Can açma kapatma kolları sökülmüş ve canı tekrar açıp kapatma şansınız bile yok. Gürültü ve odanın küçük olması dışında iyiydi.

Fantastic hotel! A great place to stay with an excellent location and outstanding service. Everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I've noticed some of the security guards' behaviour has been rude, especially Arabic speaker.

Everything was very good in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location. A small thing that I feel an upgrade is to have a door for shower.

Liked everything and will love to come back and stay again.

We absolutely loved the breakfast. The location is right next to the Haram, so very easy to get in and out of the extreme heat as quickly as possible after each Salah. It had shops and restaurants very nearby, too!!! Alhamdulillah!!!

The kettle in my room stopped working, I requested for a replacement which didn't come after 2 and a half hours of waiting and 2 phone calls to Reception. I had to go down to the Reception with the broken kettle and tears in my eyes as my 2yr old was hungry and I needed to feed her and there was no hot water to prepare her food with.

Everything was excellent, including the comfortable mattress, efficient lifts and room facilities.

We could hardly find anything we didn’t like.

Location, staff and restaurent, staff at receiption was nice

I suggest to renovate doors and doors access cards only, replace old style inset type keys with new touch smart keys…

The proximity to the mosque, the friendly security staff and reception staff and the minimal queues for the lifts

Rooms were not cleaned only when we requested even though the ‘clean my room’ sign was highlighted they cleaned in between days. Construction work outside our hotel which we had not been made aware off and the work was happening during the night aswell as during the day so sleep was very disrupted.

I got early check in at the Hotel & facilities were really nice.

breakfast was good but it was expencive. It is near to the mosque but you need to cross the busy road .

Every thing was fine accept the road traffic. Thanks

Clean.welcoming staff,amazing breakfast,spacious rooms,fast elevators..just exceptional

Location

Food same everyday and totally horrible ever. Everyday have to call and ask housekeeping to send towels and make up room because they forgot every time

Maden Hotel is easily one of the best places to stay in Madinah. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—they even offered us complimentary refreshments while we waited to check in. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which made traveling with family seamless. The location couldn't be better; it is just a short, easy walk to the Haram and right near the main gate. To top it off, the daily breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Everything is perfect only have limited staff for room service, but overall everything is perfect.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hotel Experience I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and very understanding. They were kind, patient, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything was organised perfectly. I felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and genuinely caring staff. 5 stars — truly an excellent experience! It’s is 4 star hotel but service is 5 star.

Excellent Location - Also, we were allowed an early check-in and late check-out.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maden Hotel. The location is excellent and extremely convenient for Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel is just off King Fahd Road, you simply cross the main road and you are already in the first block leading towards the Haram. We booked a family room consisting of two connected rooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with four single beds. The rooms were very spacious and worked perfectly for our family. Another big positive was the lifts. They were very fast and we rarely had to wait, which makes a real difference in a busy hotel so close to the Haram. Housekeeping was also very good. The cleaners were always available when needed, and we had no problems at all with room service or cleanliness. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Khalid was particularly helpful, as was another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He assisted us with check-in. We arrived around two hours before the official check-in time, and despite this they managed to prepare and give us our room within about 40 minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Maden Hotel to friends and family. The spacious family accommodation, helpful staff, quick lifts and excellent proximity to Masjid an-Nabawi made it a very convenient and comfortable choice.

One small word of caution: there are a few hotels in the area with very similar “Maden” names, and some are quite close to each other. Make sure you check the exact hotel name and location before arriving so you go to the correct one.

Excellent location near Masjid an-Nabawi. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful.

It was difficult to sleep because of the constant vehicle horns from King Fahad Road. Soundproof windows would have made the stay much better.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maden hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, an beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding, and the attention to detail really made a difference. The hotel has a great atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

The quad room was slightly smaller than other hotels.

Location staff and service

The location is excellent, easy access to men's and ladies prayer gates, food places nearby, aloa taxis nearby, can get golf carts to go to quba Rd, just outside. Cleaners were excellent, quad room was good size beds were like small double rather than single so excellent. Reception staff were very helpful, staff always helping get lifts when we came back from prayer. Breakfast was really good nice cheese selection/ breads / eggs - too much to name. Arabic tea and dates always at reception - when you want. Overall I'd definately come back to Maden

Managed to get a good special rate but is expensive otherwise

An excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Staff is polite and supporting. Location is excellent.

Location 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10

Parking was charged and you need an invoice first from the reception to enter. It can be easily changed to pay as per the hours. The attitude of the Security Staff was very bad. Because of the procedure, I had to go to reception and the security mis behaved with my family in the car.
