterfront. Decent breakfast for the price. Many restaurants and mini markets close by. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big room and very big bathroom.

Service from receptionist when I request something. They said they will send to me later but they don't. It happened to me twice. once I asked prayer mat and another once is towel.

The staff members are very attentive to our needs and they are always right there. The location is near to tourist spots and also an easy place for the Grab drivers to pick up and turn around. The price is very reasonable, and the breakfast was good too.

The room was small without a view, but that has been accurately reflected in the price.

The bathroom shower head was leaking badly and when I informed the receptionist, immediate actions were taken to replace that shower head. Made our stay more pleasurable. The staff were also very kind, respectful and patient with our requests.

Maybe a bit more improvement on the breakfast. The breakfast spread was okay-ish. Other than that, no complaints!

The soundproofing between rooms is inadequate, as noise and loud conversations from the adjacent room can be clearly heard.

Value for money, reasonable location near the river, included breakfast good. No external window but so much to see and do in Kuching we were out all day anyway.

I love our room with 2 single beds even though is small but tidy and was surprised when we asked for packed breakfast send to our room early & they really prepared a good one delivery to our room. Price is cheap & affordable with walking distance near to many shops

It was so noisy the whole night. The sound from the cars from the main road, door closing from next doors.

Staf friendly and alert about customers. The food provided here is absolutely delicious and suitable for all ages.

The hotel is located right by the main road and parking is quite limited, which makes dropping off luggage a bit difficult.

I got a room with a window, which wasnt a window becouse just behind the window was a wall, with a plant in front and a lamp shining on the plant, which should give you the impression that you could look outside. There was no daylight. I didnt want that room becouse I didnt book a room without window. After a discussion they gave me another room, this room was very nice and had a window but the WiFi didnt work. In the end I was not very pleased about this hotel

The immediate location isn’t particularly great, as it’s on a busy road with not too many interesting things right there (but you only have to walk 10 min to get to more places)

DE kamer was vrij groot. De bad kamer was mooi. Het bed was comfortabel.

Er was 1 oudere dame achter de desk die ik niet zo vriendelijk vond. De kamer was een beetje gehorig ten opzichte van geluiden op de weg.

Le bâtiment n’est pas du tout insonorisé donc on entend beaucoup la rue … les bruits de moto. Et l’établissement n’a pas de proposition d’activités sur la région donc ils ne donnent pas du tout de renseignements sur ce qu’il y a à faire dans Kuching.

Very central location and was within walking distance to the Sarawak river and other attractions. Staff were attentive and polite, and attended to my requests professionally.

The hotel is situated by the main road, and traffic noises were quite loud even after I requested to be on a higher floor.

Dit is een goed hotel voor een bezoek aan Kuching Prima kamer, super vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt is voldoende. De locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum en goede restaurants in de buurt.

Het is er vrij gehorig, de piepjes van de lift zijn in de kamer te horen.

The location is good as in near some eateries and also the waterfront. The staffs are all so polite and everyone put on a smile whenever we see them. The family deluxe room is great especially the spacious toilet. The breakfast was decent but enough for the morning start and the coffee was good

Room, although my room had a window to artificial small garden only, but was sufficient. Bathroom size was good. Location is perfect, walking proximity to all interesting sites and has lovely bars and nice local restaurants around the area.. Breakfast could be better for a 3* hotel, but can pass. Because of very limited choice for breakfast I decided to give 8.
