ロケーションが良かった。大型ショッピングモールやマッサージ、交通の便（大通りに面しているので）がよかった。24時間でスタッフの対応もよかった。

デポジットは日本円でも可ならよい。コンビニがもっと近くにあるとよい。

Very good location. The stuff is very helpful.

因為是開了很久的飯店，設備難免沒有那麼新穎，但不影響住宿

No hay nada de decoración, el hall es espectacular, pero los pasillos de las habitaciones y la propia habitación sin absolutamente nada y eso choca bastante.

l'hotel est très bien situé, proche de centre commercial, d'un parc, de restaurant et services de massages. les horaires de la piscine et du fitness sont super, après une longue journée , on a encore le temps de se détendre à la piscine. les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Emplacement très intéressant et piscine avec des heures d’ouverture géniales (6-22).

Le staff n’est pas très sympathique ou accueillant. Ils font le job. C’est tout. Quelques soucis d’entretien dans les chambres et les chaînes étrangères satellitaires au minimum syndical.

Sin duda, uno de los mayores aciertos de nuestro viaje. Elegir este hotel fue todo un descubrimiento y volveríamos a repetir sin pensarlo. Lo primero que destacaría es la relación calidad-precio, que me parece excepcional. Pero lo que realmente hace especial la estancia es el conjunto: un personal encantador, instalaciones muy cuidadas y una limpieza impecable en todo el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y se nota que han cuidado cada detalle. Además, tiene piscina con un horario muy amplio, algo que viene genial para relajarse después de un día de visitas. También dispone de parking y la ubicación es muy cómoda, en una zona estratégica y muy bien comunicada. En resumen, un hotel que nos ha sorprendido para bien y que recomendaríamos sin ninguna duda. Una elección totalmente acertada. El innodoro estilo japonés, mola mucho.

Un muy buen hotel. Límpio, tranquilo,perfecta localización a unos minutos a pie del metro y relativamente cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Desayuno buffet magnífico y a staff siempre atento y accesible. Solo le faltaría, en mi opinión, un pequeño bar donde tomar algo al final del día; pero es solo mi opinión. Muy recomendable.

L'ingresso molto bello, moderno pulito e accogliente, lo staff del parking sempre gentilissimo. Camera di dimensioni normali, giusta per chi ci deve solo dormire la notte. Letto comodo!

Lo staff alla reception era educato ma non molto proattivo o gentile, inoltre ci è stato chiesto un deposito cash di 2.000 baht e non eravamo informati a riguardo, quindi abbiamo dovuto prelevare apposta. La doccia era molto scomoda, soprattutto bassa anche per chi è di normale statura (170 cm). Infine, abbiamo chiesto per il servizio di lavanderia ma ci avrebbero messo 2 giorni lavorativi interi (nella nostra successiva tappa ci hanno messo meno di 8 ore). Un vero peccato visto il livello dell'hotel.

Location is good.

First room was dirty and smelled like sewage, view over a very close and ugly building. Bad Changed room. Broken appliances and smell, with view over parking. General: hard bed We asked to shorten our stay as the standards of a local 4* were clearly not met. Had to asked booking.com to intervene as hotel management was refusing to modify the booking. Thanks booking!

I had to pay a 2,000 cash deposit, which was difficult to spend on my check-out day.

The hotel is located almost at the metro station, so we had an excellent connections to reach every part of the city. However, the Chinatown or Lumpini Park were in the walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and equipped with a small kitchen (including kettle and microwave oven). The room service replaced water, soda or tea every day. We enjoyed swimming pool too, and excellent breakfasts - the variety of food is astonishing! The staff was very kind and helpful, the were ready to help anytime.

The best hotel I have ever been

Firstly, the hotel is nice and we're glad we stayed here. Our main reason is how close it is to the subway. Easy access to the east or west of the city. Taxi or Tuk Tuk everywhere else. The reception area is grand and looks really good. Lots of comfortable places to sit if you're waiting. Nice touch with the free lemon water. Easy taxi drop off too as this is off the incredibly busy street. Breakfast was ok, but didn't cater well for Brits, which is ok. Still plenty to eat and food was good quality. The egg station was excellent. A really friendly chef on hand to cook any type of egg breakfast you need with bacon. We would have liked a bar to chill out a couple of times, but this hotel doesn't serve alcohol. A minor downside for us, but not a reason to book elsewhere. The pool is small, enclosed and slightly noisy from the air-conditioning units outside. It's still a nice place to chill for a while, but I wouldn't stay there for longer than an hour or so. The maid service appears to be every day and they are excellent. This seems to be a theme with the hotel as the staff are really friendly and helpful. The lifts work really well too. We were on the 7th floor (top) so grateful for this. I doubt we'll come back to Bangkok, but if did then we would consider this hotel again.

Aria condizionata in stanza un po’ troppo rumorosa e troppo alta nelle zone comuni.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé à proximité des grands magasins et des commerces. Le personnel est agréable et le séjour s’est très bien passé. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

le petit déjeuner peut varier , et la restauration le soir aucun choix, obligé de sortir pour aller dîner c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel

The hotel is very generous with its mini bar. The connecting room to my children was good. Room is quite big. Hotel is at good location opposite is the Sam Yan mall & link to Sam Yan MRT. Easy to get taxi or grab transport

全体的に清潔感があり、特に水周りに安心感がありました！鏡が大きく、メイクや着替える時も便利でした。 荷物を置く場所も多かったり机もあったので何も問題はありませんでした。毎日お水やタオルを補充してくれました。フロントも常にいらっしゃり、深夜2時くらいに着きましたが何も不安なくチェックイン出来ましたし、相談ごとには真摯にかつ笑顔で対応してくれました。エスカレーターもカードキータッチ式でセキュリティ的に安心です。周りも大学近くということもあるのか、治安が良いエリアだと感じました。

部屋干しがまったく乾かないことだけ、苦労しました…。クローゼットのハンガーは外れないようになっていて、風通しが悪いので、持ってきたら良かったです。

Amazing staff, great with kids and really helpful in navigating the local area in the first jetlagged days! We were there for a conference and stayed in the connected room which was extremely comfortable for a family of 4 with two small kids who got their own room!

Breakfast was very ordinary compared to other hotels in Bangkok. Staff wlaked past plates accumulated on tables. House keeping staff were pleasant and did a good job.

I was told that I got upgraded to exec room, but it was super basic. Not sure if there is any mishap there. The towel provided is not the cleanest, having some visible stain.

1.飯店旁邊有MRT station、Big C、百貨公司，飯店裡設有Let’s Relax，生活機能方便。 2.房間裡有免治馬桶、雨傘、Netflix、youtube，房間也寬敞。 3.押金是2000銖，不是介紹頁面的5000銖。

El desayuno es muy variado y un gran buffet de comida tailandesa. La ubicación está bastante bien.

Hotel com muito bom aspeto, premium. Pequeno almoço divinal, com várias opções de comidas tailandesas. Quarto espaçoso, com vista para a cidade. Boa piscina.

Os quartos são bons, mas a decoração é básica - podiam ter um toque mais personalizado. Zona de fumadores do hotel é desconfortável, feia. Faltam doces no pequeno almoço.

The most helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and spotless pool and amenities. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day before catching a late-night flight. Not difficult to get to and from the airport using the rail network, which is very cheap compared to most cities, around THB70. The hotel is only a level 100 metres or so from Sam Yan BTS station which connects the airport line at Makkasan and on to the river attractions.

Loved the location as it was handy to the Samyan MRT and shopping malls. Patpong market was under 15 minute walk away. Very clean hotel and wonderful staff. Buffet breakfast was a highlight as there was so much variety and staff were fantastic in cleaning tables and offering excellent service. Loved the spa service- felt very high end and that mango sticky rice at the end was to die for!!

To be honest nothing really. If I had any minor suggestion it would be more hooks in bathroom and make-up mirror! But without that it's still fabulous!
