I stayed here with my younger son for 4 nights. Property Manager Hamza was really helpful. The location was great everything was on walking distance. You can also take a day tour from Hamza. Airport transfer was good as i arrived at midnight. Breakfast was great served by Moroccan ladies. Price/Quality was great. İ am planning to revisit Marrakesh with my older son and would definitely rebook here.

La posizione è davvero ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza jamaa el fnaa con tutti i servizi vicini. Il servizio navetta anche molto buono e super puntuale. Il personale davvero super carino, ci hanno permesso persino di lasciare i bagagli dopo del check out e ci hanno anche permesso di aspettare nella Riad prima di partire con la navetta per arrivare all’aereoporto. Davvero carinii 😊

Notre hôte était vraiment très gentil et accueillant. Le riad est très propre, le lit confortable et l’emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la place Jemaa el fna. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse ! Un prochain séjour entre fille sera prévue dans les mois qui suivent et nous savons déjà ou loger.

Se tendría que indicar más claro que no hay aparcamiento en el riad y que hay que pagar el aparcamiento fuera, es difícil encontrar aparcamiento cerca

L’accueil était excellent et le personnel du riad était très serviable, chaleureux et sympathique. Le riad est situé à proximité de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna et des magnifiques souks traditionnels de Marrakech.

Hamsa y su equipo hicieron más fácil la estancia en el RIAD DIAMMANT LA VILLE ROUGE. El desayuno, la profesionalidad y el buen trato son las características que destacaría. No dejar por alto que es muy muy céntrico, siendo cómodo para moverse por la Medina. Un 10.

Petit déjeuner et service incroyable. L’hôte a été très sympa et très arrangeant.

The host spoke very good English and made sure he came to the rooftop to say hello and make sure we were comfortable and happy. Washing machine on site and free of charge. The lady who kept the place clean and prepared our breakfast on the rooftop was also very nice and helped me with how to use the washing machine. Good communication from the host and lovely amenities provided in the shower. Fab location and very good value for money. Air con in room was perfect.

Riad propre proche de tout nous avons l habitude d aller ici quand on va à marrakech personnel arrangant sympa rien à redire on se sent comme à la maison

Staff were very friendly, I got it for a bargain. Room was perfectly sized and had AC so no complaining. Liked the bathroom, and shampoo and body wash were provided. Plenty of hot water (at least for one person) and hair dryer was provided, which is useful. There was also a washing machine at the very top of the place on the terrace which I could use for my dirty clothes I used on Mount Toubkal. So +1 for that. The breakfast was awesome and made to order which I appreciated.

Only complaint I had was just the general state of the place. I'm fairly sure the place was actually very clean but it didn't feel it because of scuff marks on the walls, paint on the floor, wallpaper peeling etc. Like there wasn't any actual dirt, it was just in need of some quick DIY sort of jobs. Other than that, it was hard to find, but fantastic overall.

Hamzaさんと女性のスタッフが暖かく迎えて下さって、とてもくつろげました。テラスで食べた朝食も美味しかったです。 砂漠ツアーなどの予約もできます。ツアー中にドライバーと行き違いがあったのもすぐに対応して下さって、ツアーを楽しむことができました。気を使って何度かメッセージを下さったので安心感がありました。 フナ広場に近くて便利ですし、最初に場所を探していると近所の人が教えてくれ、通る度に笑顔で挨拶してくれます。

Je suis désolée, mais j’ai dû écourter mon séjour, pensant initialement que cet établissement pourrait me convenir. Après réflexion, je ne pense pas que cet établissement corresponde réellement aux standards d’un riad. De plus, aucune fiche de police ne m’a été demandée, ce qui est pourtant obligatoire. Il serait sans doute plus approprié de le proposer à la location comme un riad privé.

un petit Ryad (5 chambres) familial au calme, comme si vous étiez chez l'habitant (pas une carte postale de chambre moderne et luxueuse) ; un petit déjeuner simple mais servi avec le sourire et l'accueil chaleureux ; un emplacement très central dans la médina mais au calme (au fond d'une impasse) ; un prix moins onéreux que certains autres Ryads ; un lit très confortable (pas du tout mal au dos après une nuit de sommeil suite aux longues balades de la journée) ; des draps de bonne qualité (très doux).

des articles de toilettes "basiques" ; une chambre plutôt petite (mais comme on n'y passe pas trop de temps ce n'est pas un si gros défaut) et sombre avec quelques traces d'humidité au mur (pour une asthmatique c'est pas top) : un petit coup de peinture à quelques endroits ne seraient pas inutiles

Very good location. Small place but very calm. Small rooms but that's medina type. We had talks with the owner which is very nice guy. We felt welcome and like at home.

One bed was a bit loud. We were traveling with the kids and had to share two different rooms because the rooms host only two people. I think for the family with kids better to take place with bigger rooms.

A lovely traditional Ryad in a great location, which was right in the centre of the Medina. Very good price, including a delicious breakfast. But what made it so special was the friendly owner and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping with booking tours. Great stay!

Le passage des petites ruelles pour accéder au riad qui pouvez être légèrement anxiogène car mal éclairé. La lumière dans la chambre car pas de volet, un simple rideau.

We stayed for 5 nights in March and it was very pleasant. The location is excellent, a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but really quiet and peaceful. The owner, Hamza, is very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent english. The riad is clean, and the rooms have really good, hot showers. Breakfast is served on the roof.

La ubicación es buenísima....a 3 minutos(literales) andando desde la plaza Jemma El-fna. Como todos los riad la entrada es por calles estrechas y con poca luz, pero la zona es céntrica, con muchísima gente y muy segura.La atención por parte del personal fue maravillosa. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La habitación era pequeña pero acogedora y silenciosa. El baño cómodo, plato de ducha grandecito y con el detalle del calefactor, agua caliente y presión sin problemas. El desayuno sencillo pero rico.La terraza para el desayuno o descansar era sencilla pero coqueta. Lo mejor fue que pudimos dejar las mochilas en el riad cuando hicimos el check out para poder seguir conociendo la ciudad hasta la salida del vuelo.

Para nosotros la estancia fue muy buena, pero por señalar algunas mejoras: El desayuno es desde las 8.30, si quieres salir temprano no hay opción de picnic o al menos de café soluble/hervidor con una galleta por no salir con el estómago vacío. La cama: las almohadas eran finas y blandas...quizás tener dos almohadas extras en el armario sería una buena opción. Algo de mantenimiento del patio central.

Hamza es un excelente anfitrión y el desayuno es muy agradable y está bien. La ubicación es perfecta también.

Las instalaciones están bien son modestas el colchón es algo incómodo y claramente hay humedades en el riad, nada se seca.

Perfect location in the Medina . Very quiet in the heart of the city with a nice terrace where you can relax.

La chambre était belle et confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Le personnel poli et serviable. Le transfert en taxi s'est très bien passé à 3h du matin.

Nous avons logés le 1er jour du ramadan alors on nous a dit que c'était fermé de 18h à 20h. À 20h30, il est enfin arrivé pour nous montrer notre chambre. Ce retard nous a contrarié car nous étions très fatigué. L'emplacement est pas indiqué,il faut demander au voisinage pour trouver le riad. L'entrée n'est pas très accueillant, il se trouve au fond d'une impasse, en face d'un autre riad.

Breakfast

Difficult to find. There is little to recommend. The description of the room facilities is untrue. It is an old riad. Room is small and basic - only a bed and washroom. Garden view has no garden. If you are looking for the fitness center or the coffee/tea machine, keep looking. However, after texting our complaints about non-existent facilities, the owner was kind enough to waive our cancellation fee and we checked out early.
