My wife and I spent a few days in this peaceful guesthouse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had good facilities. If we come back to Kampot one day, we wouldn't mind to book it again.

In the beginning we had some problems with cockroaches in our room. But after fumigating the room twice, the problem was completely resolved. The guesthouse staff apologized for the mishap and took note of it.

Venía de otro alojamiento caótico y Pat nos salvó la estadía. La habitación tiene mini nevera, hervidor, ventilador, aire acondicionado, colgadores, un pequeño mueble, mesa y una silla. También hay TV pero no hay mucho que ver. ¡Y agua potable gratis! Nada de estar comprando botellas de plástico. El hotel es muy céntrico. Pat, su chica y su socio son encantadores, organizan actividades durante la semana para que los clientes participen. Lo que me pareció más curioso es que no tienen una sola referencia negativa.

Algunos clientes descorteses no se quitaban los zapatos en el hotel. La habitación no tiene "ventanas", son láminas de vidrio pegadas a la pared, no se pueden abrir. Nada de esto afecta la experiencia.

Wonderful place to stay, adding so mach value to your travel . Booking only give ten but I think they earn a 12. The People II am met have a good spirit of life and get so many insides and exciting activities about Kompot and Cambodia You have the choice you can be a part of it, or enjoy quietly the time -each way - is a win . Special Thanks to Mellisa Pat and Brandon joining the competition. ( Game is still open No final winner yet in each category even points ) And also the wonderful accouter to the Volunteers Be+Sc+Ro+Ju where brought so many positive aspects in there work and presence. Also the women how make the cleaning work is very friendly and maintains clean and nice rooms with a good atmosphere.

Staff are friendly and welcoming

Staff, including owners, are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Room is clean, big and comfortable. Not too mention free bananas and self service fridge. Little details left to improve. Price/performance ratio is perfect 10. I'm 100% sure you will not regret booking your stay in Kampot here.

Door broken with a huge gap. Matrass is very hard, I have seen 3 cocroaches

It's a peaceful property with a laid-back atmosphere. Helpful staff with a nice attitude. Green initiatives. Bonus: 24/7 access to drinking water at the reception and a bunch of fresh bananas daily.

The malfunctioning shower/heater in my room right on arrival was a bummer. I'm pretty sure everyone knew about it. It then took time to get it properly repaired.

Brendon and Pat were very helpful and had really good recommendations personalized for our tastes and interests! Highly recommend this place!

The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything you may need to make your stay more enjoyable, including giving me a listing of restaurants of recommendation. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt bowl was very good which I enjoyed almost daily. They have a free purified water tap inside for virtually unlimited water. They also have special small group events throughout the week that make your stay even more pleasurable. The hotel was in walking distance to the bus terminal and many good restaurants.

Great location and the family was upgraded too. The beer can just be taken from the fridge so it's built on trust. Rooms are comfy and spacious and there is ample car parking. Will definitely stop there again. Great value

I didn't expect much from Kampot. I just came for a visa run, but this place and the town made me stay longer. The staff are very friendly, and I felt very welcome. I even got a bigger room for free, and to top it off, it's very quiet. Since it's right in the center of town, you have easy access to many restaurants nearby. I was supposed to stay for two days but ended up staying for ten. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Kampot.

Brendan and Pat, the owners, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped us with laundry, hiring bikes and general advice on the area. The games night at the stay was also super fun. The beds were very comfortable and it was always quiet at nighttime. Highly recommend this place to stay- it’s been one of our favourite stays in the 10 months travelling!

Everything was great

Nice room, friendly staff, good internet. Free drinking water. Short walk from the main things in the city, in a quiet area.

Our room was next to the reception, and the walls are thin, so you can hear all the noises and talking from outside, this can be annoying.

Very good location. Best price in town with air con. Very clean with very nice rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay I liked it so much!

Hard to see late at night

I liked the facilities because they were clean and everything worked properly.

Honestly, its not anything not to like.

We returned for a second stay with Brendan and Pat. They are exceptionally friendly hosts who go out of their way to provide local recommendations and host engaging activities for the guests. We were particularly grateful for their support with our Vietnam cross-border transport arrangement. The rooms are large and well-kept, and the rooftop provides a brilliant view of the sunset—just note that the stairs to the roof are a bit of a workout. A fantastic place to stay.

Had an amazing stay here, rooms were clean and spacious, great value for money. Pat & Brendan had us all sorted for tours and transport aswell, made our stay stress free. They were advertising for Volunteers and we would have liked to do however we had already planned our next travels Would stay again

Pat and Brendan who have recently taken over this Guesthouse business were really lovely. It was a really chilled and very friendly atmosphere, with plenty of space in our room and outdoor social area. They were very accommodating to some special requests we required and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for the 5 nights we were in Kampot.Thank you guys, we wish you all the best in making this continuously a great place to stay! 🙏

Few teething problems with the WiFi connection to start with but it isn't their fault and they were on it trying to rectify it ASAP!

Great place to stay in Kampot. Clean big spacious rooms. Easy access to central riverside. Really well priced. The two new owners Pat and Brendan go above and beyond in making your stay a memorable one. (I ended up extending twice) They offer everything from scooter hire, tours and onward travel tickets. Highly recommend

Perfect place to stay in Kampot! My room was very big, comfortable and clean. The location is great, quiet area and close to everything. The owner and staff are so kind and helpful. Really great value. I highly recommend for your stay in Kampot.

Staff and owners are wonderful! Location is close to restaurants and the river but is relatively quiet. Great views from the roof. Cheap, quick laundry.

Shower is one that sprays directly over the toilet, if you’re not into that. Location is mostly quiet but there is a university next door that might wake you up at 7:30.

Staff was nice

I don’t understand how reviews are so positive. The sheets were very old and textured, one of the beds sheets were stained, there was black pet hair on one of the bed pillows, the AC worked very poorly, and the bathroom smelled like mold so bad I nearly gagged. We were glad we didn’t book more than one night. It was also hard to find restaurants nearby.

Fantastic breakfast. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very comfortable. Superb location; in a quiet area but only a short walk to the centre.

Location was great for Kampot, and our room was amazing. Lots of space for our bags so we didn’t feel cramped, hot shower in the private bathroom, and the beds were comfy. Free water refill outside our rooms as well.

La gérante est de bons conseils en general. Endroit au calme. Il faut compter 15 minutes pour aller au bord de la rivière où se trouve le quartier animé. Laundry propose par l'établissement. Petit déjeuner sur place. ATM pas loin ainsi qu'un supermarché.

Super séjour chez Johney. La chambre était très confortable et propre. Quartier très agréable avec différents restaurant pour tous les budgets aux alentours. Possiblité de louer un kayak gratuitement, un scooter dans le village, plage à 5 min à pieds, Nous avons extendu notre séjour et si nous avions pu, nous serions encore rester pour plus longtemps. Good location, really lovely and helpful staff/managers, nice are to sit and hang out. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfy with cold aircon and a hot shower. Excellent value for money ☺️

Host was extremely nice and helpful and spoke English very well! Room was clean and comfortable, free water re-fills and free bananas. The location was very convenient with everything within walking distance.

The aircon and fan were quite noisy, especially the fan it could do with fixing!
