The air conditioning only really made it through to the main living space, with closed bedroom doors they got hot and stuffy quickly. It was really hard to know which apartment I was booking, I thought I booked something with a double and a twin (that what was on the images on the booking) but actually we had a double and a single. Please can you say in your profile the specific coffee machine you have on offer, over a weekend I stayed in three apartments and each one had a different coffee machine - it would help in me purchasing the right type of coffee pod or ground coffee").

Non risultava bella come nelle foto, le stanze erano molto basiche, poco curate e poco insonorizzate. Non si possono aprire le finestre perché danno sulle cucine del ristorante di fronte.

L'apartament era molt bonico. Està situat en un barri cèntric i històric de València que val molt la pena visitar. Es pot fer el check-in online molt còmodament. L'apartament estava molt net, ben equipat. El llit era gran i còmode i la cuina tenia tot el que necessitava. Les instal·lacions eren completament noves i hi ha ascensor. L'apartament tenia vàries estances molt ben organitzades.

Convenient location in the old town. Close to the market and all the sites in the old town. The room was clean and comfort was good.

The wi-fi was terrible. It kept cutting out all the time. This needs to be addressed. Also the sink in the bathroom is so tiny I hit my head on the wall each time I brushed my teeth. Not really appropriate for use!

ogni volta che entravo nell’appartamento c’era un odore di curry terrificante e quando siamo arrivate il primo giorno le pentole erano tutte sporche e la mia amica per lavarle ha avuto i conati di vomito

Abbiamo pagato,per 3 notti ad agosto,in 2,più di 500€ e l'appartamento,venduto come 4 stelle,é vecchio e poco curato:si accede anche tramite una scala,rotta in più gradine e non sicura;le poltrone all'ingresso sono tutte rotte.Una volta nell'appartamento,tutto grigio,la camera é spoglia,con poche prese,in alto sui muri,senza nemmeno una sedia.Muffa in bagno e secondo phon,quello più nuovo,non funzionante Mancava persino un porta-spazzolino.Nella cucina non c'era neanche un po' di sale e il terrazzo aveva 4 sedie sporche.Nell'insieme,l'arredo é vecchio e davvero poco curato.4 stelle credo le abbia solo perché é al centro di Valencia.

Era todo prácticamente perfecto, la única pega fue que de la cama de arriba el último escalón de la escalera estaba un poco suelto y podría ser algo peligroso pero nada que entorpeciera nuestra estancia

Me and my partner throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was amazing and so many restaurants, bars, local shops, cultural sights close by. Very clean and responsive hosts. Would highly recommend.

De Locatie (centraal gelegen). Ook was er een airco, wasmachine, waterkoker, strijkijzer wat een langer verblijf mogelijk maakt. Het appartement had mooie hoge plafonds.

De slaapkamer lag gelegen aan de straatzijde waardoor er behoorlijk geluidsoverlast was, ook gedurende de nacht. In de badkamer was er schimmel. Ik kon mijn koffer niet voor of na check-in tijdelijk achterlaten, en ik werd doorverwezen naar een betaalde bagage opslag in de buurt (12 euro). De schoonmakers kwamen soms wel en soms niet, op verschillende momenten waaronder soms pas om 16.30. Tv scherm zonder streaming mogelijkheden.

Mooi appartement en sfeervol ingericht. Locatie is top, je loopt zo het centrum in.

I had no negatives

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Vermieter waren ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass alles einwandfrei funktionierte – insbesondere die Klimaanlage, die bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen in Valencia Gold wert war. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, erreicht man unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und viele der schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss. Die Kathedrale, die Markthalle, die Torres de Serranos sowie der Turia-Park sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und machen die Unterkunft zum idealen Ausgangspunkt, um Valencia zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bei einem nächsten Besuch in Valencia gerne wieder!

Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass die Geräusche aus den Altstadtgassen teilweise gut hörbar waren – beispielsweise beim Abräumen der Restaurantterrassen. Das lässt sich bei einer so zentralen Lage jedoch kaum vermeiden und hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nur minimal beeinträchtigt.

The location is just amazing and surfed our purpose well. Everything is in close enough walking distance and the location was the main reason for booking this property.

It is an old building with some of the old features kept and exposed. Very nicely done. Downstairs there is a seating area and it is nice and cool. Our own apartment had a lovely big roof terrace. There were some tables and chairs but it would have been amazing to have sun loungers and a sun sail or parasol. That would have been the icing on the cake. Anyway, the owners/managers were always available on WhatsApp, checked straight away if we could access the apartment on arrival and always responded promptly and friendly. Could not fault them. One more suggestion - a sweeping brush 😂 we stayed in July and went to the beach daily so sand was dragged in.

The location is really good and the staff are very responsive

Everything else. The apartment was airless, without any windows or balcony or aircon or even fans to help. It smelled of cigarette smoke. Do not be fooled by the pictures! Bed cover was cheap polyester and furniture was outdated and awful. My daughter felt nervous in there and when I asked to move, they did assist with another apartment but it was just as bad. I couldn’t breathe and so we had to leave and find another place to stay. I respectfully asked for a refund for at least 1 night as it had only been booked last minute but they wouldn’t accommodate us in any way.

El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación, es coqueto y estaba limpio.

Me resultó bastante incómodo, y no es apto para personas con dificultades para subir escaleras. Al ser un bajo, se oía mucho ruido de personas que pasaban por la calle. Creo que aunque es bonito, el espacio está mal aprovechado y no resulta funcional del todo.

Está ubicado en una zona de bajas emisiones de difícil acceso, pero nos facilitaron permisos con total amabilidad. LLevo más de 10 años viajando por trabajo y puedo asegurar sin temor a equivocarme, que entre los mas de 100 alojamientos en los que he estado, este es sin duda el mejor, de largo ya un precio muy asequible. Impresionante edificio con piedra natural, vigas de madera y techos altísimos, remodelado con un gusto exquisito. Cuando vuelva a Valencia, repetiré..

Didn’t think the AC worked well in the bedroom

Schönes Zimmer mit Dachterasse und kleiner Küche in genialer Lage zwischen Kathedrale und zentralem Markt. Historische und schön hergerichtete Bausubstanz. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp hat gut funktioniert und es wurde schnell reagiert.

Die Dachterasse hat leider keine schöne Aussicht und vor allem jetzt im Sommer nicht einmal einen Sonnenschirm, war daher eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Die Klimaanlage wollte zur Mitarbeit immer wieder mal überredet werden, wahrscheinlich war nur die Batterie der Fernbedinung ziemlich leer.

Outside noise - you are smack bang in the centre ! Top tips don’t do as I did and think the noise won’t be that bad, and please don’t leave a bad review because of the same !! It’s a great place buy some ear plugs before you go, don’t skip this advice do it and you will thank me! Also maps is a little confusing look at pictures of door on here and then look for that !

Angry agressive neighbours screaming and challenging me when i opened my door to see why someone was yelling at a woman at my door. At least 6 males and 1 woman in the room constantly going in and out till about 2am It must have been intumidating for other arriving guests because we were at ground level

A beautiful apartment in a great part of Valencia. Aircon was centralised and was always on, which I loved. Kitchen and washing machine were easy to use and I loved having a balcony. Wifi wasn’t super strong, so wouldn’t use it for video calls/work.

There were a few minor issues with the apartment, but I let them know and were rectified quickly. The staff are very responsive.

Wi-fi range was very limited

A spacious property with exposed beams and balconies, clean and full of character. Quiet and secluded, yet only a two-minute walk from the main square. A church bell chimes every hour, but the sound is pleasant and adds to the atmosphere.

Perfect location to walk just about everywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff! The apartment was cozy and cute!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and very spacious, making it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who were highly professional and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily return.

There were only a few areas we felt could be improved. The lack of mirrors was inconvenient, as there were no mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready. The only other mirror was a large one in the living area, positioned in a corner where the lighting was not ideal. With the bathroom often occupied, having additional mirrors in the bedrooms would be very helpful. We also felt the bathroom layout could be improved. Removing the extra shower cubicle would create a more spacious and comfortable environment. The shower area would benefit from a better floor gradient to allow water to drain properly instead of collecting. In addition, a hand-held shower head would make it easier to rinse and clean both yourself and the shower enclosure after use.

Great central location in Valencia old town and very good value for a 2 bedroom apartment, cheaper than most hotels.

Could hear noise through the ceiling of the main bedroom in the old part of the building, but not terrible.

Location was great right were you need to be coffee shops and restaurants as well as the large indoor market

This is a very spacious, modern apartment right in the heart of the old town. It was a perfect base for us to explore the city from, with attractions within a 5 minute walk away. The apartment building is very pretty, and the staff were very kind and welcoming, letting us leave our luggage in our room before check-in. The kitchen has a good range of appliances, a large fridge, and even a washing machine. We did think the layout of the apartment was odd - the door to the terrace was through the shower cubicle! - but this just added to the charm of such a unique place to stay in Valencia.

The wifi wasn't very strong as we stayed in a room on the top floor. Also I think it would be nice if the kitchen had some essentials in it like tea, coffee, oil for cooking etc, because these aren't things you want to buy if you are only staying for 2 nights.

We received the codes for the lock box and access was easy thereafter. Grateful to see a bottle of water was left on the table for us. Style of the apartment was lovely with plenty of modern conveniences, including iron and board. Air conditioning system was very good. Good hairdryer in the bathroom. Plenty of storage in the bedroom.

The bedroom faces on to a street which has a couple of restaurants and is extremely noisy at night, especially at the weekend. Noise reduction glass should be installed to help with this. TV channels - very poor selection. Lack of outdoor space in our apartment.

Le finestre non avevano le tende e le persone di fianco vedevano dentro, bagno davvero troppo piccolo, finestra della camera da letto con sola tende insolante che non permetteva di tenerla aperta durante il giorno perché affacciava sulle scale e passavano altre persone.

Single bed in the single room was really tiny for an adult person. Matress too hard and not comfortable. Unfortunately walls arr very thin and you could hear everything from other apartments like guests coughing or phone vibrating etc. I woke up at 6 am because someone was crying in the hall on the ground floor and I was on the second floor. Wifi has little or no connection so you can’t work from home.

It was well located but a little sparse and cold
