Great that parking was included, and not stress with the booking

Well positioned

Wasn't cleaned well . Parking was bad there's a garage but my vehicle wouldn't fit in .

Unfortunately the room we stayed in was very dirty, there was dust on all the surfaces, hair on the tables, and in the bed, filthy windows, and multiple holes in the walls. The pillows for the sofa bed were so thin and terrible to sleep on. Overall a very disappointing stay for the cost and it seemed that the host takes little pride in the state of the rooms they’re presenting. I definitely would not book to stay here again

People coming in that we didnt know with out letting as know Had to park across the rd at wearhouse door alarm wouldnt stop buzzing off it had holes an big stains on the walls wasnt wipe down when we got in stair had stain an doors me an my family where disappointed for the amount on money we payed im waiting for my kids to send me photos of the shed it was full of stuff

A large space that catered to our large whanau. Staff were extremely helpful and catered to our late checkout for a small fee. The home is spacious and has 3 levels to give couples some peace and quiet from the group. The balcony on the 3rd floor is amazing and has afternoon sunlight, and the spa bath in the main room is so relaxing.

Loved that every room had its own ensuite, loved the kitchen and had a heatpump in every room. Very central to the shops. We attended a Tangi at Tipenes funeral which was only a 5min drive, so great location for where we needed to be.

Had washing on a horse in the garage, not very appealing!!! Definetly needed a vacuum and coffee table in the main lounge had coffee rings.

Property was great. Very clean. Great location.

Sofa bed was too small. Had to sleep on the floor. No kitchen sink. Much smaller than I expected. Make sure you look and understand what you’re booking. For 1/2 people. Perfect.

I loved the location, the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom, it could fit all people attending and just the vibe.

The vacuum wasn't working, downstairs toilet still had shit stains stuck to the bowl and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Other than that it was great.

It was our first time booking the 1 bedroom and we didn’t realise we had to park along the stone wall which ended up being fine. The pathway to the back door was muddy as it had been raining and the overall cleanliness needs a bit more tlc

It was in a good location and was a good sized apartment. I was pleased the wardrobes had coat hangers and full length mirrors as we were attending a wedding. The couch in the living room was also comfortable.

I run my own cleaning business so the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Walls were very marked, cupboards in the kitchen and fridge were covered in finger marks, rubbish down the side of couch on window sill, and I was surprised there was a electric socket in the hallway by the stairs which was hanging off the wall. I also thought the stick vacuum cleaner should not have been on display in the living room the garage would be a better place for it. Also only one spear blanket in one room and no top sheet on our bed I found odd. Also this is the first place I have ever stayed in that did not have even a small milk carton to make a coffee on arrival before you do your own shop.

Beautiful apartment, induvial space for everyone. Great central Auckland location.

Our Ute did not fit in the garage and not a lot of parking space and no roadside parking.

Good communication, helped quickly when we were locked out.

Location to our venue

No iron or ironing board had to borrow our daughters in another room we were in the units at the back of the building , the walls are paper thin, we could hear everything the other guest were up to , banging doors and an argument as well

Me and my daughter Love how quiet it is. The bed is very comfortable. All areas in the place was so clean and neat.

Great modern spacious apartment. Was perfect for four of us going to a concert. Would be perfect for couples and families too. Will definitely stay there again.

The place was not clean very well before our stay.

The bed was comfortable and it had a good shower.

There was no sink to wash dishes and it was a bit pricey. There was only 1 bedside table and nowhere to hang clothes.

Entry and Driveway are too narrow for 4 houses. Many facilities are broken such as main door , living wall. Kitchenware is very dirty Complexity of Air conditioning control.

Location, balcony

Great size home for our family of 6x adults and 2x kids. Loved how every room had its own bathroom and two of the rooms had their own living room space.

WIFI wasn't great, TV kept buffering and cutting out.

Great location central to everything, in our case close to Sorrento in Cornwall Park. Beds were super comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of garage space to park 2 cars with internal access.

Shower doors needed another clean. Air con in the bedroom closest to room didn't work well. Was quiet hot during the night, however room closest to stairway was lovely in cool. All in all, perfect space for our girlfriends weekend away together.

No dryer and no extra towels so took a while to be able to use them again.

The beds were super comfortable, the apartment was clean and the cup sizes were awesome (no piddly hotel cups here 😀). We had a late checkin (after midnight) and they were really accommodating with no fuss or bother.

The balconies tiles are abit dodgy (not secred or grouted, walking on them was unstable and felt unsafe). We were told.to park in the garage but it wasn't long enough to fit our truck (Nissan Navara) fit the CX5 not a problem though 🤗

Clean, small but facilities were great and met my expectations.

Price for what the room was could have been cheaper but it's Auckland city so...

The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as I would have expected for a 4 bedroom apartment. I was travelling with 3 young children and 5 adults and cooked meals at the property. Also no staples at the property. Other air bnb’s Ive been to have a small selection of staples ie salt, pepper, oil, dishwash liquid. The 4th bedroom was also not a bedroom as listed. It was a small attached studio room with sofa bed, however listing stated ‘4 bedrooms with 4 beds’, not a sofa bed.

The main living areas were great. Nice and spacious. The location for our needs was great too. Close to some shops if needed. The use of a garage was super handy. Overall, the house was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the place, especially the top floor bathroom was poor. The bathtub (which was one of the main reasons for us choosing this property) was dirty. The bathroom floor was also clearly dirty and there were some stains on the rugs. This is always scary because you don't want to be blamed (or charged) for another person's damage. Also felt like the people in the room behind us were inside our apartment. We could hear every word they were saying into the early hours of the morning.

Perfect for three couples

No hairdryer in bottom ensuite when we specifically asked if there were and the shower downstairs had a loose fitting and flew up and spray ceiling. Couldnt open the ranch slider to the deck.

It’s new and clean

It’s required to fill out a form, which looks like a scam. Actually it’s not, but just be sure no sharing of your information.

The internet was so slow and most of the time we could use the internet or watch the TV...maybe something to get fixed.

It was very hard to find and on google maps it leads you to a place around the corner from the actual place.

Hard to find

Good amount of space for a group, had everything we needed. Good location and handy parking with the attached garage. Really nice place!

Tv could have been bigger but wasn't an issue at all. Mini fridge in the top room wasn't plugged in and couldn't figure out how too

An amazing stay for my family. X2 adults, x4 children. 2 levels were enough for our whaanau. We will definitely be back again.

No face cloths provided and the pillows were very flat/lumpy and uncomfortable.

How big and open it was.

The location is quite tricky to get to, especially during peak hour but once you're settled in, you'll forget about that.

We were given the wrong code to the lock box to collect the keys & it was dark and frustrating to see. We booked for 3 guests - the pullout sofa had no linen or duvet. The bathroom had 2 towels

Photos are very deceiving. For the room type we got the photos stated there was a washing machine and dryer, full kitchen. Which is why we chose this place to stay. However, there was none of that and only a kettle in a cupboard. Please make this more clear for your guests.

This is a very tidy apartment with a separate bedroom with ensuite. Check in was easy with a lock box and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment doesn't really have a fully functional kitchenette. It is a bench in a closet with a microwave and coffee machine, along with an assortment of dishes and cutlery. There is no sink in the food prep area so you need to wash any dishes in the bathroom sink. Not fatal but a hassle.

The location was perfect for the Storm vs Warriors game at Go Media Stadium.

1. The towel heater rail in bathroom did not work 2. Internet did not work in the bedroom 3. Mat in lounge stained 4. Stain in the purple seat

Excellent location and perfect in everyway for me and all my friends. We really loved the property and will definitely stay again !

The location was great and the facilities in the house! We loved our stay and would stay again! We organised a early check in and the process was easy. We also were upgraded however the cleaner still required access to the garage throughout the day.

Location right in the middle of everywhere we needed and wanted to go to. Supermarket takeaways and shops within walking distance. Spa was nice and relaxing after being so full on

Not clean, had dirty lounge carpet and windows not clean, old rubbish under couch also garage could've been cleaner too. As compared to our accommodation we stayed at the night before that was spotless and half the cost! Need a step to get in and out of spa as was dangerous for my kids and I as I am only small!
