Everything about the Gig was exceptional. The location was perfect and super convenient! They had covered parking for the scooter and the staff was very easy to communicate with.

I had a really comfortable stay at The Gig Hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and well soundproofed, with excellent air conditioning that kept it nice and cool. Everything felt very practical and functional. The room was cleaned daily and regularly stocked with bottled water and other essentials. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offered concierge services, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The room came with access to to the rooftop bar, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel does not offer an iron.

Staff lovely always happy to help and all super friendly. Perfect location, rite in the heart of it all. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast had everything you need to start your day. The size of the room was very generous. Water pressure was great in the shower Rooms cleaned everyday and 2 bottles of water replaced daily. We came as a family unit I was super happy with us all being put on the same floor.

We stayed 10 night's in total and had 3 rooms in total. We all found the beds to be on the hard side. We would have liked to have been able to bill up on the room at the roof top bar. You could only tick up to a 1000 baht in total.

The hotel is good location in Patong. Near the beach. Reception are very kind and helpful, especially Siri, Teena, Mook.

Hotel tenuto bene,posizione centrale ma defilata dal caos della bangla,staff gentile,camere grandi e confortevoli,colazione nella norma,e la piscina all'ultimo piano con il bar è fantastica.

The house keeping was excellent, thank you Aom. The ladies at reception always pleasant, especially Siri and Kathy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Would have liked my bed to be softer. The late night banging of doors is very disturbing. Maybe this can be fixed.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, konum mükemmel. Personeller çok iyi güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle Prau, Mook ve Siri'yi çok sevdik çok güleryüzlü insanlardı.

We stayed here 3 times. The location is perfect, 3 min from Junceylong, 2 min to the market, 5-10 to the beach. Very close to many restaurants and Bangla road. It's also hidden off the main road, so you can get a good night sleep. The rooftop pool and restaurant are great, with plenty of food and beverage options at good prices. Breakfast is also very good and in general the hotel offered very good service. Beware as there is a 1000 baht deposit on check-in, cash only, and this will be returned at check-out (just be sure to get cash before you arrive otherwise they will keep your passport till you get the cash). For the price, the hotel is perfect, but search at different times, and different days, as the price can very on booking massive. We seen prices from 500e/week and 2 days later the price was only 200e for same period. At 200-250/week/room with breakfast, I don't think you can find better value in this area.

Bed ligt niet lekker, airco die meteen gericht staat op het bed, de bad is niet uitnodigend om erin te gaan zitten zag er vies uit.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schöne. Das badezimmer war ebenfalls super. Das restaurant, Sauna und der Pool auf dem Dach einfach spitze.

The room was spotless and featured a very large, comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to relax, with food and drinks available throughout the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked omelettes and a wide variety of other delicious options. The hotel is in a safe and secure location, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road, making it a peaceful place to stay while still being conveniently close to everything. I also booked a day trip from inside the hotel, saved walking round to find anything better

We had a wonderful stay at the Gig Hotel Phuket. The hotel is very clean, offers an outstanding view and is one of the best properties to stay at in the area, budget friendly. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always helpful, and very accommodating towards our toddler. They greeted us warmly every day and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ms. Mook and Ms. Teena/Tania for making our stay truly excellent and ensuring that everything we needed was promptly provided. The breakfast was good and enjoyable, although we felt that a greater variety of options would make it even better. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to families visiting Phuket.

Это было наше первое путешествие в Таиланд (Пхукет, Патонг), и, к сожалению, выбор этого отеля оказался ошибкой. Заселение прошло нормально — быстро оформили и проводили в номер. На этом, пожалуй, из плюсов почти всё. Сам номер тянет максимум на 3*, но никак не на заявленный более высокий уровень. Оснащение базовое, без каких-либо преимуществ. Единственное — удобная большая кровать и нормальное постельное бельё. Локация у отеля действительно хорошая: всё рядом — магазины, рынки, кафе, Bangla Road, пляж. Но это заслуга не отеля, а района. Теперь к реальным проблемам. Первое — это ужасный шум от дверей. Установлены настолько сильные доводчики, что двери грохочут по коридору круглосуточно. Ночью это особенно критично. О комфортном сне можно забыть. Второе — техническое состояние номера. Кондиционер не работал с первого дня. На первое обращение реакции не было. Только после повторных жалоб на третий день пришли сотрудники и исправили проблему. То есть, без настойчивости никто ничего делать не будет. Третье — откровенное игнорирование проблем. На четвёртый день начала течь раковина. Я несколько раз обращался на ресепшен, показывал видео — в итоге проблему не устранили вообще. До самого выезда. Это уже показатель уровня сервиса. И самое неприятное — поведение персонала. На крыше есть бассейн с баром. В один из вечеров я оставил на столике закрытую бутылку чая и зашёл в бассейн. Сотрудник подошёл, взял мою личную бутылку, открыл её и начал нюхать содержимое. После чего стал предъявлять претензии. Это абсолютно недопустимое поведение. Никто не имеет права трогать личные вещи гостя, тем более открывать их. При этом на протяжении всех дней было видно, как другие гости спокойно приносят алкоголь, курят, шумят, включают музыку — и персонал никак на это не реагирует. Полная избирательность и двойные стандарты. Замечания делают только тем, кто не будет конфликтовать. В итоге создаётся ощущение хаоса, слабого управления и отсутствия элементарного уважения к гостям.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Bangla Road, Foodmarket, Kampfarena und auch den Strand fußläufig sehr schnell erreichen. Taxis stehen direkt bereit und man kann mit dem Roller in die Tiefgarage. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und man kann der Wärme und dem Lärm von Patong gut im Rooftop Pool davonlaufen. Auch das Restaurant ist top. Service ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Man muss damit klar kommen, dass man nachts keine komplette Ruhe hat, weil Patong gefühlt nie schläft. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr stressig gewesen, scheinbar kommen Leute aus einem anderen Hotel hinzu, es waren kaum freie Plätze und es war sehr überlaufen.

Расположение отличное, в шаговой доступности тебе все, отель в самом центре, но в закутке, так что нет шума от центральных улиц. А кровать, кровать идеальная в этом отеле! Огромная, комфортная. Номер тоже впечатлил, очень просторный, тут тебе и ванна, и душевая кабина, прихожая большая и достаточно большая комната, балкон, для двух людей идеально. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные

Завтрак до 10.30 и под конец , конечно ,уже из еды толком ничего не найти, остатки доедаешь. Так что имеете это ввиду, на завтрак не позже 10 утра.

Couldn’t sleep because there was a yard at the rear where people went round and round on noisy motorbikes. The noise from nearby pubs and clubs were also a major factor.

Un hotel amplasat central,aproape de Bangla Road si plaja Patong.Piscina la ultimul etaj,cu o priveliste frumoasa catre mare,un restaurant la ultimul etaj unde se mananca foarte bine si ieftin.

Nu pot spune ca a fost ceva sa nu ne placa, poate mai multa diversificare la micul dejun pentru turistii europeni.

12월 말~1월 초 여행. 완벽한 날씨(비싼 요금 ㅠㅠ) 그리고 위치와 수영장만 보고 선택했습니다. 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 정실론, 야시장, 워킹스트리트, 빠통비치 모두 가까워요. 바다가 보이는 넓은 수영장이 좋았어요. 루프탑 바 음료도 맛있어요. 낮에 너무 뜨거워서 시내 돌아다니기 힘들 때 수영장에서 시간을 보내도 지루하지 않습니다. 조식 메뉴는 적당합니다. 성수기 숙박비용이 아니였다면 더 매우 만족했을 것 같아요. 비수기에 다시 방문하고 싶어요.
