ブュッフェは中華、和食意外はすごく良かったです。 特にステーキ、デザートは美味しかった お風呂も広くて清潔感あり良かったです。

4階でのスリッパの扱いが分かりづらかった。オートロックなら良かった。部屋の冷蔵庫がちゃんと冷えるやつにして欲しかった。

Le séjour c est très bien passé mais nous voulions pourvoir prendre un pdj à l emporter car nous partions très tôt pour prendre l avion et le buffet n ouvre qu à 7h et cela n était pas possible. Pour un hôtel de ce standing cela devait pouvoir être possible mais je comprends qu au Japon les règles sont très strictes c est culturel je l accepte sans problème.

部屋のトイレに汚れがあり、鏡に指紋と目立つ所に髪の毛が落ちてた事。

식당에서 술 주문하느라 종업원 대기 20분, 술 제공 받는데 20분 걸리네요. 손님수대비 직원수가 너무 적어요. 먹고난 그릇 정리도 전혀 안되네요

Very elegant hotel with onsen available until late in the night. Breakfast and lunch at buffet ones of the best I have ever had and very rich.

Breakfast available until 9:30, I would have prefer a bit later :)

The stay was perfect. They even have musician played cello in the lobby during evening. Buffet was superb, exceeded my expectations. I’ve to mention I left my iPad behind and when I had my next hotel staff called, this hotel staff arranged to deliver my iPad within 5 hours. It’s 1.5 hour distance so I really appreciate the extra mile and care for customers. I will definitely come back. It’s now my #1 resort spot on vacation list. :)

Nothing. Maybe the change of shoes when you go up elevator to your floor. They assign shoe box so you don’t wear shoe while walk in your floor hallway. It gets cold under my foot. But that’s little thing.

Perfect location (very close to a bus stop yet, secluded and quiet), cleanness, excellent service.

They had a wonderful buffet and it would have been even better if they had Vegan and/or gluten free options (e.g. soya or oat milk, brown rice etc).

Choice of activities within Hotel was limited and elderly people may find it boring.

연박하니 하프보드(조.석식)이 같은 메뉴라서 아쉬웠다

食事はバイキングでしたが、どれも美味しくて期待通りでした。（以前、サロマと支笏湖を利用したことがあったので、期待していました。） フロントの傍にいた従業員の方の気遣いに感動しました。お風呂に行こうとしていた時、さっと見て必要な物を用意して渡してくれました。その日は＜ランチ＞の日でお風呂にはタオルなど部屋から持参しなければならなかったのに、手ぶらだったからです。2日間の滞在で、食事も部屋も、岩盤浴もすべて満喫出来ました。とっても良い古稀のお祝いになりました。

フロントでの「スリッパに履き替える」「土足厳禁」という説明の時、ちゃんと意味がつかめず少々混乱しました。若干、面倒な感じでした。2連泊の予定だったので、そのうちに馴れるだろうと思っていました。馴れたら何のこと無い、簡単な事でした。（笑） 清潔でアメニティーもかなり充実しているし、美味しいおやつやコーヒーなどの飲み物も整っていてとても満足でしたが、お部屋と廊下は少し不快な匂いがあってその点はちょっと気になりました。

시설도 휼륭하고 직원분들도 엄청 친절했어요 저희가 예약한룸에는 자동안마기 의자도 있어서 넘 좋았어요~~

저녁때 장작 타는 냄새가 너무 좋았습니다. 대욕장도 실내와 실외가 모두 있어서 눈덮힌 나무를 보며 실외온천 이용이 즐거웠습니다. 저녁식사와 아침식사도 부페식으로 제공되는데 음식이 맛있어서 너무 만족했습니다. 한국어 가능하신 직원분이 계서서 많은 도움을 받았습니다.위치도 조금 떨어진 곳에 있지만 덕분에 풍경이 그림같았습니다. 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다.

4人部屋で6階での宿泊でしたが部屋が狭かったです。 これまで4人で泊まった部屋では一番狭い。 また、部屋の照明は暗く逆に疲れました。

接待我们的是一位缅甸籍服务员，可以用流利的英语来介绍酒店的设施. 有问题都会及时处理和解决. 房间的设备齐全舒适， 最棒的是有一台功能性很好的按摩椅. 酒店环境优美， 冬雪的景色很漂亮.

房间浴室和厕所是分开的. 不知道为什么浴室有很强的异味， 还好反应后酒店马上排人来处理， 处理后一切正常.

第一次体验日本的温泉文化，一泊二食的自助餐很有特色，很好吃。

The dinner and breakfast are both very good. I love the sushi rice bowl in breakfast time so much. The room is very comfy and spacious with massage chair! This was the 2nd time I stay in this hotel. I will recommend you to stay! The Onsen is good too, very big! Many carpark spaces and free of charge.

The home wears they provided are the weak point! It is not ugata (the flower print japanese dress), it was upperwear and a pant, with a vest in winter. Men and Women are the same. The color is grass green with grey vest which.... well... just not my favourite I would say.

Very nice facilities with good onsen. The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Really lovely spa hotel with exceptional food and service. The onsen is large and has a wonderful outdoor area. We enjoyed the buffet and upgraded for a shabu shabu experience which was amazing. I booked Thai massage and therapist Erica was very skillful an it helped me recover from skiing and tune up for more skiiing. The desk service is very friendly and accommodating with excellent English. They even clean your car windshield of snow.

We found it a bit hot in the room and found the solution is to keep the system off and if necessary open the window. Lots of international tourists and some are not aware or considerate of Japanese culture and have cell phones playing and loud and boisterous but this is not the fault of hotel.

The onsen was a highlight of the stay, especially the outdoor onsen. However, the onsen closes early on check-out day, leaving no time for an additional visit.

The food did not meet expectations for the price. The variety was limited, seafood options were minimal, and the sashimi quality was below average. The bedroom felt slightly old-fashioned; while it was comfortable, it did not justify the high price. Overall, the experience felt overrated and overpriced. The hall may look good in photos, but the actual condition is disappointing due to poor maintenance.

・部屋が広くて綺麗 ・お茶受けの品質が良い ・温泉の温度がちょうど良くて、露天風呂の雰囲気も良くくつろぎやすい。脱衣所でタオルを自由に使えるのもすごく便利でノンストレス ・ロビーが素敵で、ハープの生演奏や夜の焚き火が最高 ・1階バーのドリンクが充実していて、時間帯によるチャージ無料や、ビール値下げ、ドリンク単価が他のバーより良心的で利用しやすさ◎

・館内着に穴が空いていた ・10年前くらいに初めて泊まった時よりビュッフェの質が落ちている。一般的なホテルのビュッフェよりはラインナップに工夫は見られるものの、味付けがイマイチなものが多く見受けられた。また、ディナーはもう少し品数がないと宿泊価格と釣り合っていない割高感があり、鶴雅クオリティに達していないと感じた。（阿寒と定山渓の鶴雅はそれぞれ複数回宿泊経験あり）

Buffet breakfast and dinner was awesome. Great variety and if you stay more than 2 nights, they offer special item and desserts to try. It was very delicious. Onsen was clean and comfortable. Room was great and big. Staff were all very friendly. One of them helped me made a reservation in japanese to a location for sightseeing, I am very grateful. The location was great, just next to the Tourist Center so very convenient to join the local tours which you can only book and pay on the day itself. Overall, it was a great stay.

I found the housekeeping rules a little confusing. There is cash voucher for paying for souvenirs if you opt out of housekeeping for 2 ? Or more days ? (I forgot the exact number of days). But I found it slightly uncomfortable to be on the same Bedsheets for the second night because using the onsen made me sweat a lot on the 1st 2 nights. By the 2nd night, I really felt the sheets could be changed but I wasn't sure if I could change my decision as I made my choice the moment the staff discussed with us about our hotel preferences when we check in. If there was an option that could just change the bedsheets but leave everything else alone, I would have liked that. But overall, I still had a great stay !
