Close to the subway station. Personnel very friendly. Room very comfy. They tidy up the room every day very nicely, and refill you with bottles of water every day

Пешком можно прогуляться до Кантонской телебашни и Жемчужной реки. Номера в отеле небольшие, но очень удобные, есть всё необходимое. Если в номер нужен мини холодильник, спросите на ресепшене и вам его тут же принесут. Завтраки без особых изысков, но вкусные и голодными вы не останетесь. Самое главное преимущество отеля - это его персонал. Все очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые, готовые прийти на помощь по любому вопросу.

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, но вызвало удивление расположение унитаза в номере. Одновременно помыться и посетить туалет будет затруднительно, т.к. на эти две отдельные кабинки дверь одна и закрывается либо одно, либо другое. Тем, кто привык к интимности в этом вопросе, рекомендую задуматься))

Шикарное расположение, метро близко, Кантонская башня с ТЦ тоже рядом. Очень красивая ухоженная территория. Вокруг пальмы, много зелени. Завтрак великолепный, ели несколько дней с удовольствием, совершенно не надоедал. Персонал максимально приветливый, вежливый и старающейся обеспечить комфорт гостей. Все вопросы решались быстро, была даже помощь с экскурсиями.

Окно в номере открывалось странно, можно было сделать только маленькую щель, но не критично.

Nice little no fuss apartment hotel, short walk to Kecun Metro station, the hotel will send you directions from Metro after you book which look a bit complicated but it’s actually really easy. Great free breakfast. The staff were great and speak English. Only short walk to Canton Tower which you can already see from the hotel. Not bad.

Very strange that the bathroom is in the room and the door is made of glass and you have to choose between closing the shower and closing the toilet? Also breakfast room was being renovated when we were there so breakfast was in one of the rooms which was odd

Breakfast is only from 7:45 to 9:25. Not many places to eat around that area (mainly McDonalds).

At first, it felt a bit dated but then we realized they are actually in the process of renovating all the rooms. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel was close to restaurants and underground trains. The hotel breakfast was simple but very good and healthy eating. The staff were the best. From reception to manager to breakfast staff and room cleaning. They make sure you are well fed at breakfast. Get to where you need to get to and have everything you need in the room etc.

Destruction work was going on during the day, a lot of noice and workers moving furnitures around.

The hotel manager, Timmy, and his staff members are exceptionally welcoming and always there to assist when you need assistance. The accommodation is located near the train station and local mall. I would definitely go back again when I visit Guangzhou.

Хороший отель рядом с центром, номер был не большой, но уютный, недалеко станция метро Kecun, удобно добираться до Кантонской выставки без пересадок, до центра можно прогуляться пешком. Постоянно поют птицы. Это территория была когда-то фабрикой, а теперь тут сделали Арт-объекты, очень красивое и приятное пространство

住宿位置不錯，離廣州塔很近，員工很熱情，廣交會期間有接送巴士很方便

隔音不是很好，剛好遇到小孩在外面玩鬧，門外的聲音有點明顯 廁所和浴室的門共用，關起來不是很密合

Удобная локация. Как будто живешь за городом. Для тех кто хочет погрузиться в мегаполис и небоскребы это не подойдёт. Но для меня это было весьма хорошо! Тихо, чистый воздух, не высокие здания. Отличная кухня на завтраки.

Отсутствие проводной связи между ресепшен и номерами гостиницы. Сотрудники отеля ходят до номеров и сообщают, что пришел гость или что привезли посылку из интернет магазина или ресторана. Это не удобно. А мобильный телефон не всегда работает.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie wspaniały! Od samego początku czułam się zaopiekowana – personel jest niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny, a cały obiekt utrzymany w idealnej czystości. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje Timmy, który jest pomocny w każdej sprawie – nie ma dla niego problemu nie do rozwiązania. Zawsze uśmiechnięty, zaangażowany i dostępny, sprawiał, że każdy gość czuł się wyjątkowo. Jego profesjonalizm i pozytywne podejście do gości zasługuje na wielkie podziękowania. Śniadania były przepyszne – duży wybór i wszystko świeże. Dodatkowym, bardzo miłym akcentem były świeże owoce codziennie dostarczane do pokoju. Ogromnym plusem były także darmowe shuttle busy na targi Canton Fair, które bardzo ułatwiały logistykę i pozwalały zaoszczędzić czas. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, bardzo blisko centrum, co znacznie ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Jestem absolutnie zachwycona i na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę!

The design of the room has the bathroom in the same room with no real wall / door so the room smells of dampness and toilet smells (even with the exhaust on). Even though the rooms are smoke free, smokers still smoked on the balconies and close to the rooms which came through the vents (I’m not a smoker). No other fault with the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff were very helpful. There’s no way you’ll go hungry.

However, the photos on Booking don’t quite match reality. The hotel looks much more modest than what is shown in the pictures, especially considering the price.

Timmy is an exceptional hotel manager and the whole stuff is very kind, helpfull, just made our stay perfect. Breakfasts were very good, rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Highly recomended!

The breakfast is exceellent. Taxi is availlable any time. All staffs are cooperative. To use a taxi you need to have Alipay or wechat but i don't have it and in this regard all staff use their app and call a taxi for us. They make our stay easier.

Great stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel was very clean, the environment calm and peaceful, and the location convenient. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Breakfast is very meagre, the choice is very small and the dishes do not change. The doors of the rooms overlook the open corridor, where cars are rustling nearby.

Location, close to metro and within the technology park so lots of trees, birdsong and no noise of traffic. Plenty of restaurants and cafes just outside

The apartment rooms, although much bigger are not modernised like the hotel rooms and are quite dark inside, especially when the weather is cloudy. Having stayed in both the hotel room the previous week and the apartment I much prefer the hotel rooms. Also keep in mind that if you book a one bedroom apartment, you will be sharing the living area with two other rooms.
