Peace, quiet, friendly host and excellent breakfast

E' la seconda volta che abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel e direi che come sempre si è confermata una grande scelta. Era tutto perfetto la sala colazione è stata rinnovata con gusto e il personale attento e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente......

La qualité de la prestation dans son ensemble. Accueil parfait, qualité des chambres, petits déjeuners hors du commun ! Parking au pied de l'hôtel. Magnifique !

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage ist gut, nahe dem Zentrum. Sehr schönes Hotel mit großen geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte.

Wir sind total begeistert vom Hotel St. Anton am Dorfplatz.Es hat uns super gefallen und wir konnten unsere Auszeit in den Bergen absolut geniessen.

We booked 3 nights over the Christmas holiday on booking.com. We had a personal injury where we could not ski, and we contacted the hotel and booking.com to see if she could cancel our stay and relist our reservation. Both the hotel and booking.com sent me a notice that it was declined. Given we had already paid a non-refundable and very expensive holiday fee to the hotel and traveled from the USA, we decided to go and enjoy the location. Upon arrival, she told us she rented it out two days ago because she thought we weren't coming. If I've paid for the room, I'm not obligated to respond on what my plans are and the room is mine for those nights whether we show up or not as per the legal agreement with booking.com. The worse part of it was that we took a 3 hour train ride to not have any place to stay for three nights.

Die Sauna war entgegen der Buchungsinformation nicht kostenlos. Es sollten 25€/h für die Benutzung bezahlt werden. Wenn wir diese Information vor der Buchung gewusst hätten, jätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine aussergewöhnlich grosse Auswahl – so etwas sieht man selten. Alles war frisch zubereitet und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Start in den Tag.

Der Check-in war ursprünglich erst zwischen 15.00 und 16.00 Uhr vorgesehen, was für eine Übernachtung an Silvester sehr spät ist. Nach Rücksprache konnte dieser immerhin auf 14.00 vorverlegt werden. Der Check-out hingegen wurde aufgrund der Reinigung bereits auf 10.00 Uhr festgelegt, was aus unserer Sicht sehr früh ist. Üblicherweise liegt der Check-out in Hotels bei 11.00 bis 12.00 Uhr. Zusätzlich wurden wir mehrmals per E-Mail darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Zimmer zwingend um 10.00 Uhr verlassen müssen. Nach einer Neujahrsnacht ist dies leider nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch sind wir früher ins Bett gegangen, da der frühe Check-out stets im Hinterkopf präsent war.

Enkelt overnatning på vej mod Italien. Super hyggeligt hotel, fantastisk modtagelse i receptionen samt til morgenmad og ved udtjekning. Ligger fint ved gå-gaden. Eneste lille anke - morgenmad serveres først fra kl. 8, til gengæld super lækkert

Rezeption sollte laut Beschrieb bis 2000 Uhr offen haben. Als wir um 1930 Uhr dort waren war die Eingangstüre zu. Via Sprechanlage wurde uns nicht sehr zuvorkommend die Türe geöffnet. Da niemand da war bekamen wir keine weiteren Informationen. Somit nahmen wir an dass wir Frühstück dabei haben. Frühstück ab 0800 Uhr als wir 0755 Uhr in den Frühstückraum kamen wurde uns gesagt, dass wir etwas früh seien! Beim Auschecken stellten wir dann fest, dass das Frühstück 19 Euro gekostet hat.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the rooms, to the breakfast, to the beautiful decor, this hotel has it all. Conveniently located a short walk from the lifts and restaurants and bars, I would highly recommend this for a weekend retreat, a family vacation or a romantic getaway into the mountains

Avevamo la suite al quarto piano che era favolosa. Arredo di Tutto la struttura curata nel dettaglio ed in stile tirolese. Le ragazze della colazione molto gentili. L colazione che costa 18 euro a persona è strepitosa . Formaggi ottimo, torte fatte in casa addirittura erano presenti 3 diversi tipi di integratori effervescenti. La simpatia della proprietaria non spicca ma questo non incide sul voto della struttura .

Det var väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Perfekt ställe att varva ner på. Stannade 1 natt men hade gärna vart kvar några till.

Familiehotell med svært imøtekommende og hjelpsom holdning. Eneste mulige negative; når de markedsfører seg som «bed and breakfast», burde kanskje frokosten vært inkludert i romprisen. Frokosten var god, men en dyr tilleggsavgift (18 euro pr. person). Likevel - svært bra.

Very cozy hotel, a little too long to walk to ski elevators in slalom boots, but nevertheless quite central. We stayed in march, the hotel was quite overpriced in our opinion. Great breakfast and friendly staff

Beautiful, clean hotel centrally located. Easy to walk to ski lift, restaurants and train station. Wonderful breakfast and afternoon snack when we returned from skiing Karin was very helpful with lift tickets and ski rental. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Am Dorfplats Suites! The two bedroom suite was perfect for two couples. The beds were large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Karin helped us with everything we needed: ski passes, scheduling lessons, restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and it really helped us make the most of our trip. Also, the location is unbeatable, just a few steps to the lifts, rentals, restaurants, bars, etc. A perfect getaway!

This was our second year at Hotak am Dorfplatz . Everything perfect again , staff wonderful , rooms nice and location perfect . Breakfast is outstanding . Amazing small hotel in the heart of st Anton

Amazing place to stay! Excellent location and the room was very nice and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing. We arrive late but got a code to the door and the room keys was lying on the counter. The rooms was really great, lots of space (lived in the superior double room) and beds was comfortable, one separate shower and bathroom, large balcony with a cool view over the mountains. Breakfast was amazing. Good thing was that we could buy the lift cards in the reception, and we cot a free voucher to leave our shoes and stuff up by the Galzigbahn with one of the rental shops up there. Simple and perfect. No need to carry stuff and you could go directly to get something to eat or drink or just hang out on the town. Only negative was the breakfast hour being 08-10 for the one who wanted to be in the pist at 08.30 sharp. Then you have to eat very fast. But we were out at 09 witch was good enough :)

It's a small but very friendly and comfortable hotel in the center. Stayed one night in July in a 2-person room, which was actually rather large. A great bed, sofa, separate toilet and bathroom, and a small balcony. Wifi worked well. Very clean and in great condition overall. Breakfast was great, high quality with a lot of different options, and coffee, eggs, etc was freshly made to our preference by the host. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, will definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Because of your hertful attendance and consideration, we really enjoyed the best confortable stay during this visit for 1week in Austria. We surely recommend friend without any doubt. First of all, we reached early at 11am and expected only to leave our baggage but you tried to clean room us ths soonest and open room for us at noon, which is quite quite helpful for our next action for excursion. Furthermore, we felt huge "Helzlich Willkommen" at every moment during our stay.

Charming family owned and operated hotel. Close to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. The owners have thought of everything necessary for a delightful stay. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and worth skipping skiing to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The hotel is immaculate.

Hübsches, sauberes Hotel, zentrumsnah, jedoch naturnah. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel war richtig schön und geräumig, man hatte das Gefühl, dass an alles gedacht wurde. Das Hotelteam war sehr net, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker!

The hotel is lovely, perfect location. The room was very comfy and we loved all the Austrian details of the building and room. The breakfast was great and the owners are lovely people. We will certainly come back!

This was the perfect ski town hotel. The service was exceptional. Karin and her family make you feel at home. From the time you arrive to the very plentiful breakfast to the restaurant recommendations, I couldn't imagine a more perfect hotel. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and the location is directly in the heart of St. Anton.

A very charming and friendly hotel. The hotel was recently renovated with modern bathrooms. Breakfast was amazing with many choices including eggs and porridge. The hotel staff helped us with getting lift tickets and parking.

Simplemente perfecto, la dueña muy atenta y amable, a pesar del idioma, un lugar encantador.

Veldig trivelig familiedrevet hotell med særpreg. Hotellet ligger sentralt i byen i ei stille sidegate. Hyggelig betjening og fantastisk service.

Både hotellet och St Anton får toppbetyg. Mycket trevligt familjehotell med den högsta servicen. Litet och gemytligt med bra frukostbuffé! Ett ställe vi mer än gärna återvänder till.

Det enda vi saknade var AC på rummet men det var inte nödvändigt. Annars var allt perfekt!

Superb for our first time in St Anton

We have just completed a European 4 week trip staying in about 14 hotels. Of all of them, this was the most personal thanks to Elizabeth. Her kindness and warmth was exceptional. to put this in context, we arrived fairly late in the evening to the beautifully worded "are you my guests for the evening?" When I apologised for being late, explaining that my husband was ill, she offered a hot rum drink(for which we were never charged). Priceless service. The hotel itself is neat, tidy and so very cute with its decorations of love, hearts and all things good including lambswool coated seats in the outdoor eating area. Its obvious that these people love what they do. Not to mention that the surrounding environs are amazing and it seems that the aspect that this hotel enjoys is better than others in the village. I cannot wait to perhaps return for a winter wonderland. I highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

Everything was in top and we will highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Sankt Anton for hiking, biking, or skiing!

Sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr sauberen und geräumigen Zimmern, reichhaltigem und qualitativ hochwertigem Frühstück und in zentraler Lage mitten in St. Anton. Die Sauna ist allerdings sehr klein, die Bilder auf der Homepage sind etwas irreführend, denn sie beziehen sich zum Teil auf ein grosses Spassbad im Ort, welches natürlich kostenpflichtig ist. Ausserdem gibt es keine Bar.
