Location due to work

AC didn't work. Too little staff. Bad lighting in room

The location for what we wanted to do and see was great.

We paid for access to the VIP room for 3 free drinks and aperitifs but were told that our booking only included breakfast. When I showed the lady the description of our booking, she said we could go to the cafe area, which clearly wasn't as the description of the booking described. It didn't ruin our stay, but I was made to feel a bit uncomfortable for asking.

We had a good comfortable room and great location for Indian shoppers

The staff needs to deep clean the rooms once in a while. Most of the rooms are clean from top and deeper it has not been touched for a long time

Rooms are spacious enough. Washrooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast spread is limited. Staff is courteous but you can get mix responses sometimes. Located perfectly near meena bazaar area, with lots of option of shopping and restaurants. can get cabs easily. Value for money property

I would like to appreciate Usman Khan and Umer Abbasi for their excellent service and professionalism. Both of them are very friendly, helpful, and dedicated staff members at Arabian Courtyard Hotel. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist guests made my experience much better. Thank you both for your great hospitality and outstanding support.

Location is very convenient and the property was very clean .

One day my cousin visited me at night , but the security refused to give parking fo him .

I like the way of talking ND respect from reception guy named Bilal .he is very kind ND smiley...

Last month I buyed classic room it's very comfort ..this time also I booked same but in reception they say me we are upgrading me executive room..but I m not happy as I comfort earlier ..thank you it's just a feed back..

The property is pretty decent, clean, old style- which I like. The proximity to old Dubai; the creek, the Gold Souq, Dubai Museum, Old (spice and textile) Souq, and Al Seef is a big plus if you prefer these kind of rustic places.

The rooftop pool is very small and, unfortunately, directly overlooks the unappealing roof of an adjacent residential building.

الفندق فيه روايح كريهة جدا في أصوات مزعجة لاينفع للسكن أبدا وصلنا الفندق وعطونا خيار مختلف عن الي حجزناه تكلمنا معه قال الموظف كنسل الحجز عادي بيرجع المبلغ بعدها سحب علينا نصيحة من الأخير لا تحجز فيه لا توجد مصداقيه ابد

She very kindly assisted me with a query. This is such a peaceful and delightful place to stay and thoroughly recommend. The hotel itself is so warm and inviting. Great on-site facilities also

Except the location nothing is worth mentioning at that charged rate

Very slow to react on call, like we asked for technician for issue of lights but even after three hours no one came. Drinking water is limited to 2 half litre per day Smelly washroom

The hotel has an old-world charm, with décor and in-house music that perfectly suit its location in the heart of old Dubai. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the valet service was smooth and convenient.

There was nothing we disliked, though the view from the room was fairly average.

Coordination was very poor. I had sent message through Booking.com app right after the booking that i am booking for my guests and mentioned the names of the guests also but nobody replied to my message that my guests names are not showing in the booking (although i mentioned the names and time of check-in while booking) and i need to change in the app. Staff member namely Mr. Bilal gave harassment to my guests early morning by 03.30am and did not allow them to check-in. My guests called me and i had to call customer care of Booking.com to change the name and it took 1 hour for this process. If there names of guests were not showing in the booking, property must had to inform me in advance, replying to message. I am very much disappointed with the property.

Our family had one of the best weekends here. The location is superb if you want to explore Old Dubai. The breakfast was great and offered an amazing view of the Al Fahidi Fort. But what we loved most about the hotel was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. A special shoutout to Mr. Usman Khan for being so helpful. We will definitely come back!

The staff provided excellent service, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room. The accommodations offered a comfortable experience, particularly given the price point.

The furniture and hotel facilities require a comprehensive modernization effort. The current aesthetic is outdated, and a contemporary update is needed throughout the premises, from the main entrance to the guest rooms. Significant improvements are particularly necessary for the bathrooms.

When we entered the room immefiately we called reception for cancellation and they delayed and without option we were staying there. 7. Not value fir money 8. Very poor breakfast.
