Absolutely loved the property

Entrance could use a major overhaul, scary dogs and very dark No grab or gogeks allowed to pick up from property and drivers at the front are lazy and scarce

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Biu Biu. Die Zimmer sind gross, geräumig und sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: durchgehend überdurchschnittlich aufmerksam, freundlich und gesprächig. Das Essen, das angeboten wird, ist sehr lecker und geschmackvoll. Auch der Laundry-Service ist absolut empfehlenswert, und praktisch ist, dass direkt vor Ort Scooter gemietet werden können. Sehr positiv fanden wir zudem, dass wir nach dem Check-out noch den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen durften, da unser Flug erst spät in der Nacht ging. Einige Punkte haben für uns jedoch nicht ganz zum eher gehobenen Preisniveau gepasst. Teilweise merkt man bei kleinen Dingen recht deutlich, was inklusive ist und wofür zusätzlich bezahlt wird – beispielsweise wird der beim Frühstück inkludierte Cappuccino in einer deutlich kleineren Tasse serviert als der kostenpflichtige Cappuccino tagsüber. Auch die zwei angebotenen Welcome Drinks gelten lediglich für bestimmte Fruchtsäfte. Für uns war das aufgrund der Vorsicht bezüglich Bali Belly und Getränken mit Eiswürfeln leider keine wirkliche Option. Der sogenannte „Hidden Pool“ ist wunderschön gelegen, wird hinsichtlich Service jedoch deutlich weniger betreut als der Hauptpool. Zwar kann man Wünsche über WhatsApp kommunizieren, trotzdem wäre bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse auch dort etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schön. Die Speisekarte bietet zudem relativ wenig Auswahl, wenn man auf Fisch und Fleisch verzichten bzw. während einer Bali-Reise generell etwas vorsichtiger essen möchte. Aufgrund einer frühzeitig bekannten Reiseänderung mussten wir eine zusätzliche Nacht buchen. Leider war es trotz frühzeitiger Buchung nicht möglich, für den gesamten Aufenthalt im gleichen Zimmer zu bleiben, sodass wir zwischendurch das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das bedeutete zusätzlichen Aufwand für uns und auch eine zusätzliche Zimmerreinigung.

Elegáns, tiszta és nem zsúfolt szálláshely, szép kilátással és kellemes medencékkel. A hangulatos bungalók nyugodt kikapcsolódást biztosítanak, az ételek és a kiszolgálás megfelelő, a személyzet pedig kedves és segítőkész.

A szálláshely nem támogatja a Grab használatát. Amennyiben nem az általuk biztosított autókat vesszük igénybe, a fuvarhoz ki kell gyalogolni a legközelebbi útkereszteződéshez.

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Traumhafter Blick von der Klippe. Ideal zum Ankommen oder für die letzten Tage auf Bali.

Un alojamiento fantástico para los últimos días cerca del aeropuerto de vuelta a España. Es un paraíso. Inmejorables vistas a la puesta de sol, restaurante muy cuidado y la comida estupenda. Desayuno increíble con todas las opciones y cantidades muy generosas. Si tienes la posibilidad de reservar la habitación con vistas al acantilado, la experiencia no puede ser más top: habitación súper amplia, piscina privada, decoración exquisita, amplios ventanales al mar, total privacidad… cuesta encontrar un hotel así. Merece la pena al 100%.

Todo es estupendo. Si quieres disfrutarlo tienes que asumir que estás un poco alejado del ambiente de padang padang pero aún así estás conectado por Grab sin problemas ni para salir ni para volver al hotel

Nous avons passé les meilleures vacances de notre vie au Biu Biu Resort. Le décor est paradisiaque, les petits bungalows sont magnifiques, le restaurant est excellent, la piscine est sublime et la petite plage privée c’est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau ! Merci également au personnel chaleureux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel.

Seul petit bémol c’est que les bungalows ne sont pas du tout isolés donc il y a beaucoup de bruit, et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc il fait jour à 6h. En vacances c’est pas l’idéal pour se reposer.

Der Strand war nicht zum Baden geeignet.. darum mussten wir uns einen anderen Strand separat suchen um baden zu Können..

Peace and tranquility in an incredible location, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets in the south of Bali. The management and staff were amazing: professional, friendly, well-prepared, and always available whenever we needed anything. A big +10 for them! The food and menu were excellent, with a fantastic breakfast and great service. Highly recommended!

Przepiękne położenie na klifie z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean. Hotel jest kameralny, spokojny i otoczony bujną zielenią, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe i czyste, a jedzenie w restauracji było wyśmienite. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa – niezwykle serdeczna, uśmiechnięta i zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę wyjątkowo.

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt spełnił, a nawet przewyższył nasze oczekiwania.

It’s very remote and the taxi’s aren’t allowed to pick you up at the property so you must walk down the road about 700m to the mini mart to meet the transport.

Przepiękna przestrzeń hotelu, widoki niesamowite. Wygodne 2 baseny, prywatna plaża, pyszne jedzenie.

Sam domek był styczny z innymi przez co było bardzo słychać sąsiadów z małymi, płaczącymi dziećmi. Wieczorem czuć palone śmieci.

Totul este absolut minunat la acest resort. Mâncarea extraordinara si gustoasă, piscinele infinity, gradina frumos îngrijită, plaja mica si sălbatică. Totul a gustoasă fabulos.

Salteaua de pe pat este cam tare, drept urmare dimineața m-am trezit cu dureri de spate.

Totul a fost absolut fabulos.

Salteaua cam tare si scurgerea de la baie. Se aduna multă apă in baie dupa duș. Ar trebui verificată scurgerea.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt hier. Das Essen, die Lage und die ganze Stimmung im Hotel- es war alles wunderbar. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal - jeder Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier - wären aber sehr gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen auch definitiv wieder 😍

Vila com bastante luz natural, espaço muito bem cuidado, vista deslumbrante para o mar, simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários.

Fica um pouco afastado dos locais mais movimentados e dos pontos turísticos. Não há restaurantes, cafés ou lojas próximos. A praia do hotel não é bem uma praia...

Sehr stylisch und chic. Bungalows mega chic. Zwei sehr bequeme Betten auf zwei Etagen mit Moskitonetz. Frühstück als Menü, lecker, aber sehr übersichtlich. Drinks sehr lecker. Alles da was man braucht. Die Poollandschaft und Aussicht sind traumhaft!

Essen lecker, aber relativ wenig bei den Preisen. Wenig los in der näheren Umgebung. Kleine private Badebucht nicht zum schwimmen geeignet. Bungalows zu wenig Ablage und Haken.

Location = 5 stars !! Special spot. Beauty of nature. The breakfast were very delicious. The pizzas were not bad at all.! The restaurant has an amazing view and is very comfortable… Great value. Our little hut was modest, but really cute. The beach is absolutely beautiful and worth going down to appreciate, do not try to swim in the water unless you are an expert swimmer and know how to read the tides! There is reef and you can get hurt!

THEY NEED TO GET A WATER REFILL STATION. There are some crazy trip hazards. Especially the restaurant bathroom. The service is a bit slow to respond - the restaurant service, although friendly, was just 3 stars. The bed is very hard and they need to get softer pillows !!

La chambre familiale duplex petite et pas pratique escaliers raides .. pas de place pour 2 personnes pas en couple .. salle de bains pas top pour le prix mieux à l’établissement à côté en bungalow mieux équipé et au tiers du prix !

Prachtig resort aan de oceaan met een prive strand, midden in de rust maar dichtbij leuke surfplekken zoals Balangan en Jimbaran Beach. Goede service en geweldig ontbijt. Meerdere zwembaden met uitzicht op de oceaan. Prachtige zonsondergang. Dikke 10!

Wonderful little oasis. Comfortable room. Excellent food. Breakfast was amazing. And, of course, the view was lovely.

It was a little isolated so we had little choice but to eat at the hotels restaurant every night. We did have a couple of lunches at the nearest beach - 15 mins walk. Our bungalow (19) was lovely but the bed had no headboard which made sitting up difficult. The beach looks beautiful in the photos but the reality was that due to rocks you could not swim there. Though there was a usable beach fairly nearby.

The pool villa was exelent. The View from the pool is amazing. Its a bit isolated but with schooter is easy to go around and the hotel is renting schooters too.

Muy Lindo Es en un acantilado maravilloso, estás prácticamente solo. Muy bueno para relajarse. Era nuestra Luna de miel y decoraron la habitación muy bonita para nosotros.

La ubicación no es muy buena si no tienes coche o no alquilas moto. La playa es sucia, tiene mucha mucha basura y con rocas. No puedes nadar allí. Teníamos solo el desayuno incluido y alguna vez comimos y cenamos y demasiado pero demasiado caro a compraracion con la comida que puedes conseguir por fuera. Una exageración los precios, si tienes trasporte o moto vez a comer fuera allí te van a cobrar un ojo de la cara.

Piępiękne baseny Plaża, mimo że nie można się kąpać. Woda miała za mocny prąd i było to niebezpieczne. Domki są bardzo czyste! Wspaniałe jedzenie i Cappuccino!

Das Frühstück war wirklich herausragend – mit Abstand eines der besten, das wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Statt eines Buffets gab es verschiedene liebevoll zusammengestellte Frühstücksmenüs zur Auswahl, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Mit dabei waren unter anderem frische Croissants, Brot, Marmelade und Rührei – alles sehr hochwertig und geschmacklich top. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, den man jeden Tag genießen kann. Wir hatten einen Bungalow, der sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet war und insgesamt eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre hatte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert.

Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass die Bungalows baulich sehr offen gestaltet sind. Dadurch hört man Geräusche von draußen recht deutlich und sie sind nicht besonders schallisoliert. Das gehört zwar ein Stück weit zum Konzept und Charme der Anlage, könnte aber für geräuschempfindliche Gäste etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein.

The best location to relax in Uluwatu. Good views, nice staff, clean room. The massage was amazing! Also the food we liked a lot; there are many different options. We would definitly come back.
