The property need to provide 2 bottle of water if there is 2 Guest only 1 they provide. While guests is two. The only thing unfair. Rest of the things is excellent 👌

Sehr netter Und freundlicher Empfang. Check in ging sehr schnell. Wir bekamen Zi. 602, am Ende des Ganges. Sehr ruhig, mit sehr guten Bett. Man konnte herrlich schlafen. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Savoy Crest. Ko..en gern wieder

Parking entey and exit very tight space. Rooms were not sound-proof, trafic and people noise was easily audible in the room.

We like the location, clean room, friendly staff etc

Staff aiyude above all, everyone from the manager all the way to every level. It's hard to find a warm hotel like this. They must be having a lot f repeat clients. Everything they do, they do so well and very quietly.

The room was extremely clean comfortable and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything exceeded my expectations.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent my stay was perfect Everything met my expectations, nothing negative to mention.

We loved the sofa bed which allowed our toddler to have a separate place to sleep. The flat had all the essential amenities like washing machine, micro wave, stove, and a clothes hanging rack at the balcony. They had a gym, sauna and swimming pool which provided for an extra activity other than the usual city tour. The hotel is about 5 - 8 mins walk to public transport which makes it ideal to connect to the city centre. If you are upto it you can walk to the heritage museums.

We really enjoyed our stay at Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff were very kind and friendly to us and always tried their best to fulfill all our requests. Their helpful attitude made our stay even more comfortable. There are several supermarkets near the hotel, and there is also an Indian fast-food place just across the street, which is very convenient. We did not order breakfast, so unfortunately we cannot comment on the hotel restaurant. Overall, we would like to thank the hotel management for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Really good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, staff was very helpful in various aspects. Food from hotel restaurant for dinner was also tasty.

When ordering through Booking, I was immediately informed by the hotel that they cannot provide an invoice with our company name on it (even though Booking Partner rules require them to do so). In the end I had to discuss this with them in person and they eventually managed to find a satisfactory solution, but this should certainly be improved.

The room was great, so was location

People were smoking in the room even though it's a non smoking. I complained and it still happened. I have asthma and I fainted because of the strong smoke. it was unacceptable. I didn't recieve compensation either, I had a large bruise on my head, which I didn't come to dubai to fall after fainting.

В пешей доступности две станции метро: Al Fahidi и BurJuman, что делает перемещение по городу максимально комфортным. Жил в просторных двухкомнатных апартаментах с полноценной кухней — есть всё необходимое: холодильник, плита, микроволновка и даже стиральная машина. Для длительного проживания это огромный плюс: можно готовить самому и не тратиться на прачечную. Апартаменты чистые, уборка проводится регулярно и добросовестно. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый — всегда готовы помочь. Wi-Fi работает стабильно и на хорошей скорости, что особенно важно для тех, кто совмещает отдых с работой. В целом — хороший вариант для проживания. Рекомендую.

Из небольших минусов: однажды забыли принести воду в апартаменты, пришлось напоминать. Также заметил, что сигнал Wi-Fi на балконе заметно слабее — для тех, кто люб ит проводить время на свежем воздухе с телефоном или ноутбуком, это может быть неудобно.

Un bel hotel, une ambiance simple, chaleureuse et familiale. Un petit déj incroyable. Du personnel charmant et bienveillant. Tout était nickel. Chambres immenses, cuisine. Piscine sur le toit géniale. Tout était top, c'est là que je reviendrais ! SUper bien situé et proche du métro (7 mn à pieds) en plus.

أعجبني سرعة تسجيل الدخول فقط اما الفندق لا انصح احد به ابدا حجزت مقابل 440 درهم وكنت مضطر واكتشفت انه لا يسوى 150 درهم الفندق وسط سكن الجاليات الأسيوية مزعجين جدا من الفجر وغير نظيفين

مكان الفندق لم يعجبني ازعاج كثير جدا، وفي منطقة غير نظيفة والفندق حده 150 درهم وكثير عليه لا انصح احد به

Удобное расположение относительно супермаркетов и метро. Через дорогу индийское кафе с демократичными ценами и вкусными фруктовыми смузи.

Le personnel très sympas et réactifs !

- Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. La chambre n’est clairement pas adapté pour 4 personnes. Le canapé lit est pour une personne. Heureusement je m’y trouvais avec mes 2 très jeunes enfants et nous avons partagé le lit, mais si il s’agissait d’enfants plus grands ou de deux couples, ce n’est pas adapté. - Extrêmement bruyant, on croirait avoir la fenêtre ouverte. Les murs sont très fins également car nous entendons tous les bruits de couloirs et de chambre avoisinantes.

Always savoy is my favourite apparment and nice service.bf is good and friendly people.

The western closest wasn’t properly functioning . Breakfast was not upto standard.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment (one bedroom and one separate living room), it was very comfortable, spacious and had all amenities. The kitchen was spacious as well as the bathroom. Housekeeper comes every day and is really very tactful and unobtrusive. The hotel staff is very very nice, polite and assistive. The bedroom bed is very comfortable, the mattress is not old, pillows, bed linen were clean and smooth. The hotel itself is very good and recommended for stay.

1. The street outside seems to be very quiet but every night or early morning there's a terrible rumble outside the windows, like a car coming to pick up garbage. We woke up every day at about 5AM because of that noise. It was a bit irritating. 2. We didn’t book the room with included breakfast, but tried it once for charge. Actually i agree it is a bit more for the Indians rather than for Europeans. Yes, there is everything: including eggs, sausages, fruit and flakes, but most of the food contains special spices that changes its taste and makes it a bit asian :) our kids said they could try only waffles, flakes or fruit, so we preferred to prepare their breakfast in the room since then. 3. Pool time with kids sometimes was a bit stressful. It is not allowed to dive, ok. But it is also not allowed to jump from stairs, just to swim. For little kids it is a bit hard to understand. Also jacuzzi, it is right behind the pool, but kids may not use it. I know this is a government regulation, no complaints about the hotel, but still little kids do not really understand why there is jacuzzi but they may not use it, why there is a pool but you should swim as an adult in it.

Totalement conforme à nos attentes. La chambre est grande c’est très agréable et le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Le Métro est à 15 min à pied seulement ce qui est super pour aller au Burj Khalifa ou ailleurs. Piscine sur le rooftop avec sauna et hammam allumé sur demande. Salle de sport aussi avec de bons équipements. Une attention spéciale du staff pour nos 10 ans - encore merci nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gâteau.
