Reviewed Sep 14, 2026amazing place! mohammed was such a lovely, friendly and helpful host who was there to help whenever and really put us at ease. we were three girls travelling and felt very well looked after. the riad was beautiful and in a perfect location right in the medina, but also super quiet as soon as you were off the busy street. they arranged an airport transfer for us both ways which was €20 each way. breakfast was delicious too, and the aircon was a life-saver. Really recommend this place and thank you mohammed!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Excellent location inside the medina — easy to reach the main sights on foot, which makes a real difference in Marrakech. The host was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Two issues with transparency on costs. The city tax was never mentioned before or at check-in, so it came as a surprise on departure. More importantly, the airport transfer was quoted at €20 and we were charged €30 on arrival — being told one price and charged another is not acceptable. The property also needs maintenance: air conditioning only worked in the bedroom, not in the rest of the riad, which is a problem in September.

La localisation est un peu difficile à trouver dans le labyrinthe de la médina. Pas loin de du magasin Chez Soufiane dans une ruelle fermée.

Kicsit nehéz megtalálni, mert Google Maps nem jó helyre jelöli. A képen látható kis mellékutcába kell bemenni. Érdemes előre felkészülni, mert a taxi a városfalon kívül fog letenni, és a szűk utcákon könnyű elveszni, a helyiek pedig pénzt várnak a segítségért cserébe. A hotelen keresztül is lehet taxit foglalni (20EUR), ebben az esetben viszont ők gondoskodnak egy guide-ról, aki elkísér a szállásig.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Ha uno stile tipico , vivace e particolare, la piscina, per quanto sia più una vasca di acqua è sempre pulita e ci è stata utile per rinfrescarci a fine giornata. La colazione molto buona e variegata con prodotti freschi e tipici. Lo staff gentilissimo e accogliente, pronto a dare molte informazioni anche sui vari tour, disponibili h24. Le camere anche se non molto grandi sono belle e vengono pulite e sistemate ogni giorno. Dalla terrazza si gode di una bella vista,soprattutto la sera con tutte le luci della città, noi ci abbiamo cenato e si respirava grande tranquillità. La posizione del Riad è centrale e a 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i giardini segreti , la Madrasa i souk, e in 15 minuti la piazza principale. Dentro al Riad c'era molto silenzio. Ho apprezzato tanto il condizionatore dato le camere sono calde e umide.
La via del Riad è sbagliata! Infatti ti porta in un vicolo dove ci sono altri Riad. Dopo un po che io e il mio ragazzo giravano cercando il Riad ci hanno avvicinato delle persone insistendo di volerci aiutare, alla fine per la disperazione a uno abbiamo accettato di seguirlo e ci ha effettivamente portato al Riad, poi però voleva dei soldi, non vi preoccupate noi non gli abbiamo dato niente e alla fine è andato via.31°37'57.4"N 7°59'21.6"W questa è la posizione reale del Riad che dovrebbero aggiornare. Inoltre vicino la porta d'ingresso del Riad ci alloggia un senza tetto, che non è il massimo dato ci si deve passare accanto in una viuzza stretta, però non è pericoloso. Avrei gradito avere le chiavi del portone anziché tutte le volte suonare il campanello per farci aprire, anche la sera tardi, disturbando gli altri ospiti del Riad. La nostra camera purtroppo era proprio all ingresso accanto alla "reception" e sentivamo tutte le persone passare e chiacchierare. L'ultima mattina volevamo dormire fino a più tardi ma non è stato possibile a causa degli altri ospiti che erano a fare colazione praticamente davanti la nostra porta.

Reviewed May 30, 2026When choosing a place to stay in Marrakesh's old city, my priority was to find a quiet, peaceful spot which isn’t too far from the main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. Riad Kenzo met this requirement perfectly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is plentiful. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever have the chance to visit Marrakesh again.
It would be really rude to dislike anything about this place!

Reviewed May 28, 2026Sin duda, alojarnos aquí fue de 10. La experiencia de estar en un riad es maravillosa y muy tradicional. Nos trataron de lujo. Los desayunos son muy buenos y las habitaciones y el riad es precioso. No tengo ninguna pega es todo genial y como se ve en las fotos. Volveriamos aquí sin duda. A parte, esta muy bien ubicado en medio de la medina. A menos de 5 minutos andando a la plaza Collegue Mohammed V que es normalmente donde te recogen para los tours. Y a menos de 10 mins caminando a la plaza famosa Jamma F-na. Los trabadores del riad son encantadores, atentos y muy serviciales.

Reviewed May 10, 2026El personal del alojamiento, un 10!! Todos ellos son adorables. No se puede ser más amable y servicial. Te facilitan todo lo que necesites y te ayudan en todo. Los desayunos, top! Muy ricos y abundantes. Muy bien ubicado. Está en pleno centro, muy cerca de todo, pero una vez dentro, paz y silencio. Súper limpio.
Por decir algo, La entrada, la primera vez, es fácil que pase desapercibida, y el callejón da un poco de cosa, pero no hay ningún problema, son sólo 20m y las personas que están ahí, saludan educadamente y siguen a lo suyo. La cama individual de la habitación triple es un poco incómoda por los muelles. Pero en general, nada importante.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Het is een sfeervolle en goed verzorgde riad, de kamers zijn netjes en je krijgt iedere ochtend een verschillend vers bereid ontbijtje.
Het kleine straatje waar je doorheen moet lopen naat de voordeur is niet prettig. Het is er vies, er ligt veel troep, het stinkt en er staat een bed waar altijd verstopt onder een deken iemand ligt te slapen, dat is niet fijn. Verder is de lokatie goed, want je loopt zo de medina in en zit dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden en gezelligheid.

Logement en plein souk, emplacement idéale pour la grande place,le quartier juif, le musée marrakech, les jardins secret.. À 15min a pied du palais Bahia.. Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Riad Kenzo. Mohammed (le jour) et Ayoub (la nuit) sont des hôtes très à l'écoute. Ils ont notamment entièrement géré nos deux demandes de taxis pour nos retours différents vers l'aéroport, dont un au milieu de la nuit. Nous tenons à les remercier à nouveau. Le riad est très agréable. Il est impressionnant de constater le calme qui y règne alors qu'à quelques pas de là on a l'effervescence de la médina. La propreté des chambres est à souligner. Les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux et savoureux. Merci à Aziza pour cela.

Possibilità hammam marocchino e massaggio eccellente. Colazione buona e soddisfacente, preparata quotidianamente con prodotti freschi. Cena sublime, il migliore tajne di verdure mangiato in questi giorni. Servizio transfer da e x l aeroporto, escursioni prenotabili in loco. Brava la guida locale Karim x tour di mezza giornata nei suk. Facile raggiungere la piazza Jamaa el fna, senza perdersi. Sux consigliato

Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e lui si è curato di venirci a prendere fino a dove il taxi ci ha accompagnati, in quanto il riad si trova all'interno della Medina e di conseguenza non raggiungibile in auto. Abbiamo provato la cena e il servizio hammam con massaggio ed è stato tutto eccezionale. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.

1.Accesul se face pe alee îngusta,murdara,cu gunoaie. 2.Locatia seamănă mai mult cu o fortăreață decât cu un riad. 3.Camerele nu au geamuri,sunt foarte întunecoase.Camera primita la parter fara nicio izolație fonică,se auzea tot ce se întâmpla la bucătărie,recepție,hol. 4.Asa zisă piscina,era o cada mai mare care avea mai mult rol decorativ. 5.Nu exista televizoare in cameră,destul de neobișnuit. 6.Pozele postate pe Booking nu corespund cu situația de la fata locului. In concluzie senzația mea a fost că este un loc total neprimitor. Personalul a fost total indiferent la solicitările mele. .

Bruyant, le personnel ne fait pas attention à la tranquillité des clients, nombreux éclats de voix, bruits de vaisselle, etc… c’est compliqué de trouver le Riad, et la ruelle dans laquelle il se trouve donne envie de partir… avec mendiants (il y en a peu à Marrakech), saletés, etc..

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Ayoub and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Anything he could do to help he absolutely will do it. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good and tasty. Location was perfect for us with great access to the many souks and 10 minute walk from the main square. The terrace was also wonderful, completely tranquil despite the chaos of the streets below with some amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. Thank you to Ayoub and the rest of the staff for a fantastic stay.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026The breakfast was filling and varied. The location was good — nicely tucked away, yet close to everything. The air heat pump in the room kept it warm even though the nights were cool. The staff was helpful and cheerful.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Riad très bien situé au cœur de la Médina, nous avons tout visité à pied avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Un grand merci à Ayoub pour ses précieux conseils, sa gentillesse et son adaptation à nos besoins. La cuisine d’Aziza est excellente également.
