A localização é mesmo ao pé da praia e de toda a zona de comércio. O pequeno-almoço é bom.

Os quartos só têm uma janela na porta não dando para ventilar. Um dos quartos ficou perto dos exaustores do restaurante, tendo muito barulho para dormir.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and spacious - looking exactly like the images online. Overall the hotel was good value for money and right next to the beach. Just be careful you have to have for sunbeds everyday on the beach as the hotel doesn’t include them. We met some lovely staff and they were very helpful and friendly!

Unfortunately, our room was on the roadside and on the ground floor which made it slightly noisier. The breakfast was minimal with not many options - only few hot and cold options to choose from so you couldn’t be picky.

Sono un cliente abituale e ci hanno dato una stanza con un letto rotto (che non hanno riparato né ci hanno cambiato di camera) e vicino alla colonna di sfiato della cucina. La colazione peggiora di anno in anno

A berendezés, mely modern és stílusos, az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a tengerparti sétány sarkán található. Autentikus görög hangulatú a berendezés. A recepciós höly, Mária segítőkészsége és kedvessége páratlan. A reggeli választék is pont elegendő, változatos és finom volt. Ha visszatérünk csak itt szállunk meg akkor is!

Piękne miejsce, mogę powiedzieć wszędzie blisko. Wyśmienicie smakują posiłki, jest moc wspaniałych miejsc w których zjesz co tylko zechcesz. Personel Makris Beach bardzo przyjazny. Nic dodać tutaj po prostu trzeba wrócić 😍

I loved the hotel and how it was straingt onto beach and jacuzzi room was amazeing we had a wonderful 6 days and maria on front desk is a breath of fresh air so helpful and funny i liked her .

Upea, uudehko hotelli rantakadulla. Tyylikäs sisustus. Lähellä kaikkea. Ranta tien toisella puolella. Mukavat sängyt ja upea parveke merelle päin omalla jacuzzilla. Hyvä aamiainen. Ihana, avulias respan Maria. Huoneessa kahvikapselikeitin ja muutamia ruokailuvälineitä.

Joku changing room voisi olla hyvä. Toki vessassa voi käydä rantapäivän päätteeksi vaihtamassa matkavaatteet, mutta ei ole suihkumahdollisuutta tms. Muutoin kyllä ihan täys 10 tälle hotellille.

Struttura pulita ed accogliente al centro di Kamari , con possibilità di andare a mare in 10 secondi, idem al ristorante, con mini market adiacente e tabacchi..la posizione era super strategica. Anche per raggiungere fira e Oía in 25/30 minuti di macchina si raggiungono facilmente. Camera grande , con cambio asciugamani giornalieri e colazione variegata tutti i giorni. Alla fine é un complesso di camere e appartamenti molto molto tranquillo Super , anche Maria alla reception!

Que hay que subir por las escaleras a las habitaciones del 1er. piso . Y con valijas de bodega se hace complicado. Pongan una persona que se encargue de eso. No condice con la calificación del hotel.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr groß, komfortabel und ausgesprochen sauber. Besonders angenehm waren die täglich frischen Handtücher. Ruhige Lage und Balkon! Die Lage ist einfach super – nur etwa 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, überall blühen Blumen und es gibt tolle Kakteen.

Kein eigener Strandzugang!

Everything was perfect! The room, the location and of course Maria! Such a wonderful person that informed and helped us with everything! Perfects place for couples and near all the places you need. Kamari is such a peaceful town.

La collazione potrebbe essere più varia

L'emplacement est proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. L'hôtel n'est pas bruyant pour autant. Le personnel est gentil et toujours souriant. Les chambres sont propres, tres grande (tout comme la salle d'eau - équipée en shampoing et savon) bien rénovée et équipée d'une climatisation. Malgré quelques petit manquement, nous sommes tres satisfaits de l'hôtel en générale.

Le lit est pas tres confortable, tres dur. Il manque quelques équipements dans la chambre comme des portes serviettes, étendoir, mouchoirs. Il y'a une machine a café mais pas de dosettes. Le service du petit déjeuner se finit rapidement alors que nous sommes en vacances. Malheureusement, aucun prix n'est prevu pour les clients de l'hôtel, pour les transats de la plage. (En sachant que l'hôtel n'a pas de piscine) Pas besoin de réserver trop longtemps a l'avance car jai remarqué que 1 mois avant c'était moitié moins chère que le prix que nous avions payé.

Wunderschönes Hotel, wir haben kostenlose Zimmer Upgrades bekommen und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ist so herzlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das angrenzende Restaurant ist sehr gut! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Beim Frühstück könnten noch Gurken und Tomaten angeboten werden, ansonsten war alles perfekt

The staff was very hospitable, kind, and professional. We always found help whenever we needed it. The location—just steps from the sea—and the atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Everything. The sea view, tub, breakfast, close to beach, quiet room, quiet A/C, dbl sink, dbl shower, balcony, cheap car rental, etc…

Maybe the steps up, for a senior couple might be an issue. And the boardwalk restaurants were hit and miss.

Location, modern but unique feel. Staff friendly & helpful. Lovely views and breeze as higher on the hill.

The location and breakfast was very good.

The staff was not helpful at all. The manager, Maria, was very friendly at check-in, but from there onwards she treated us like children, we did not feel welcome at all. The manner in which she spoke to us and watched our every step and complaining about every small issue, she woke us 3 times in one afternoon to complain about a make-up stain on the towel, a small pebble in the pool that fell out of a pocket and a swimming pool hanging over the umbrella to dry. We booked 4 very expensive rooms, housekeeping was very basic, literally emptying bins and sweeping, not even all the rooms, only two. The one aircon did not work, we repeatedly reported it and she said that it was working, but it did not blow cool air, at the end we needed to move the mattress of that room i to one of the other rooms. She talks to the guests as if they are school children, we did not appreciate that attitude at all.

Albergo bellissimo, curato e in posizione ideale. Gentilissimo e disponibile lo staff. Camere belle, comode e spaziose. Ottima anche la prima colazione: tante proposte e tutto buono (torte fatte in casa, pane fresco, uova appena preparate, ecc.). Un buffet di qualità, insomma.

Lo spazio esterno era minimo, ma trattandosi di una stanza di albergo ci sta. Una cosa facilmente migliorabile: poiché l'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile, lasciare in camera una bottiglia sarebbe un gesto gentile e gradito. Ci sono macchinetta del caffé e bollitore, ma non ci sono né cialde né bustine da té, e quindi è come non averle. Di nuovo, con poca fatica e spesa si può rimediare.

Absolument tout. La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse propre et nettoyé quotidiennement. Le restaurant qui en fait partie est délicieux face a la mer, le petit déjeuné qui y est servi est comme il faut. Les transats proposés par l’établissement incroyable. Le service exceptionnel. L’emplacement idéal en famille. C’était vraiment vraiment FANTASTIQUE !

Unser Deluxe-Zimmer mit Whirlpool war modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war jeden Abend ein echtes Highlight. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Maria bedanken. Sie war jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Egal ob Fragen, Wünsche oder organisatorische Anliegen – Maria hat alles schnell und mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Dadurch haben wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und völlig ausreichend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die ru Lage. Der Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir können das Makris Beach Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Santorini-Urlaub gerne wieder!

Steps away from the beach and an extremely roomy apartment-style room. The staff was amazing, as was the breakfast. A great value and location.

The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable but the other beds were.

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and cheerful receptionist who immediately made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private jacuzzi, which made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Friendly welcome. Booked as our final destination after visiting a few islands and ideal for the 10 minute taxi drive to the airport. Location was great...2 mins from beachfront and lots of sea facing restaurants. Tip for visitors to walk inland up the side streets for a lovely 'square' ringed by restaurants and a cocktail bar or two.

If you have heavy cases ask for a ground floor room!

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vwb de kamer, accommodatie en voorzieningen. De inrichting is erg prettig en schoon. De ligging tov het strand ed is ook heel fijn.

Niet altijd iemand bij de receptie aanwezig.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, wie frisch renoviert. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Zimmer ist modisch eingerichtet, und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit kostenlosen Sonnenliegen ist hervorragend. Wenn man möchte kann man auch dort den Restaurantservice nutzen.

Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, z.B. gab es im Bad nur einen Handtuchhalter für 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher. Ein oder mehrere zusätzliche Halter oder Haken haben wir vermisst.

Gostei de exatamente tudo no Makris Hotel. Localizado exatamente na praia como eu e meu marido estávamos procurando . A Jacuzzi aquecida com vista para o mar foi incrível . O café é bem farto . E claro não posso deixar de falar sobre a simpatia da Maria que tem uma alegria que é radiante. Recomendo de olhos fechados ☺️

Absolutely everything! The location was great, the service and level of hospitality was great. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the Makris Beach Hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish there was more variety with the breakfast, it was mainly bacon & eggs everyday with some small side salads or cakes. I also wish there was a kettle and/or microwave in the room like every standard hotel chain. These are definitely small things that could be better therefore I rate it a 9/10. Overall, still a wonderful experience.

It is clean, spacious, right on the beach and the staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent! So absolutely nothing to complain about at all!

vista la presenza locale costante e di intensità variabile del vento, nel piano terra lascerei le vetrate mobili interne della zona ristorazione sempre disponibili a richiesta di adeguamento per la protezione dal vento ( nel mio caso avevo un occhio sensibile dopo intervento e mi avevano sconsigliato di rimanere in mezzo alle correnti d'aria o vento.

Great location a stones throw from the beach. Great restaurant /bar connected to hotel. Comfortable room very clean and pretty sleek design. Good amenities. Staff very friendly and laid back.

Well, the heart of the hotel is Maria. She is such a Star than I would never even consider another hotel in Santorini island. Location is perfect. Kamari beach area is a bit less expensive compared to the other tourist areas such as Fira and Oia. We loved to visit those places, but would I live there? No, thank you. Kamari beach area has a lot of cozy bars and super nice restaurants. If you rent a car or scooter(Maria helps you with those) you are easily able to visit all the beautiful places of the island and then return to the tranquility of the Makris Beach Hotel. The room we had was super. 22A had a rooftop with sea view, sun beds and a jacuzzi. The room was spacious and the shower/toilet was comfortable in every way. Plus points for the rainfall shower that fits even a bit bigger person like me. The bed was comfy and the cleaning staff did a perfect job each morning. Breakfast at the Prince restaurant was good although simple. Not too much but just enough. Next door of the reception there is an agency providing all the tours - also an excellent and warm customer service. So in conclusion, trust me - if you go to Santorini then this is the place to book. You will love it.

I always need to write something in this column so… the fact that I did not have an option to have my breakfast outside on the terrace of Prince, as they have a rule that hotel guests breakfast area is only inside of the restaurant, was a bit of a turnoff first morning, but I managed to cope with this rule next morning so…. All good.

Un joli petit hôtel tout blanc et fleuri, à 50 m de la plage dans le joli village de Kamari. Une bonne adresse : bon accueil par Maria, belle décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bains, bon petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement et nous avons pris de bons repas au restaurant.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of breakfast served in the hotel restaurant (as per the Booking description and reviews). I had been island hopping using studios/apartnments so I wanted to finish my trip with a nice hotel. I was informed on arival that the restaurant was not open in the morning so they would bring it to my room. The breakfast was left on a tray on my patio which was open to the street. The breakfast itself was very poor. As the room was at a discount price I could hardly complain but it was a disappointment. The room was at ground level and was directly accessible from a side street. There was a patio but it wasn't very private. The pictures give the impression that the sunbeds outside are a part of the hotel but I understand guests wiould have to pay for them. I was only there for two nights and it was too cold for the beach but agian, it could have been a disapointment, certainly for a longer stay.

Très bon accueil. Appartement avec un espace agréable et bien décoré. Très bonne situation juste à côté de la plage dans un quartier animé mais sans gêne nocturne à la période de notre voyage.

Petit déjeuner un peu juste sur la variété / renouvellement. Il manque des jus frais et des produits un peu plus locaux pour améliorer.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am Strand. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Wunderschöner, gepflegter Innenhof voller Blunen und Arrangements. Zimmer Nr. 18 ist ein Traum. Alles passt, alles stimmt. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Überaus nettes Personal. Das Herzstück des Hotels ist Maria an der Rezeption. Sie hilft mit Tipps, managt Shuttles oder Meetautos oder Ausflüge uvm. Oft mit Vergünstigungen. Das leckere Frühstück gibt es im angrenzendem Restaurant Prince. Zu dem Restaurant gehört ein Strandbereich mit großen und bequemen Liegen. Wenn man etwas zu Essen oder Trinken bestellt, sind die Liegen frei. Wenn nochmal Santorini, dann bestimmt hier im Makris Beach Hotel. Maria - nochmals danke für die tolle Zeit.

Obsluha na ranajkach bola velmi mila, ustretova, priatelska, v posledny den nas dokonca aj objala, vystiskala. Takze personal 100 bodov.

V kuchyni chybalo umyvadlo. A napisane bolo, ze bude manzelska postel a dve postele a pohovka. A bola len jedna postel, aj ta bola velmi tvrda, spala som akokeby na drevenej late. Klimatizacia v spalni nefungovala a strasne smrdela - ako odpad.

We absolutely loved our stay. It's a lovely hotel, in such a great location, so relaxing and right next to the sea. It was really quiet too, although if you are looking for some music, it's only a few minutes walk away. The Staff were great. Our meal in Prince restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Appartamento con 1 camera da letto spaziosa, bagno piccolo senza finestra (presenza di ventola), spaziosa area soggiorno e materasso king size (in dotazione coperte e cuscini) Carino per passarci una o due notti di passaggio.

Difficile comunicare con il personale, ho mandato un paio di messaggi senza risposta dove chiedevo disponibilità per un trasferimento e la presenza di phon, visto che la stanza non ne era dotata. Wi-Fi pessimo, impossibile navigare o mandare messaggi. Colazione continentale, non eccellente per qualità.
