El desayuno pone excelente y deja mucho que desear, solo tiene 4 cosas. La cama era estar en dos tablones de madera incomodos y ruidosos. La ducha daba grima meterse, sucia y nada que ver con las fotos. La habitación no estaba limpia, había pelos en los cojines y la ducha

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hello! We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful lady at reception, who clearly explained the check-in process and showed us around. The room and the building were very comfortable and convenient, with a lovely sea view and plenty of parking available. The only thing I would have liked, especially for a 4-star hotel, would be a small fitness centre. Apart from that, everything was great. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful, and the whole stay went very smoothly. Kind regards, Artur

La colazione è sicuramente da migliorare. Avevamo chiesto una camera con letti separati ma non ci è stata data. Non ci è neanche stato dato un locale dove poter fare la doccia e cambiarci prima di partire.

Die Betten waren sehr scharfkantig und da der Raum so klein war hat man sich schnell verletzt. Die Betten waren sehr hard aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Blisko do miasta (około 15 minut pieszo, lub można dojechać autobusem - przystanki - około 50 metrów od hotelu. Również szybki dojazd na lotnisko. Hotel odsunięty od drogi, wiec spokojnie można wypoczywać przy basenie.
Nie mam uwag.

The atmosphere is pretty chill, people that work at the canteen are amazing and kind as well as the rest of the staff. We had a parking spot which was a plus. So overall a great experience, would love to come back one day again.

Just to mention something, it can be a bit noisy. I guess the room doors need to be updated (lock was a bit faulty and there was a constant noise of doors banging, every time someone was opening or closing the room door)

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La chambre est aménagée avec goût. La piscine est agréable. Commerce de proximité et restaurants à une dizaine de minutes à pied.
Le petit-déjeuner est rudimentaire et répétitif, et le personnel de l'hôtel vient incessamment y picorer. Le mobilier de la chambre est en mauvais état et nous avons trouvé une canette vide sous le lit à notre arrivée. Le jardinier procède à la coupe de branches d'arbre au mépris de la sécurité des personnes se trouvant en dessous. Les transferts de l'hôtel vers le port ou l'aéroport ne sont pas pris en charge.

Jó volt kiülni és meginni egy hideg sört, közben nézni a tengert és a felszálló és leszálló repülőgépeket. A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, a személyzet kiválóan végzi a munkáját és mindenki nagyon kedve volt.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Egy kedves, kellemes, ár-érték arányban teljesen megfelelő, középkategóriás hotel. Firához nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, körülbelül 15 perc sétával könnyen megközelíthető a központ. A reggeli finom volt, bár egy kicsit nagyobb választéknak örültünk volna. A recepciós lányok külön kiemelendők, rendkívül kedvesek, segítőkészek és barátságosak voltak, mindenben szívesen segítettek. Az árát tekintve teljes mértékben azt kaptuk, amire számítottunk, ezért bátran ajánljuk a szállást.

Receptionists, Alexandra and Kristi, were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.And breakfast was also tasty and very generous!

Les arrêts de bus pour ce rendre et revenir de Fira éloignée.

The pictures of the room they showed in website and the reality is totally different. We found the bathroom not clean and requested them to change our room but they did not. Though they had available rooms. We needed to check out the day we checked in and had to move to another hotel. In this hotel outlook is good but inside there is no match what they show in the pictures. Very basic that also with dirty sink. The reception guy was new and he could not change the room or any help. Total waste of money.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025La situation géographique relève un peu le niveau des points négatifs... Bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel très disponible et aimable. Linge propre et ménage tous les jours. Arrêt de bus proche et gare routière à Fira à 20 minutes. Centre ville à pied tout à fait accessible. La piscine bien évidemment...
Le prix ne justifie pas le lieu et le service proposé. Manque de finition dans l'appartement, eau chaude longue à venir d'où déperdition d'eau en grande quantité, trace de colle, trou important au dessus de la porte des toilettes, le mobilier est mal agencé. Bref, déçu...150 € pour de telles imperfections c'est lamentable.

Purtroppo la struttura non ha tenuto conto della mia richiesta: avevo indicato 2 letti singoli invece ho trovato letto matrimoniale. Non era una camera con accesso dall'Hotel ma dietro con giardino e vista muro..(chiave n. 86) I mobili del bagno sono tutti in pendenza e scomodi; ho chiesto un bicchiere per mettere gli spazzolini da denti. La colazione poco varia e inoltre per due mattine non ho trovato la frutta perchè un gruppo di turisti asiatici alle 7.30 aveva portato via tutto (meno male che dicono degli italiani...!!) Nel pomeriggio del terzo giorno è saltata la luce e per mezz'ora siamo rimaste senza corrente.

Breakfast was poor. Cold food, very limited choices. No green tea which my wife drinks, which was odd considering Green tea is everywhere in Greece. Room was unfinished. We were told it only opened in August. Tv, in room safe, phone not working. No towel hooks & toilet roll holder in bathroom. Facilities poor.

Cables sueltos, una vista horrible, estando en el cuarto durmiendo a la tarde la chica de recepción entró sin tocar la puerta con dos personas mas que no entendimos que querían, no pidieron disculpas.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025- Localização estratégica. Fica a 20min a pé para fira e tem uma paragem de autocarro a 3 min, conseguindo-se a partir daí ir para toda a ilha. - Vista bonita da varanda do quarto.
- Casa de banho com poliban minúsculo, bastante difícil de uma pessoa tomar banho lá dentro, não compreensível perante o tamanho total da casa de banho. - No poliban água com pouca pressão e tivemos de reclamar na recepção para ter água quente. Mesmo após a reclamação tínhamos de deixar a água correr bastante tempo para passar de morna. - Camas pouco confortáveis. Sentia-se as molas do colchão - Mau isolamento de som para o corredor dos quartos ao lado - O quarto tinha uma luz de emergência verde gigante que dificultava dormir - No geral, imagens do quarto bem diferentes do que se vê no Booking e do que se espera.

Mi è piaciuto davvero ogni cosa se proprio devo andare a trovare il pelo nell'uovo direi che forse la colazione potrebbe essere più abbondante.
