Séjour vraiment parfait dans cet hôtel ! Tout y est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Petra et son équipe sont aux petits soins et m'ont aidée à organiser mes activités sur place. Un endroit où l'on se sent vraiment bien, comme à la maison. Stéphanie donne de super conseils et fait en sorte qu'on se sente chez soi, tout en préservant notre intimité. J'y retournerai si je reviens à Uluwatu !

liked the location and place itself and totally liked the stuff. if you surf well - balangan beach in march provides quite interesting waves. there are couple of nice photo spots to capture the sunset as well as the sore line from the cliffs

sometimes water pressure in my room was not the best but had no real hard feelings about that... the most interesting restaurants and party places in Uluwatu are like 20-30 mins ride on the bike away, but because of that - evenings are very cozy and calm with no close party sounds )))

Everything but especially the staff. Everyone is very kind and genuine. Our kids really loved it. This is a boutique hotel with a peaceful atmosphere carefully designed to provide an authentic, relaxing Balinese experience. The area is very nice and quiet at night just a minute for balangan beach with great surf and sunsets., The decoration, the spaces, and the pool are so nice that makes you feel in peace as you come in. Not to say about the restaurant. The menu is diverse with a variety of local dishes and international options made from the best ingredients and a nice bar with chilled music. They are very helpful in organising tourist activities but also they help with getting into experiences that are really Balinese, including cultural and spiritual that only a local could provide. This is not the standard resort or villa it has a beautiful vibe made by the wonderful group that by the way they treated us we felt like in home. A very special thank you to: Darma, Apri, Wulan and Yvan in Housekeeping Petra, the manager who is just wonderful and organised, everything for us. And to Iman and Rama, best very friendly chefs, they have decades of experience in many kinds of high quality restaurants but also if we needed a fried egg with rice for the kids at night they were more than happy to help us. We will come back :)

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Petra gave us such a warm welcome, almost like we were family. The chef Imam cooked us the best fish curry I have ever tasted. Absolutely superb. Would highly recommend staying here. Oh and dad I mention the styling. It was like you are in a film set. The attention to detail was fantastic. But still had a comfortable relaxed feeling. Loved it 🥰

White Palm is a wonderful little boutique hotel in a quiet street just a few minuites from Balangan beach. We loved our stay so much. The staff was amazing, and Petra helped us with everything we needed. Apri, Darma,Wulan and Ivan made great food and were all so sweet! The rooms are clean and nice and the pool area is very relaxing and cozy. Also, if you rent a scooter it it only some minuites to Dreamland beach, a food store and some restaurants:) We would love to come back again sometime.

The staff, especially the lovely manager Petra, couldn't do enough for me. The lovely kitchen staff too - so friendly. The pool area is lovely, bungalows situated around the pool but wonderfully secluded with palms. Breakfast was great.

Omg occasionally you find these places that just delight you - white palm is a little sanctuary in the Bukit - an boutique oasis of calm where you can be social if you like with a small number of other guests - the food is delightful and heathy and Petra the manager was so warm and welcoming without being obtrusive - I’ll be back 💯and hope this stays a beautiful little secret in Bali

The location; just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. Staff are so kind and they will do anything to accommodate your request.

It’s very expose to the environment, but that is as well the beauty of the place.

Déjà l’accueil est juste incroyable ; dès qu’on passe l’immense porte de cet hôtel on se sent comment dans une bulle, pris en charge, avec le personnel qui vient à nous avec une serviette fraîche et une boisson. C’est un établissement hors du commun où on se sent chez Soi et apaisé de suite. Le personnel est vraiment incroyable et aux petits soins ; mention spéciale pour Imam qui tout au long du séjour a eu plusieurs petites intentions qui sont si précieuses quand on est en vacances 🙏 Les chambres sont magnifiques et d’une propreté parfaite ; quant au lit… c’est de loin le meilleur lit dans lequel j’ai dormi et j’ai énormément voyagé ! J’étais moi-même étonnée de dormir aussi bien avec cette literie ; on aurait dit que j’étais dans un nuage. Et bien sûr le concept créé par la Fondatrice est incroyable et fait toute la différence : Recovery Lab. Les quelques jours que j’ai passé ont été rythmés par un programme de reset du système nerveux conçu par la propriétaire du WP (Stéphanie). J’ai pu me reposer et me détendre complètement grâce à tout un programme extrêmement bien conçu (je n’avais jamais eu accès à ce type de prestations et surtout de contenu et de support) avec compression therapy, led therapy, marche matinale, massage, isochronic sound therapy. Je repars de mon séjour régénérée, reboostee, légère et sereine. Merci infiniment à Stephanie et toute l’équipe du WP qui ont fait de mon séjour une vraie bulle, un vrai espace où le temps s’est arrêté pour me concentrer iniquement sur moi. C’est tellement précieux dans la vie que je mène. J’y retournerais c’est une certitude 🙏❤️

I had an amazing stay at White Palm Hotel! Petra and all the staff, including the owners, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, plus, their two adorable resident cats, Romeo and Juliet — they made the whole experience even more charming and memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here — I would definitely come back! 💛

The location is great for the beach, but it's tricky if you want to go further afield.

We booked a room with a hot tub, but were shocked to find active construction work taking place directly outside our room. The workers could see straight into our space, leaving us with no privacy, and the constant noise made it impossible to relax. None of this was mentioned in the listing or reflected in the price. When we explained this to the receptionist, we were shown an alternative apartment — but it had no hot tub or bath (which was one of the reasons we booked this room) and there was a large trail of red ants across the floor. We then asked for a refund at this point, but were told we would need to go through Booking.com. We left the property, trusting that the refund would be processed, but the owners have since ignored all communication from both Booking.com and ourselves. Additionally, the condition of the room was poor: doors and windows did not close properly, there was a hole in the roof allowing insects to enter, and there were no mosquito nets over the bed. Making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and nearly ruined our holiday. I would strongly advise avoiding the “hot tub” room — or better yet, look elsewhere for accommodation where you’ll get the comfort and honesty you’re paying for.

Man braucht auf Bali für alles einen Roller oder Fahrzeug, das white Palm ist etwas abgelegen zum entspannen aber auf jeden Fall das richtige.

Not a negative, but you would need a car or scooter to get around easily from this area of Denpasar if your goal is to play tourist. Otherwise highly recommend for getting away from the city to relax on the property or visit the beach.

L'Hôtel présentait un cadre très sympathique, jolie, original. Le personnel était appréciable, serviable. L'accueil très chaleureux avec une boisson rafraîchissante, le port de nos bagages. Cadeau de départ avec des bracelets symboliques de Bali. La patronne a compris nos critiques quant à la surprise au Check out et a été totalement compréhensive et donc nous a fait un large rabais sur les éléments cités. Nos attentes concernant cet hotel étaient haute en raison d'une publicité importante notamment par des influenceurs.

Malheureusement des travaux étaient constamment présents dans le terrain à côté, si nous ouvrons les rideaux, nous nous retrouvions à la vue des ouvriers. La chambre était propre mais avec de plusieurs insectes (inévitable ? éradication faite ?). Nous avions la chambre avec "jacuzzi", cependant c'est une simple baignoire avec un remplissage relativement lent. La même chose pour le pommeau de douche, il n'y avait que peu de pression et il fallait le tenir le robinet pour pas qu'il s'arrête. Un scooter était prévu d'être réservé auprès d'une agence local mais au final, ce n'était plus disponible, nous avons du prendre un modèle plus cher. Le dernier élément concerne les propositions de l'Hotel (Laundry) qui nous avez été annoncé comme 50'000 rp/kg et au check out nous étions largement au-dessus en raison d'un tarif express (non-annoncé). Aucun prix ne nous a été indiqué pour le floating breakfast et donc nous avons eu une surprise à la fin au check-out. Après discussion, la patronne a compris notre point de vue et nous a fait un rabais sur les choses inattendues précédentes.

A little piece of paradise tucked within a 4 minute walk to the beach. Quiet, tranquil, relaxing and quaint. Breakfast was Delicious. Staff was sweet and accommodating. We just checked out today and I already miss it!

White Palm markets itself as “eco-chic,” but it’s really just glamping with better marketing — overpriced, underwhelming, and designed more for influencers than actual travellers. Don’t let curated photos of models in full brim hats fool you. Unless you’re (a) a pro-level surfer (and I mean expert, the waves are elite class), (b) a social media personality who loves posing with swing sets and floating breakfasts, or (c) someone actively trying to disappear, I wouldn’t recommend it. We stayed here on our honeymoon — our most expensive stop — and were disappointed almost immediately. The pool was dirty and heavily chlorinated (despite being advertised as “saltwater”). Construction noise next door made relaxing impossible. Villas were hot, poorly ventilated, and full of giant insects. Mosquitoes devoured us nightly, even with repellent and long sleeves. You can’t bring in outside food or drinks, and while the on-site food is decent, it’s overpriced. Towels smelled weird, and its lights out at 11 p.m. because apparently you’re 9 years-old. Also, you can’t tip staff directly — it all goes into a communal envelope. Not sure if all of this is customary… There’s also a portion of your payment that goes to a charity — not disclosed anywhere in advance. A head up would have been nice to ensure values are aligned. We were encouraged to text the owners with any concerns. They were in Paris. Of course! Nothing says Bali like managing your “eco-hotel” while on airplane to France

The staff are lovely, the food excellent, the cocktails are great, the pool is nice and the rooms pleasant.

Probably a bit over priced for where it is. Not easy to walk anywhere particularly interesting but good for surfers.

Enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfasts and chats with other guests. Petra and all the staff are lovely and always available to help out. Our room was clean and tidy and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed that it was a quiet place to stay and unwind on holiday with beach and other resorts close by.

The decor and set up of the pool, the gardens, the dining area and rooms created a really relaxing atmosphere. Being small also made it peaceful without the bustle of a lot of people that bigger hotels or resorts have. The staff were fabulous! Petra was always responsive to requests and super helpful!

Sehr schöne und saubere Bungalows. Modern eingerichtet mit einem tollen Salzwasserpool. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ein Juwel war die Managerin. Sie hat mir so viele Fragen beantwortet, Taxis organisiert, brachte meinen kaputten Rock zur Näherin und war immer ein Sonnenschein.

Es gab nicht wirklich ein Zentrum, wo man hingehen konnte. Alles (ausser der Strand) war nur mit Roller oder Taxi erreichbar.

Acceuil chaleureux et familial. Endroit très convivial où on se sent vite "chez nous". Tout proche de la plus belle plage de la péninsule, idéal pour le surf et le coucher du soleil!

ils m'ont fait payer un extra lit dans la chambre, alors que la réservation était bien pour 3 personnes sur le site. Par contre, les 3 PDJ étaient inclus. Un peu bizarre comme arrangement...

It is very Instagramable as everything was monochrome. Staff was friendly and attentive. We booked the 2bedroom suite and we could check in earlier. Very laid back hotel , staff don't start till 8ish. The salt water pool is a bonus. They allowed us to change to the individual villas due to the noise. We loved the small touch of a kids tent and a small kitchenette that comes with a water machine. When we changed to the individual villas , bit disappointed that there wasnt a bidet in the bathroom and also 1 of the units have ants constantly on the sink wall.

The suite we chose is facing the main road so noise is an issue for us as we have a 2yr old. It can be quite loud with the trucks n bikes. Didn't realise there wasnt a tv in the room when we booked it.

좋은 점이 있나? 아 , 거짓 숙소 사진? 글램핑수준이다. 주인도 거짓말 투성이고 더럽고 물새고 난리도 아님

더러워서 돌아버림. 바퀴벌레, 모기 많고 숙소사진을 잘 찍은거임 이게 무슨 23만원 숙소임? 도무지 이해가 안감. 결국 숙박 못하고 환불해달라고 하고 나옴. 환불해주겠다더니 안해줌 한국돌아가면 송금해준다더니 그것도 안해줌 카드기기가 취소가 안된다고 둘러 핑계댐..;; 새해 망치기 싫어서 그냥 나옴. 그냥 숙소가 글램핑장임. 바퀴벌레 뿐만 아니라 각종 벌레가 난무함. 특히, 화장실은 더 최악 투명유리로 야외 밖에서 다보임(과거에 게스트 부부 중 여자가 샤워중에 훔쳐봐서 게스트남편이 뛰어가서 싸웠다는 글도 봄) 모기가 거짓말안하고 30-40마리 있어서 살충제 반통 뿌리고 문닫아놓음. 진짜 역대급 최악의 숙소임. 돈아까워서 배가 아플지경임. 해당 숙소에 대한 발리 여행객+ 주민들께 여쭈어보니 그냥 보수안하고 맨날 흰색 페인트만 칠해서 깨끗하게 할 뿐 이렇게 숙박 못하고 환불해달라고 싸우다가 끝까지 안해주는 악질 숙소라고 소문 나있다고 함. 심지어 천장에서 비도 떨어짐^^ 비가 오니 나가려고 문 잠깐 열은 틈으로 고양이가 방 안에 들어옴( 난 고양이 털 알레르기가 있었음) 여러가지 숙소의 비청결한 문제와 미흡한 점(물새고, 고양이 들어오고)으로 충분히 환불사유임에도 거짓말로 안해줌. 진짜 주인 한 대 때리고 싶었음. 절대절대 가지 않았으면. 나는 최선을 다해 부킹닷컴에서 부킹 못받도록 노력할거임. 그래야만 함. 나 같은 또 다른 피해자가 생기면 안되기 때문이다. 숙소 수수료 면제 취소요청하면 방법을 모른다고 하면 시치매뗌!! 그냥 안해주겠다는거지. 인간이 맞는지 의문이다. 주인은 사악해 정말

Petra and the whole team were brilliant. The food was exceptional and the team couldn’t do enough. So kind and welcoming. Plus I had an excellent massage - highly recommend. A/C was good, room was clean.

The location was a little disappointing as I was hoping for some beach time. But if you’re looking for pool time, great food and a safe, relaxing environment, it’s great.

The wooden floor was rotten and we fell through it. There were so many mosquitoes in rooms. AC hardly worked it was so not in rooms. No blinds on some windows so can’t sleep in or get baby to sleep in daytime. We asked to change rooms and told no. We left and asked for refund for the week we weren’t staying but they refused. Last Minute also didn’t give us refund. There is nothing around the hotel. The food is expensive. There is no shade over pool. Breakfast was the only good thing. Rooms have no soundproofing and have gaps to let in insects and geckos etc. So many cheaper nicer resorts in Sanur or Nusa Dua.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. They put me in a room I didn’t book because they extended the previous guest’s stay. They didn’t inform me beforehand and were extremely rude when I said I wouldn’t stay in a room I didn’t reserve. Terrible customer service. By the way, there’s a great hotel just around the corner called The Balangan Hotel. It’s amazing, feels like a resort, and is even cheaper.

Obiekt jest bardzo ładny, zadbany. Było bardzo czysto, obsługa dbała o każdy detal.

Zdecydowanie za droga restauracja. Ceny mocno europejskie. Z powodu bliskości ulicy ruch skuterów niestety bardzo słuchać.

The hotel was very nice! The decor was beautiful, pool and area lovely and breakfast delicious. The staff were also very friendly! It was about a 30 minute drive from Uluwatu/temple/town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The two hotel cats were also such a nice addition to the property!

Ubytovanie malo skvele rozloženie izieb bazén úplne dokonaly .Personal bol neskutočne milý a nápomocný.

Niektoré veci by potrebovali vymeniť ako batéria v kúpeľni bola v hroznom stave aj zrkadlo uz zažilo svoje .nejake opravy a výmeny by boli urcite potrebné.Taktiež strašne maly vyber jedál ci uz na raňajky alebo veceru .

Walking distance to beach and surfing, really good fresh food and really amazing staff, the cats, the BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE, A/C works well.

A few minor things: the hooks on the walls for towels were busted and need to be screwed back into the wall. That's pretty much it.

The hotel was walking distance to the beach and had a nice pool. The staff was very friendly! Petra was great and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of options and was tasty. I liked how you could refill your own water bottles in the common area.

They play music by the pool all day, which was nice but it started early and ended late. If you have one of the rooms closer to the common area then the music is really loud. So if you like to sleep in or go to bed early (which I do), then you'll feel the bass. There also isn't much to do in the area besides go to the beach. There are a few restaurants and bars but not many options.

Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, super gepflegt und vermittelt einen unvergleichlichen Charme und Wohlfühlcharakter.
