Good location. Not far from airport with very reasonably priced transfer. Lovely view from window.

Terrible pillows only 1/ per person. Only a sheet in the bed no coverlet for the middle of the night when temp drops. Unfortunately pool wasn’t available which not available which was a shame as we had been travelling 24hrs and booked this hotel over less expensive ones as it had a pool - pool closed when still daylight is ridiculous. Ensuite had a smell to it - like a damp smell. Minimal shower gel or hair care products given. Old hairdryer available

Room was comfortable and spacious. Pool and bar was handy, as was the location and airport shuttle.

I requested a quiet room at the back, on a high floor, away from the lift, due to being a light sleeper. Months in advance. They gave me a room at the front, on the 2nd floor, near the lift.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Nice welcome drink. Nice location by the harbour. Many restaurants around. Underground hotel car park available (payable)

Room is a bit simple and definitely not worth the money that is being charged for it. Multiple loose fittings in the bathroom that need maintenance.

The airport shuttle service. There system has to change. We advised the hotel we would be on the 6.15 shuttle the day prior we arrived at the allotted shuttle spot at 6.13 to be advised by other hotel shuttles that our hotels shuttle had already left. Not happy. We chose this hotel based on this service and it did not deliver.

Great location and view, clean and modern. Couldn’t ask more for two nights stay before flying.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Shower was luke warm as was hairdryer. Drinks very expensive.

The hotel is in a nice location very close to shops and restaurants. They provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport (for an extra fee of 7 euro pp which we thought was good value. We ate a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant as we arrived quite late.

TV reception very bad. Welcome cocktail not good at all. It was basicly warm fruit juice. Better not offer anything at all rather than something so bad. Breakfast was over priced for the selection and quality. We met up with a friend who booked the same hotel so we could travel home together and we asked for rooms on the same floor. The hotel charged me an extra 10 euros. Told me the room I had reserved was on the main floor. I don’t recall the info about which floor the room was on being provided when I booked the room with you.

La piscina bastante descuidada y el desayuno no era muy variado

Η τοποθεσία που είναι δίπλα στο ποτάμι και στη θάλασσα και η πολύ ωραία θέα από το δωμάτιο, καθώς επίσης και το ότι διατίθεται χώρος στάθμευσης επί πληρωμή. Το προσωπικό που εξυπηρετεί το πρωινό ήταν άψογο, σε αντίθεση με τους υπαλλήλους της υποδοχή που δεν δίνουν την πρέπουσα σημασία στον πελάτη.

Το δωμάτιο είχε προβληματάκια. Το μπάνιο ήταν παλιό και θέλει συντήρηση και το πρωινό δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Πολύ φτωχό.

Pratique d’avoir une navette régulière pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Vu le prix de la chambre ça pourrait être gratuit. Piscine sur le rooftop pour se rafraîchir. Calme et à l’écart des restaurants pour le bruit si la nuit prévue est courte pour prendre un vol.

Le personnel vraiment peu sympathique. Très peu d’informations sur les commodités (serviettes piscine, ouverture, accès espace sauna etc…) et pas adapté aux enfants: ni un sourire rien mes fils ont été choqués. de le fait de ne pas avoir de quoi se faire un café, thé gratuit dans la chambre. Les fauteuils blancs à l’entrée juste en face de l’accueil sont sales et donne une première mauvaise image d’accueil.

Badekappenpflicht im Pool! Das sollte man in die Beschreibung mit aufnehmen und dann muss man die Badekappe auch noch für 3€ kaufen! Frühstück: die Atmosphäre war sehr komisch, keine Tassen, fürs Wasser gab es nur Plastikbecher, zerknitterte Servietten und alles war im Regal eher versteckt wie einladend aufgebaut. Man musste sich irgendwie alles zusammensuchen.

Convenience to the airport with a nice rooftop bar for sunset and a good restaurant for dinner.

There were no coffee or tea facilities provided in the room which was very surprising and extremely disappointing considering the cost of the room. Even the most basic hotels provided these essential facilities for international travellers.

Loved having the shuttle available to get to the airport! It was so easy to arrange. The view was interesting. The bartender/server (Marex?) was fantastic.

Me gustó mucho el servicio del restaurant, las instalaciones en general. Además nos dieron una invitacion de bienvenida para un trago el la terraza.

No me gustó que no me cambiaron la habitacion que tenía asignada ya que por error reservé una para personas con movilidad reducida la cual estaba en planta baja y a otra normal la cual estaba en el 3er piso. El hecho que fui con mis hijos de 10 y 13 años y como temía y no estaba trnaquila en dejarlos solos tuvimos que dividirnos con mi esposo para dormir uno con cada uno porque según ellos no había habitacion para reasignarnos incluso pagando adicionalmente. La recepcionista no dijo que estaba todo reservado y sinceramente con el pasar de los dias se veía que no estaba completo el hotel como para reasignarme otra habitacion con cargo adicional. Otra cosa para mejorar es que en planta baja donde esta la habitacion para personas con movilidad reducida comienzan a poner la musica funcional la cual por un tema estructural se escucha demasiado alto desde la mañana temprano lo que hizo que tengamos que solicitar que la apaguen porque era muy alto el sonido siendo aún tiempo para descansar.

Me gustó el hotel, la única está al final del puerto. El personal es exelente, muy atentos. El hotel es súper limpio.

No me gustó qué no haya control de acceso a la piscina , a pesar de las normas había gente sin gorro en el agua lo cual era bastante desagradable . Debería haber más carteles para que la gente acate las normativas.

Great to stay the if you need to be near the airport. Very nice restaurant and small pool area on the roof with a beautiful bar. Clean, minimalist rooms.

The neighborhood is not good to walk around - not a safe neighborhood. The view of the water is obstructed by construction cranes and fishing boats by the water. They did not have complementary coffee cups or shampoos.

Arrived early - easy storage of luggage while we spent the day in the area exploring. Great location with walking access to a grocery store, many restaurants and 1/2 mile to a beach. Well kept rooftop pool with great views. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

The view from our 2nd floor room was blocked by bushes, but this was not a big deal for us.

No me gustó qué nadie controlaba el tema de la piscina. Había gente sin gorra/gorro, lo que resultaba bastante desagradable. Debería decirlo el personal al realizar el ingreso y más carteles en los ascensores.

Excellent stay- needed to stay nearby the airport before a flight. Shuttle service was cheap and regular so made getting to the property very easy. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and felt very safe. Would stay again! Using the sauna services etc is 20 euros.

Je pense que c’est un bon hôtel dans l’ensemble mais que nous avons eu une expérience moyenne lors de notre séjour donc nous n’y retournerons sûrement pas.

L’accueil de plusieurs membres du personnel était plutôt froid et peu avenant. Ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation et ils nous ont donné l’impression que c’était de notre faute car nous avions réservé il y a longtemps… puis on a eu l’impression de s’être fait refourguer la chambre qui « reste » : une chambre PMR au RDC qui était poussiéreuse avec une salle d’eau pas adaptée. Le confort était donc moyen. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit provenant du couloir dont la musique de l’hôtel. Quand nous l’avons signalé, nous n’avons eu droit qu’à un « ce n’est pas possible d’entendre la musique depuis votre chambre ».

Great location easy shuttle to the airport

Location is fantastic, loved the view from our room with the balcony on 4th floor. Loved watching all the fishing boats and yachts coming and going. The location just a few miles from airport is great. The rooftop Bar & Pool is such a huge plus, fantastic views of the ocean. So lovely to cool off in the pool, particularly after a day in Rome. We only had 2 nights before our flight home but we wished we could have stayed longer!
