Everything at this hotel was great! the waterpark access every day, the swimming pools, views etc. was great!

The Kids pool could have had a bit more of a play area as the swimming pools are a bit deep but except for that it was absolutely AWESOME!

Hotel was connected to waterpark which made it convenient. Walkable to tamarind night market but still toon a cab as with kids. Kids club decent for young kids

Unlimited use of Vana Nava waterpark was excellent for the kids, views from the Sky Bar and infinity pool were amazing, great choice of breakfast

Didn’t eat breakfast a the hotel.

The bathroom needs deeper cleaning. The pillow should be of better quality.the bedsheets and blankets made me very very itchy while sleeping.

All was amazing. Breakfast and pool as well. And of course sky bar with glass balcony. BTW Vanna Nava water park was included in room price. Two days!

המיקום - אין מסביב כלום , ארוחת הבוקר טעונת שיפור אינה תואמת מלון 5 כוכבים , מעליות איטיות ובעייתיות , בנוסף ביקשנו שני חדרים עם דלת מקשרת ולא קיבלנו מה שהקשה עלינו מאוד עם ילדים. גג לילה אחד או שניים בשביל פארק המים .

Hotel excepcional en todos los sentidos. Fuimos porque incluía entradas para el parque acuático (que es increíble de grande) y tenemos un hijo pequeño, pero superó todas nuestras expectativas. Habitación enorme y preciosa. Camas comodísimas. La piscina infinita espectacular. Para el desayuno no hay palabras: un buffet que ocupaba toda una planta y en cuatro días no daba tiempo a probar una décima parte de lo que ofrecían. La decoración del hotel preciosa. A algo menos de 10 minutos andando estaba el Tamarind market, donde se cena de fábula en las decenas de puestos que hay, con mesas y sillas repartidas por todo el mercado, y además con música en directo. Y al lado, el Cicada market, muy chulo también. La playa, a 15 minutos andando. La ciudad no tiene muchas cosas que ver pero entre el hotel, el parque acuático y las excursiones que se pueden reservar, pasamos 4 días estupendos.

Het waterpark zit er vlak bij, ruime keuze in het ontbijt en mooie locatie met top uitzicht op de bovenste etages. Zwembad op 26 hoog is ook erg vet.

De kamers zijn toch vrij gehorig, wij hoorden het belletje van de lift en de voorbijrijdende trein heel duidelijk. Ook is het een behoorlijk massaal gebeuren waarbij je soms best wel even op de lift staat te wachten. Het aangrenzende waterpark heeft leuke voorzieningen maar is een beetje “overprotected” kwa badmeesters. Dat maakte de ervaring minder, terwijl het waterpark zelf erg leuk is opgezet en goed onderhouden.

Excellent breakfast and the meals were awesome especially dinner for the family. Connected rooms allow for good family time. Staff were courteous and always beaming with smiles. Kids had a lot of fun at the game room and water park. Walking to the night market was a memorable experience. Watching the train while it runs on the tracks in the morning was beautiful sight. Hua hin is beautiful.

התארחנו בחודש יולי, כאשר חל חג תאילנדי של מספר ימים שהתחבר לסופ"ש ארוך. המלון היה מלא לגמרי, בעיקר באורחים מקומיים. הרגיש שהמלון לא בנוי לארוח של כמות כזאת גדולה של אנשים. התור למעליות היה בלתי נסבל, כמות הזמן שבזבזנו על המתנה למעלית הייתה מוגזמת. פארק המים היה מפוצץ והתורים היו גדולים. הרגיש שהמתקנים נסגרים בשעה מוקדמת מדי - 18 או 19. לא תאם את כמות האנשים במלון. הבריכה בקומה 26 יחסית קטנה למלון בגודל כזה. אין גישה לחוף הים (ידענו זאת מראש) עלות גבוהה מאוד (שוב גם את זה ידענו)

We had a fantastic vacation at Holiday Inn Hua Hin! It is a modern, brand-new hotel offering clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable rooms. As club members, we received a wonderfully warm welcome upon arrival, complete with refreshing welcome drinks that set a great tone for our trip. The highlight of our stay was celebrating our daughter's 12th birthday (Bat Mitzvah). The hotel team went above and beyond by surprising her with a delicious birthday cake brought right to our room—a thoughtful, amazing gesture that made her feel so special! Having free, unlimited access to the Vana Nava Water Park right next door was a massive bonus for our family, and the complimentary shuttle service to the town center made getting around Hua Hin effortless. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful vacation and incredible hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

We booked this hotel using our IHG points, as we have been loyal IHG members for many years. This trip was a special celebration for three families, including birthdays and an anniversary, with one child traveling with us. Before our arrival, we emailed the hotel regarding our celebrations, and everything was handled by Ms. Anna, the manager. She was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She arranged both a birthday cake and an anniversary cake for our celebrations. She also provided welcome drinks for both the adults and the child, which we enjoyed while taking in the beautiful view from the top floor. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. The rooms included access to the water park, and Ms. Anna kindly allowed us to use the water park on our arrival day before check-in, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. We also had a lovely experience with the breakfast staff. The ladies at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They took the time to recommend several great places for dinner, including the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which was an excellent suggestion. Their warm and caring service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. Since we booked using IHG points, breakfast was not included and had to be purchased separately. Children could eat for free, which was a nice benefit. I spoke with Ms. Anna about this because, in our experience staying at Holiday Inn hotels around the world, breakfast has usually been included even when redeeming points. She explained the hotel's policy and professionally offered us the IHG member discount for breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was average and did not meet our expectations for the price. Compared with other hotels we have stayed at, such as Marriott, Sheraton, Dusit, and Avani Hua Hin, the quality and variety were not as impressive. While it was convenient to have breakfast at the hotel instead of going elsewhere, the food was simply not a "wow" experience. Overall, despite the disappointing breakfast, the outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. Ms. Anna's genuine care, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond deserve special recognition. The breakfast team was also wonderful, making every morning pleasant with their kindness and thoughtful recommendations. Together, they turned what could have been an ordinary stay into a memorable celebration for our families. We left the hotel very happy and hope the team continues providing this level of exceptional customer service. Great hospitality creates lasting memories, and that is exactly what we experienced during our stay.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Vana Nava Holiday Inn Resort with family. The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need. They recognized an anniversary and birthday in our group with cake left in the room. We paid extra for the abundant breakfast buffet that was good. Due to the adjacent water park, the hotel catered to children, which was expected. The hotel is big with enough space to handle the noise and enthusiasm of families with kids. Overall it was a very good stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin ! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. ​The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with super comfortable beds and great amenities for a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team does a wonderful job maintaining high standards. ​The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of both delicious local Thai cuisine and international dishes to start the day right.

Good for families, but you need to like to be in the mass of people at breakfast and love to stay in line for elevator rite after Vana Nava waterpark closes. So my advice, pick the earliest slot for breakfast and leave Vana Nava at least 30 minutes before closing. Overall staff is dedicated and provides, cleanliness is very good, Wi-Fi signal great. A lot of activities can be done already in the hotel itself or just close by Vana Nava. But it lacks that personal note which you receive if you stay in smaller hotels. Great for those who like cruise ships. Good for experience it and excellent deal if you want to experience Vana Nava.

This is our second stay at the hotel, and the experience was equally great overall. All members of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and went above and beyond to offer the best service possible. The hotel location is a bit of a challenge as it is somewhat far away from the beach, but the main attraction is the Vana Nava water park, and the convenience of the train package. This time we took the Royal Blossom train which was very nicely organized, with great entertainment for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very nice, and what impressed us the most was the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us from the reception team and housekeeping staff to the restaurant, spa, and game room teams. The food was delicious and of very good quality. Considering the overall experience, service, facilities, and food quality, we felt the price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Near Tamarind market, we can go get some delicious street foods there. The room is great. Most of staffs are also very helpful, only the staff lady at the Cafe on L floor was somewhat terse. The breakfast has a wide variety of food although lack of fish and seafood. During the peak time, it took a bit long time for the elevator. Anyway, the overall services are great.

I dont like top-end hotels generally but this hotel , the staff and the way the hotel runs is brilliant. Great for kids, great for big kids. I could have given it a 10, but can't because I dont believe in perfection. Rooftop bar and pool are a real treat. Waterpark is great fun and beautiful. The breakfast selection is huge. You wont get bored and it wont feel repetitive. The family rooms are superb. The staff are all fantastic. Really friendly and well run hotel. 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from the Cicada Market. It also basically has its own railway station, which, for us, was perfect.

It was my second time to visit the facility and like before had a perfect experience. From the amazing breakfast options to having all the required to have my kids enjoy and equally give us an opportunity to enjoy too. They offer a wonderful water park access, a kids park access and a gaming zone that not only makes the experience worthwhile for kids but also for parents who can also get a window to enjoy while being sure that the kids are safe and taken care off. The roof top pool, its happy hour offers, and the sunset view makes the experience even better. I think if anyone is planning to take a break and wants to be in peaceful city with nice night markets, and a hotel that gives you options to spend your entire day productively while relaxing, this is a must try. I must not forget the extremely helpful and cooperative staff who amidst high guest frequency yet ensure everyone feels at home.

I generally don't like to stay at top-end hotels. I find them stuffy and too serious. Holiday Inn Vana Nava however, was incredible. We only stayed 1 night but used the facilities for nearlytwi. Next time we will stay for longer! Great gor little kids, but just as good for big kids like me. The staff and service is first-class, the waterpark is brilliant, rooftop pool and bar are a proper treat. I have never seen a breakfast buffet like it. It is enormous. No chance to get bored or repetitive. Also, thefamily rooms are amazing. When you break it down its excellent value for mobey. Nothing to fault at all.

We are extremely grateful to this hotel for a wonderful holiday. My son loved the water park, I loved the rooftop pool, and we both enjoyed the incredible evening views from the rooftop restaurant and the delicious, varied breakfasts. The service was faultless—everything was efficient and polite, and we had plenty of time to appreciate it over our 22-night stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located right opposite the water park. I want to give a special shoutout to the concierge team—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the restaurant promotion where kids eat for free when parents order a meal, which is a great touch for families. However, I was quite disappointed with the service from a short-haired female staff member stationed at the L floor lobby. My elderly father was suffering from back pain, so we politely requested a slight late check-out at 1:30 PM. She showed absolutely no flexibility or empathy. Not only was the request denied, but she bluntly told us to just go sit and wait in the lobby because "it has cool air conditioning there too." This felt very insensitive to an elderly guest who was unwell. In case the hotel management would like to look into this, we stayed in Room 1517. I hope the front desk staff can be trained to handle these situations with a bit more hospitality in the future.

The hotel close to the train station but only opens on weekends, otherwise, train arrives in the main/old train station 5km away. The passage to get to the beach, secada and Tamarindo markets are advertised to be opened only on weekends but they passage through the railroad is open all the time. If for any reason the railroad passage is not open, there is no safe way to walk to other areas and you need to hire a taxi/Grab. The hotel management and team are excellent. Services are outstanding. If you have a special occasion to celebrate, they will be very helpful. I am a platinum and I got an upgrade and late checkout. Also, a couple of free glasses of dry wine to celebrate at the Sky restaurant in the rooftop. The shuttle between properties and to the Blueport mall was a great help. Grab is readily available everywhere. Breakfast was very good and worthwhile. The views of the beach were fantastic. We stayed on the ocean side and we did not notice any noise, specially the train noise that some other guests complained about. Overall, this is a great property.

However, I had requested a special setup, and it was confirmed twice, but it was not prepared upon arrival. If this had been taken care of, it would have made a much better first impression. Since this was my first stay, I had fairly high expectations.

Access to the water park is wonderful. Rooftop pool is stunning. The lunch deal where kids eat free if they’re with an adult as well as 20% off the entire check is AMAZING. We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for lunch every day as our kids lived the food AND it was free! Can’t really ask for more. Games room was fun for a break between the water park and swimming & rooms super funky and comfy.

It was quite busy and it was, at times, a bit of a wait for the lifts to come. Nothing extreme though-totally manageable.

This hotel is truly a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the air is fresh, and its convenient location not far from Bangkok makes it an ideal destination that I always look forward to returning to. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding hospitality from the team. I would especially like to recognize Chef Manoj, Chef Noi, and Chef Rabbit. The food was excellent, and every meal was made even more enjoyable by the warm and friendly service. I would also like to compliment Bai Fern, Kloy, and Pam, along with the rest of the restaurant team. Although I cannot remember everyone's names, each member was welcoming, polite, professional, and demonstrated exceptional service with genuine smiles. At the Rooftop Bar, Mark and Earn made every visit memorable. They were friendly, attentive, engaging, and paid close attention to every detail. Their warm personalities created such a comfortable atmosphere that it felt more like spending time with friends than simply visiting a hotel bar. They are definitely one of the reasons I would love to return again. At the beginning of my stay, I was a little disappointed with Room 2410 because it felt rather enclosed and not as airy as I had hoped, making it less suitable for both relaxation and work. Although I truly appreciated the complimentary gesture from the hotel, I am especially grateful to Nancy, who listened with kindness and did everything she could to help. Her professionalism and care completely changed my experience and convinced me to stay after traveling such a long way specifically to visit this hotel. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping team, especially Khun Duan, Khun Bee, Khun X, James from Concierge, and the Security team near the railway side of the property. They always greeted me warmly and frequently asked if I needed any assistance. Their genuine willingness to help made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. I am particularly sensitive to odors, especially fishy smells or lingering odors from improperly cleaned utensils. Fortunately, everything in the restaurant was perfectly clean, and I did not notice any unpleasant smell. The only exception was the drain odor that suddenly came up while I was washing my face—it honestly caught me by surprise and almost knocked me out! 🤣 Thankfully, Jack's explanation helped me understand the situation and put my mind at ease. A special thank you to mr. Jack for taking the time to explain the plumbing system. Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire IHG team. Amazing hotel. It truly feels like home. Special thanks to Meya for checking us in and out. She was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel very welcome. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast restaurant was excellent. Although it was crowded, the staff handled everything smoothly and efficiently, and the pool was fantastic. The only downside was that the elevator service was slow due to the high number of guests, especially during peak hours. Overall, we had a great stay.

Definitely recommend for a family trip. Everyone can enjoy the waterpark together, there’re kid’s zone available as well, so all ages can have fun. The service was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was rich and being refilled constantly. It really was a happy time for my family.

My son and I stayed together and with my family, I dare say that Holiday Inn is the best in Hua Hin. The first one is in good condition. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning, water pressure, and internet speed are all excellent. The second one is the excellent service of the staff. It is not lagging behind other five-star hotels at all and is kind. Third, VANANAVA water park is free for guests. This is a huge benefit, and the water park facilities are great, and room charge is available for both meals and drinks inside. Fourth is the nearby Market. You can buy fruit at the local price at the Guilgunner Huana Market. I bought it by paying 80 baht for 1 kg of mango and 40 baht for 1 kg of mangosteen. I am in downtown Bangkok now, and the supermarket of the shopping mall sells it almost 4 times more expensive. And there is Tamarin Market when you cross the Nong kae train station on the other side, and I recommend it if the days match. You can eat delicious food in Thailand and request a nearby laundry at a very low price. Last year, I stayed at the Holiday Inn and was very satisfied, so I remembered only this hotel and revisited. Even though it's more than 3 hours away from Bangkok, Holiday Inn is well worth it. 👍

The Holiday Inn Resort was a perfect choice for my trip good location, great amenities, good food and the breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many dishes to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my needs I will definitely be back

My stay at Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin was absolutely fantastic and it is easily one of the best hotels in Hua Hin for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the complimentary access to Vana Nava Water Jungle which adds incredible value to the overall experience. Guests also receive complimentary tokens and the hotel provides convenient shuttle services to nearby attractions and shopping malls, making it easy to get around without needing your own transportation. Cicada Market is just a short walk away, which was perfect for enjoying local food, shopping, and the lively evening atmosphere. The hotel itself is very impressive as it is the tallest building in Hua Hin and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, coastline, and surrounding landscape. The famous glass floor attraction is a unique experience and definitely worth visiting for the incredible views and photo opportunities. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable with floor to ceiling windows that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. The balcony with seating was one of my favorite features as it provided a peaceful place to relax while overlooking Hua Hin. The bathroom was also very large, well designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool is huge, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of space to unwind while enjoying the views. Breakfast was another highlight with an extensive selection that catered to different preferences including Continental, Middle Eastern, and Asian cuisines, ensuring there was something for everyone each morning. The entire property felt modern, clean, and well managed, while the serene views created a peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. With spacious rooms, outstanding facilities, excellent dining options, complimentary water park access, convenient transportation, and one of the best viewpoints in Hua Hin, Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin provides an exceptional resort experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great experience at Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin! We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to the beach and night markets. The room was clean and well-maintained. All the staff we meet were smiling, welcoming and helpful! My kids enjoyed the Games room very much. Breakfast was repetitive after 3 days but still an enjoyable experience as staff were always hospitable. We would love to come back again!

Great for kids of all ages ! The playground at the hotel is amazing for infants and the game room is great for 5+ years old The location right next to the water park is great! So easy to go grab things from your hotel room and get back to the water park Staff were very friendly and very accommodating Everyone spoke good English even the concierge The hotel breakfast restaurant manager was amazing! It’s too cold inside the hotel. The lobby and the restaurants, the aircon is just too cold. My kids froze during breakfast! Luckily I had sweatshirts with me

Der zug daneben war leider einbisschen zu laut um 6:00ujr früh empfehle eher Bergseite zu buchen

This was a perfect getaway for us before we start a week long business trip. The staff was very friendly, hotel is clean and rooms a huge. The resort has everything you need, I even treated myself to a message. It was heavenly. The value of the whole experience was well worth it. Roof top pool and the view was one of the best afternoon we spent there.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we slept very well throughout our stay. The water park was a huge highlight for our family and provided endless fun for the children. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and professional, and we especially appreciated the care shown by the management team during our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily return in the future. We highly recommend this resort to families visiting Hua Hin.

It’s a great place for kids to have water activities!

The room and the hotel's location were excellent. My kids especially enjoyed their time at the kids' club and had a lot of fun at the water park. The only aspect we did not enjoy was the breakfast. There were limited international food options suitable for Muslim guests, and the smell in the breakfast area was not pleasant. Another positive feature was the complimentary shuttle bus service to the mall, which was very convenient. However, the shuttle was sometimes fully booked, leaving no available seats for other guests. For future improvements, I would recommend two things: expanding and enhancing the breakfast menu with more international and Muslim-friendly options, and either increasing the number of shuttle buses or adding more shuttle trips to better accommodate guest demand. Additionally, it would be beneficial to review the water park's policy regarding swimming shoes. We were asked by the staff to remove our swimming shoes despite them being specifically designed for use at beaches and water parks, which was unexpected and somewhat inconvenient.

Modern, clean and comfortable. The room was great, Air con was brilliant. The restaurant was lovely, great service and fantastic food. The pool was great, it was quite busy when we first arrived on the Saturday, but after that it was really quiet. The writer bands to access the room was great, no panic of losing or forgetting a card - I wish more places would have these.

We needed help trying to book train tickets, the person at reception wasn't particularly helpful.

I recently spent one night at the hotel and had an overall pleasant stay. A special mention goes to DJ Kaewta and the Sky Bar & Lounge team — Nona, JJ, and Mint. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist made the experience enjoyable. The music selection throughout the evening was well-curated, creating a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere that complemented the venue perfectly. The arrival experience was smooth, with an efficient and professional check-in process that set a positive tone for the stay. From a guest comfort perspective, there is an opportunity to review the bedding experience. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were noticeably low and lacked adequate support, which unfortunately affected my quality of sleep. This may be worth considering as part of future operating expenditure planning and guest comfort enhancements. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering the standard selections typically expected from a hotel of this category. While it met expectations, it did not particularly distinguish itself from competitors in the market. Overall, it was a pleasant one-night stay with friendly associates and a welcoming atmosphere. While I would be happy to recommend the property, I am also keen to explore other hotel options on future visits to compare the guest experience. Nevertheless, my appreciation goes to the team for their hospitality and efforts in making the stay comfortable.

Very impressed with our stay at Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin. This was our second time here, Before our arrival, around 1:20 PM, a staff member kindly called to inform us that our room was already ready and that we could check in early. All of the staff were lovely, starting from the security guards at the entrance who warmly greeted us, to the bell staff who quickly came out to welcome us upon arrival. The security staff also helped open the car door and assisted my mother out of the vehicle. It made us feel very cared for and welcomed. And the service was still amazing. Staff were warm, friendly. At the check-in counter, the Front Office staff member (short hair, unfortunately we forgot the name) provided excellent service. Very friendly, helpful. The room was clean, and the water park was the highlight for our daughter . we will definitely be back again!

This hotel is well-suited for family trip for enjoy moment of waterpark amuzement and delicious food around Hua-hin area. Our group came 2 family with 2 childs. All member are appreciated holistic trip because you can enter waterpark just by walking less than a minutes. However, breakfast at hotel are organized based on traditional Thai mostly. If you look for a variety of tasty cheese and fine bread. You may be disappointed.
