The only good thing, if you want to buy and do business, is Beijing. It is very near.

The smell of this place is terrible! They conduct some kind of business in the building, and the lobby is totally a mess. Also, the room was not cleaned well, and the showers did not work correctly. Pay a little more and get a better place.

L'hôtel était un vrai bordel. Dans le lobby, des valises et des cartons partout ! 1 ascenseur sur 2 ou sur 4 qui fonctionne à chaque fois ! Avec 29 étages, comment dire qu'on attend longtemps ! Sachant que les ascenseurs publics sont partagés avec les ascenseurs de service !

The way route to Metro station is so bad smelly, intolerable, basically whole route is occupied by dry seafood shops, very low grade areas.

The Beds were comfortable. That's all

The reception was dirty will luggage everywhere no sitting or waiting area. It had a foul smell. The layout of the room was completely out of place. There were no utensils or microwave in the room. No cutlery or anything as mentioned in the description. There dinning table was placed for namesake and was completely unusable because there was no space and only one chair was provided. No mirror in the room and all lights had to be operated from the entry point only with no bedside switches or plug-points. The room was actually a double bedroom with extra bed pushed in to make it twin bed thus compromising on space and making everything else unusable including the work desk. No foot mat in the bathroom and the hand-faucet in the WC didn't work because the pipe would bend and lock-up everytime you lifted it for use.

Shuttle service to Canton Fair which was our reason for visiting Guangzhou. Our priority was taken care of that’s the most important part. Besides that it was near to a river side providing a great morning evening scenic view experience.

They provide complimentary take away breakfast and coffee when boarding the shuttle bus to the Canton Fair. Amazing hospitality. Staffs are well trained to handle guests queries appropriately.

Mucha suciedad en el ascensor, es dificil de encontrar y no esta bien señalizado donde. Podrian poner algo para que tire rico olor en el hall y los pasillos. El hall de entrada muy desordenado, cajas por todos lados, intente ir al baño del hall y habia una persona fumando y olor a pescado. El aire acondicionado habia dias que funcionaba y otros no; algunas toallas estaban rotas, solo tr daban dos tazas para usar, ninguna cuchara ni otros utensillo. Y el wifi malo. Le doy un 6 unicamente porque el precio era bajo y tenia shuttle a la feria que estaba ok (reconozco como bueno que te daban un cafe y algo para comer en el camino), la habitación estaba ok.

Неплохое расположение. Шамянь в пешей доступности. Набережная совсем рядом. Рядом достаточное количество мини-магазинов и заведений питания. Дом с апартаментами специфический, он целиком под сдачу для мелких бизнесменов. Которые отовариваются на местных рынках и тащут весь купленный стафф в апарты, где занимаются его сортировкой и упаковкой. Иногда довольно шумно, но в целом приемлемо. Ресепшен для получения ключей и пересадки на лифты которые везут в жилую часть находится на 6 этаже.

Le premier jour de notre arrivée, ils nous ont donné une chambre sans vue à l'extérieur il y avait trop de bruit, j'ai réclamé ils nous ont changé la chambre c'était mieux que la première surtout la vue à l'extérieur c'était magnifique, sauf la plaque de cuisson il y avait un problème ne marche pas bien, à part ça tout est bien

Dans la réception il y avait une fille du personnel qui prenait la relève du nuit elle était antipathique, mais le reste était super sympa surtout le garçon du personnel très gentil et serviable.

La réception sont pas des tout professionnel

Best location walking distance to many tourism spots

Hotel is not clean. There are roaches and people (long term stayers) smoke and cook in the same hotel. The front desk staff was not professional. They always tried to argue with the hotel guests and defend their policies. Try to change the tone and act professionally. They constantly eat food at the front desk and the hotel staff are never patient for anyone’s request

Nothing it was so poor and staff was so aggressive even he threatened me , when I went there he said no you don’t have booking and than he make it and he was so rude to me the both girl and boy was so angry and crazy people He said what you do go go crazy hotel

There was no Ac it’s like a apartment in a residential building with no room service or like that it’s like air BNB Don’t ever go there I am genius level 3 trust me it’s a shitty hotel I ever been So dirty place

The housekeeping lady was very nice, location is just a short walk to metro station.

One of our mattresses had a bad dip on one side. One of the girls at the front desk had a very bad attitude.

Hotel was very decent, the price was very reasonable for being located in downtown, a walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The major problem. Google Maps, Yahoo, Twitter (X), Netflix. etc don't work. It is blocked/ restricted by the government of China. We had a problem to surf the internet. You have to install a VPN app before you arrive to China. You will also need a Sim or an e-Sim (for Android I installed Airalo e-Sim before I arrived, they have even one that works for all Asia. Else you can buy it at the airport). So, the wi-fi worked 75% of the time even with the VPN app. I don't think it was an issue with the Hotel wi-fi but with the restriction or blockage. Download Alipay app and set your default credit card to pay everywhere. It is similar to Google Pay/ Apple pay. There is also a Chinese navigation Map that works in English. It is called AMAP download it. On the negative, majority of Chinese seem not to understand English or don't want to speak it. So we had to use the language translator App to communicate everywhere.

The hallway to the apartment is not impressive. But once you pass the elevator. Everything looked good. The Apartment inside is clean - the same like the pictures.

Неплохой вид из окна, метро в пешей доступности. Была мини-кухня, стиралка, холодильник, микроволновка. Кондиционер. В целом номер неплохой, но персонал просто ужас.

Были проблемы при заселении - точка на карте стояла на соседнем здании, мы каким-то чудом с помощью местных жителей нашли нужное место. Там девушка не могла объяснить пришли мы по адресу или нет, но в итоге отвела в соседнее здание. Персонал не приветлив. По-английски не говорит совсем, что-то объяснить это огромная проблема даже с переводчиком. При заселении нужно было оставить залог 100 CNY о чем не было заранее указано (если нет наличных это может быть проблемой). Отдельное пожелание для персонала - научиться считать до 3х. При бронировании на троих, в номере 2 полотенца. При этом при заселении просили дать недостающее полотенце и они хотели это отложить на утро (а мыться-то с дороги надо сейчас!). Еле уговорили. При этом и в последующие дни они тоже не научились считать до 3х и при смене полотенец опять оставляли по 2 вместо 3х, приходилось спускаться и пытаться объяснить что же нам надо, у персонала такое выражение лица как будто делают одолжение. Подниматься на этаж надо на 2х лифтах с пересадкой на 6м этаже. Если выйти из номера забрав ключ-карту (а кому-то надо остаться в номере) - то свет погаснет. Отдельная странность при использовании интернета - надо было вводить китайский номер телефона.
