some of the staff were rude to my friends which I don't know why. the toilet's sliding room door is heavy.. need some maintenance work here

Das Personal war durchgehend überall sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Das Zimmer roch muffig und Feucht, im Bad teilweise Schimmel. Das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee allerdings nicht gut.

Great breakfast, great fitness centre. Staff really helpful and courteous always willing to help and give advice. Pool was fantastic with many places available to relax, the gardens were beautifully maintained.

Internet speed was very slow and would continually drop. Poor selection of TV channels available

Bathroom smells bad. It’s very strong and unpleasant as if the room was closed up with the bathroom for a while and the moisture had no where to go.

Super hotel, wspaniały, profesjonalny i pomocny Personel. Spędziliśmy w hotelu bardzo udane wakacje w 4 osoby. Śniadania europejsko-tajskie bardzo smaczne, basen bardzo przyjemny z dodatkową dmuchaną zjeżdżalnią dla dzieci. Hotel zlokalizowany blisko Cicada Market. Okolica fajna na wieczorne spacery. Bardzo polecam!!

An excellent experience from the start - the staff team are incredibly helpful, polite, friendly and courteous - Ping Ping was the person who dealt with our arrival and check-in so professionally and pleasantly, making sure our granddaughter felt welcomed and special- any subsequent query was met with swift enthusiasm and full assistance- really impressive. A fantastic pool, excellent breakfast and overall, just a wonder stay for a family as well as couples

The hotel was not beachfront, so you had to walk back from the beach. They provided transport there.

Rooms were large, beds were comfy. Lots of light and offer smoking balcony if you need it (on the top floor) Nice view of mountains. Bathroom and shower were high spec and very clean. Seems a great place to take your kids. Staff were nice and helpful and poolside food was pretty good! Pool was just the right temperature, loads of sunbeds so didn't struggle to find somewhere to sit. Breakfast had a good range of both western and Eastern options and plenty of space to find a table to sit at.

Could have little more thai charm to it. Felt like it could be a resort anywhere in the world.

The food at the restaurant was the one thing we really liked.

The location says it is close to the beach but it was not that close as its on the photos. Old towels and foul odor in our room probably the sofa bed. We checked out earlier after 2 nights due to these facts even after paying for the full 5 nights. The hotel asks for a deposit which was not mentioned on the booking. Overall not what we expected.

didn’t care for the breakfast I chose to opt out and not have the breakfast menu just basically for the reason I don’t eat breakfast every day at beginning offer four hundred baht a day for breakfast. I chose some breakfast one day charged me six hundred baht for breakfast like I say I don’t eat breakfast every day so why would I pay for breakfast? Every day was disappointed as they charged me more for a single day of breakfast and they would’ve if I got every day of breakfast

The entire stay was amazing. The location is convenient; 7/11 and a bunch of other supermarkets were just in front of the hotel. Two night markets are located in 3-5 minute distance. Pool is clean and not deep, which is ideal for kids. Our room was spacious and even had a sofa-like bed.

The only downside is the beach. Maybe it's seasonal thing, but it had looooots of little crabs, so it was quite uncomfortable to walk on the beach or swim. And also keep in mind that you won't always be able to swim, since at high tide the water reaches right up to the exit to the water

very comfortable beds, we had a nice sleep and woke up refreshed. Towels could be a nittle bid more and a little bid luxarious. Beside of this the stay was perfect

Flott hotell med fine fasiliteter. Bra swimmingpool, god frokost, hyggelig personalet og gode senger. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Our children absolutely loved the pool with the water slides, and the traditional afternoon tea was truly exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would be delighted to return.

The room had a bad smell due to old aircondition. However front manager upgraded us to a better room with no smell, that was appreciated.

The hotel misrepresented itself as a 5 star hotel , while in reality its a 4 star hotel, as confirmed by staff. This is fraud and i expect booking.com to reduce to 4 star rating.

overall great experience , very good breakfast spread, swimming pool is big enough with kids small floating slide ,room are big enough with a small balcony and great big windows.location is excellent with a rent a bike shop just opposite the hotel and 7 elevn at walking distance.

kids play area is a bit small .rest all a great experience .

Bed was very comfortable, toilet was nice, especially the smell of the towels was amazing.

Unfortunately the smell of the towels was very bad in the swimming pool. Little far from the beach.

Location is good. There are massage shops, a Tops Daily shop, and two night markets nearby. The staff is nice.

It's not a really bad thing, but I tought to get better bread and a little more of a European breakfast, like cheese, salami, etc.

The bathrooms weren't cleaned properly especially the pot. Also the pool closes at 7pm

المكان حلو ومرتب بس الفطور جدا بسيط وعادي حمام السباحه يعتبر شوي صغير الغرف المطله عالبحر الجانبيه غير مريحه

Die Zimmer sind gross und grosszügig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich immer mit einem Lächeln Zeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Der Pool ist gross und das Sprudelbad lässt sich per Knopfdruck bedienen. Super 👍🏽

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit seine nassen Badesachen zum trocknen aufzuhängen. So mussten die Stühle auf dem Balkon hinhalten.

De grote van de kamer en de douche. Zwembad lekker groot. Ik kom hier al 10 jaar ☺️

房間內沒有可以曬泳衣的架子，略顯不足，房間有一點霉味，不過冷氣開強一點可以消除味道。去沙灘可以請他們載，但卻是我們自己走回來。

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Oil for being so accommodating and always assisting us throughout our stay. She was very kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We would also like to thank their manager, Ian, for the excellent service and warm hospitality. The staff truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!
