اولا تعامل الأخ حمزة فقد حدث خطأ غير مقصود في الحجز ولكنه تصرف بمسؤلية

بصراحه الشقق نظيفه وواسعه ومرتبه ومتكامله جميع الاحتياجات حتى ادق التفاصيل من اشياء لايمكن ان تجدها في اماكن اخرى مثل البخور والفحم واشجار الديكور والزينه . بصراحه اول مره اشوف شقق بهذا المستوى من النظافه والترتيب والسعر . التكييف ممتاز الاسره نظيفه دوراة المياه نظيفه المطبخ متكامل الاغراض التلفزيون سمارت النت قوي الخدمات التسوقيه قريبه من السكن والشي الاهم هو تعامل الاخ العزيز / حمزه الشنقيطي الله يوفقه ويسعده كان تعامل راقي ومتواجد بالواتس 24 ساعه لتلبية اي احتياج او الرد على اي استفسار . اصلا" هو من تاكد الحجز يرسل لك جميع المعلومات الوافيه اللي تحتاجها بالسكن والمدينه . شكرا اخ حمزه من الاعماق

ماشاء الله مساحه الشقة جدا مناسبة واسعه وتفتح النفس والمطبخ كامل من الاجهزة والادوات وغرف النوم نظيفه والسرر مريحه والترتيب والتناسق في كل شيء .. ومكانها هادي وقريبة من السوبر ماركت والاماكن العامه وحتى من الحرم قريبة بالسيارة ويوجد موقف للسيارة مع الانترنت داخل الشقة .. وربي يبارك له صاحب الشقة ذوق واخلاق وان شاء الله قررنا كعائله كل ما ننزل الى المدينة المنورة راح نستاجر الشقة

Clean and spacious. New build with modern furniture and appliances. My family will likely stay every time we visit Madinah. The host was very helpful and pleasant. الحمدلله

النظافة و الإهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة كل مايلزم السكن متوفر حتى الأشياء البسيطة فكرة وضع كرتون مياه حتى و إن كانت القيمة بسيطة لفته جميل من المالك بصراحة نموذج مغاير ومختلف عن التجارب السابقة

The apartment is truly amazing, well-appointed, and in a good location. It was exceptionally clean, and the bed/furniture were comfortable. We felt right at home and would definitely book again.

Very modern and clean. The management team was extremely supportive and helped with every little thing. Mohammed made us feel very welcome and gave us extra blankets, pillows and towels on demand.

الشقة كما في الصور بل افضل، واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة، قريبة للمسجد الحرام بالسيارة (10 دقائق تقريبا مع الازدحام المتوسط)، وكذلك قريبة من سيدنا الحمزة وشهداء احد، تعامل المضيفين محترم جدا ومتساعدين وخدومين، كل شيء في الشقة يعمل بشكل جيد، الماء في الحمامات بارد وساخن يعملان بشكل جيد ودفع جيد، الشقة قريبة من البرادات الصغيرة مسافة مشي على الاقدام. خدمات السيارة كمحطات البنزين وغسيل السيارة ومحلات الصيانة قريبة جدا، محلات غسيل وكي الملابس قريبة ايضا، كما توجد غسالة في الشقة ومكواة وطاولة كي، كذلك يوجد كرسي متحرك لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات. الشقة بشكل عام ممتازة وإن شاء الله نعاود السكن بها. كل التوفيق للمضيف، ولجميع زوار المدينة المنورة.

بعض الملاحظات البسيطة تواصلنا مع المضيف بشأنها ومتأكدين انها ستحل باقرب فرصة. يوجد مصعد واحد للمبنى، وهو كافي لعدد الشقق في المبنى ولا يوجد انتظار يذكر. كل التوفيق للمضيف، ولجميع زوار المدينة المنورة.

Early access to haram. If someone need a uber choose the location DMAA3916 on the app it will be exact location otherwise it can be a tricky.

'نظيفة وكافية لعايلة من 8-9 اشخاص ويوجد بها جميع المستخلكات ويوجد غسالة ملابس ومطبخ به جميع الادوات الاساسية الموقع مناسب وقريب من الحرم ( بالسيارة ) ولكن نظرا للمشاريع الكبيرة تحت الانشاء وإعلاق بعض الطرق فقد يستغرق الوصول وقت اطول ولكن بشكل عام الموقع يعتبر قريب

I had a wonderful stay at the Taiba Luxury Apartment. The location is fantastic, just about a 5-minute drive or a short 20-minute walk to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is luxurious, modern, and beautifully designed, providing everything I expected and more. The cleanliness and service were top-notch, and the team was wonderful. My family was fully satisfied, and we will definitely return to Madinah and stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna hotelllägenhet i Madinah al-Munawwarah. Allt var toppenbra! Värden var otroligt snäll, trevlig och mycket hjälpsam, och gav oss all information vi behövde under vistelsen. Läget var väldigt lugnt och perfekt för avkoppling, samtidigt som det kändes tryggt och bekvämt. Bemötandet gjorde verkligen vistelsen extra speciell. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till andra. Tack för en underbar upplevelse!💯💯💐

Alhamdulillah, our stay at this apartment in Madinah was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing great comfort. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families, allowing us to rest well after our Umrah. The location was very convenient with stores close by and a 5-10 minute taxi/uber drive to Masjid an Nabawi. The uber service is very cheap aswell (approx. 16-20 SAR) The host was very kind , respectful, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized, making our stay easy and stress-free. We are grateful for the care and effort put into this place! May Allah reward the owners and staff for their hospitality and kindness. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madinah and would happily stay here again, in sha Allah!

Mohammad Abu Abdullah was extremely helpful from the time we got to the apartment.He was in contact even before we got to Madina and he was there to welcome us and giving us details on everything we might need while staying in Madina. Mohammad was in contact anytime I would send him a message with a question. The apartment is new and spotless with enough space for upto 8 or 9 people comfortably. I will definitely contact Mohammad Abu Abdullah anytime I am planning a trip to Madina.

I along with my family traveled from sharjah to perform umra and stayed at this beautiful and comfortable apartment, just loved this beautiful place even the kids loved to stay there, apartment was so clean and the staff was very cooperative and lovely person, and mainly it is so close to haram just 20 to 25 minutes on walking distance and i would to stay again on my next visit 🥰

Very nice receptionist. Very clean and very well furnished flat. Wry spacious lounge. Modern kitchen. Three spacious rooms. 2 clean and spacious toilets. Free and numbered parking.

من أجمل الشقق التي سكنتها على الإطلاق تعامل راقي جدا نظاااافة رحابة وسعة راحة عدم إزعاج كل شي متوفر حول الشقة اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل يسعون بكل جهد في تلبية رغبات النزلاء ومساعدتهم وإرشادهم. بالطبع سأكرر التجربة معهم إن شاء الله.

Everything was more than what we expected! Muhammad, our host was extremely helpful- providing all information needed and also offered to take me around the blocks to see whats around. He provided enough information via WhatsApp and I had no need to disturb him further!

On the foot to Masjid Nabawi is going to be tough if you have elders. If you are a young man or woman- then its 20-25min walk to the gate of Masjid.

The apartment was very spacious and clean.Beds were comfortable and good Aircon.

We thought it will be 5mins drive but because of traffic it took us 15mins.Taxi cost is very reasonable.

سرني نظافة المكان ولطف الاستقبال، والمكان كان انيقاً وغرفه واسعة ومريحة، وكان مكملاً في كل شيئ .. ينقصه قربه من الخرم إلى حد ما،. وإن كان قريباً إذا لم يكن هناك زحام ..

فقط كوننا نحن الذين نحمل النفايات إلى الخارج ..

The apartment was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent—very close to the Haram. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely book the same place when I return to Madinah.

Execllent apartment near uhad and harram

The location was central to the Haram, supermarkets and fast food places nearby. The unit was lovely, clean, spacious.

I had no issues

We liked the cleanliness, comfort and facilities. It was also very spacious.

1) There were not enough toiletries and cleaning items. 2) The iron was not working properly.

Not any thing particular. If you have your own vehicle, its a great place to live..

The location is exactly 8 min drive from Masjid Nabwi so you will need to take a taxi which is around 15 riyals maximum. The apartment is excellent and has everything a family needs. The manager is always available for any issues and very helpful.

The building needs some work on the lifts. During our stay twice the elevatoe was not working. This is not the fault of the flat owner as it falls under the building team. However on the day of our return, our family were stuck in the lift and this could have been very dangerous. This is the main issue and apart from this a superb apartment and very modern.

The host was so wellcoming. Place was exactly as shown in pictures. Everything exceeded our expectations. My family had a very pleasent stay. The place is easily accessible by all ride hailing companies like careem etc and costs only 10 to 15 riyals to masjid e nabawi. I stayed here with my family including four kids and my father.

I recently stayed with my family at Taiba Luxury Apartment, and we had a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent location. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The service was top-notch. The apartment is conveniently located just a 5 mins drive from Masjid al-Nabawi and close to other facilities like supermarkets and shopping malls. Plus, we could even view Uhud Mountain from the apartment itself. We highly recommend this place for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. We will definitely be returning.
