Insgesamt macht das Sicilias Residence Hotel einen super Eindruck, vor allem die Poolbereiche sind schön gepflegt und auch das Frühstück ist absolut toll. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat.

Es gab leider auch ein paar kleinere Mängel im Zimmer, wie die verkalkte Duschwand und die nicht ganz dicht schließende Duschtür, wodurch Wasser weit aus dem Bereich der Dusche hin gelangt ist. Im Zimmer war es sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche von drüber und nebenan liegenden Zimmern deutlich zu hören waren. Auch eine Pumpe oder ähnliches machte sich häufig aufmerksam. Insgesamt ist es also ein ordentliches Hotel, das mit ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit im Bezug auf Sauberkeit und das Detail noch besser werden könnte.

Hotel znakomity pod każdym względem. Od obsługi, przez czystość obiektu, po restaurację serwującą przepyszne dania na kolację - polecam spróbować. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas!

Great property with excellent housekeeping. The bed sheets were changed every day, and everything was kept very clean. The rooms were cosy, comfortable and relaxing, with lovely views. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool area - always found sunbeds available and second pool available too but smaller. Covered space on balcony so can leave washing out. Nice rooftop terrace too, where we sat and watched Etna erupting. We had an appartment and there is a Supermarket in walking distance but meat selection not that great- esp if hoping for nice thick juicy steak. Hotel has a restaurant but can’t comment on that as the one night we wanted to use it it was fullly booked. Appartment was a good size with lots of storage space.

Frying pan too big for the hob. Only one saucepan - asked for another -couldn’t find one when asked - brought one later. Only two dinner, side plates, forks and knives - need more (got two dinner plates from reception )available from the offset. Extractor fan wouldn’t work - reception said it should so I climbed on chair to find not plugged in properly. No smoke alarm in unit that we could see. Middle of nowhere really. Need a car. Very little in immediate area nearby. Can walk to seafront (half an hour or so) but not an easy or particularly safe walk (mental drivers bad/no pavements)and not really worth the effort for what’s there. poor WiFi kept dropping and not reconnecting, particularly in the appartment. Not a great view from the balcony - glimpse of sea in the distance- but nice to be able to sit outside. You do overlook the hot tubs of the appartments below

Raphaël pour son accueil chaleureux et sympathique il est aux petits soins pour sa clientèle entre le l’Etna et la mer les chambres sont spacieuses et moderne.

De vrais jus de fruits serait un plus

Le fait de ne pouvoir accéder à un moyen de transport en commun facilement.

Godt nyere værelse. God stor dobbeltseng. Hovedpuderne er ikke fantastiske. Begge pools var gode, og vi nåede aldrig nede til poolen ved stranden.

Morgenmadsbuffeten fungerer ikke helt. Lidt kedeligt med helt samme udvalg hver dag, når man har 5 overnatninger. Og det tog lang tid at få sin kaffe.

L’établissement, le personnel très sympathique et attentif, les deux piscines, la chambre et son coin cuisine ainsi que l’offre de restauration chaque soir

L’emplacement nécessitant de prendre la voiture pour trouver à se restaurer. Les abords de l’hôtel et les rues environnantes font assez sale mais cela n’est en rien lié à l’hôtel, plus à la culture locale.

Belle piscine, et ouverte tardivement, belle vue depuis l'hôtel sur l'Etna et la mer, hôtel calme mais quartier animé (surtout le soir...). Très belle chambre, bel espace spa. Petit déjeuner sympa et bons produits

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi et dès le 2ème soir le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et pas moyen de le réparer le soir ni le dimanche... donc 1 journée/soirée sans jacuzzi, pour attendre le lendemain pour nous proposer le spa qui est réservé à tous... drôle de situation...

Nice boutique type hotel. We only stayed one night so we could get to Etna early next morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool lovely but like the whole area the sun disappears about 6pm behind the mountains. Had dinner at the hotel which was very good. Well located for goi g to Etna.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very helpfull and communication was easy prior and during the stay. They really value customers a lot. Great restaurant in the hotel.

Un bel hôtel à taille humaine, chic et moderne, deux piscines dans un beau jardin, avec un personnel extrêmement bienveillant; Tout était parfait, propre et calme. Egalement un très bon restaurant; Un grand merci en particulier à Raffaele pour son accueil malgré une arrivée tardive et ses précieux conseils de visites.

Als bierliefhebber was het niet op temperatuur zoals het hoort.

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf die Familien Suite bekommen. Einfach traumhaft diese Suite. Das Personal super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die beiden Pools waren sehr sauber und es war sehr ruhig an den Pools. Die Gäste waren auch untereinander sehr freundlich und Diszipliniert.Am Gelände gibt es genug Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein Auto und sind jeden Abend auswärts Essen gewesen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und auch Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft und entspannend und dafür möchten wir uns bei allen Mitarbeitern nochmals bedanken.

Tout est parfait

Super Hotel - perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Für die Kinder war Pool mit flachem Bereich perfekt.

Die Ausziecouch wäre für einen Erwachsenen sehr unangenehm. Für Kinder kein Problem.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick. Die Suite war sehr groß, hatte eine große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war okay, mehr allerdings nicht. Es gab leider immer das Gleiche. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Der Poolbereich war schön und bot auch für kleinere Kinder einen Nichtschwimmer Bereich. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden, sodass es zumindest zu unserer Zeit es auch keinen Kampf um Liegen gab.

Das Personal wirkte oftmals nicht sehr motiviert. Morgens zum Frühstück war der Außenbereich oftmals nicht eingedeckt, was dann erst nach Aufforderung geschah. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und haben morgens zwei Tische zusammengestellt. Ein aufmerkasames Personal hatte das spätestens nach zwei Tagen selbständig vorbereitet. Es gab einen kleinen Spielplatz, allerdings war die Kinderschaukel angebrochen und hatte leider Verletzungspotential. Es wurde dem Personal mitgeteilt, Abhilfe wurde aber nicht geschaffen!

Zwembad en ontbijt was goed.

Dommage que la piscine n'était pas chauffée un minimum, mais on peut comprendre en ces temps de crise énergétique.

Nous étions dans la suite familiale au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Cette appartement comprend 2 chambres et surtout un lave linge tres utile. La piscine est certes petite mais suffisante. Le petit déjeuner est copieux

On s'imaginait un hôtel avec un effet Whaou via les photos, vraiment quali et élégant. En fait quand vous arrivez sur le parking vous conprenez tout de suite que pas du tout, ça fait appart résidence, pas de charme. Entouré d immeubles.

Personnel très accueillant, emplacement, roof top, surclassement en suite avec jacuzzi privatif, très bons plats au restaurant, belles piscines mais nous n’avons pas pu les tester

Le jaccuzzi du spa, certains jets ne fonctionnaient pas.

We had the most amazing stay here. The pre visit communication was excellent with directions and check in details. We received a warm welcome from Chiara and Raffaele on the day who showed us around the hotel. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 with a private jacuzzi and sauna. We were impressed by the cleaning of the room daily, even the jacuzzi! The pools were beautiful and we would have spent more time in them had the weather been a bit warmer. Overall we loved this hotel and would definitely come back!

Everything. The friendliness and professional attitude of the staff, the design and cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the food, convenience of car parking and hotel shuttle service, the calm atmosphere, great advice on touring beyond the hotel.

I can't think of anything! We were joined by our daughter for the extra three days of her holiday (and thank you for making the additional room available at such short notice) and for that reason we extended our car hire from Catania airport. We were going to rely on the taxi service back to the airport. That was a stroke of luck. If we hadn't had the hire car it might have restricted our sightseeing as the hotel is away from the public transport system. Everything worked so well for us.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Frühstück war zwar gut, allerdings hat es manchmal etwas gedauert bis Sachen nachgefüllt wurden bzw. waren die warmen Speisen oft nur lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht, jedem Wunsch entgegenzukommen. Daher an dieser Stelle nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Sonst war alles top!!

Das Zimmer ist echt toll konzipiert mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Koffer, Kleidung konnte gut verstaut und verräumt werden. Kochnische mit Kaffeemaschine haben wir intensiv genutzt. Auch die beiden Pools total schön. Frühstück war echt lecker, das Personal freundlich.

Es wäre echt cool wenn das Personal beim Frühstück fragt was man trinken möchte. Ich denke das wäre in einem 4Sterne Hotel drin ;) Das Internet ist für zwei Tage ausgefallen. Das ist dann irgendwie auch nicht so cool wenn man an einem Webinar teilnehmen muss. An unserem letzten Tag war das Frühstücksbuffet leider schon ein wenig leer gefegt. Es gab Z. B. nur noch Toastbrot. Das ist echt schade wenn man Hunger hat;) Auch Spa (Sauna & Whirlpool) kostet für 1,5 Stunden 45 Euro pro Person extra. Wieso eigentlich ? Das sind liebgemeinte Hinweise ;)

Une personnel exceptionnellement bienveillant. L’hotel est magnifique et situé dans une petite station agréable. Nous avons diné à plusieurs reprises et le repas était délicieux et copieux. Le massage prodigué par Lucia était vraiment efficace. Je la recommande.

Nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir profiter des piscines car ni l’une ni l’autre ne sont chauffées. Il n’y a pas de bouilloire dans les chambres juste une cafetière. Dommage ! Et le stricte nécessaire dans la salle de bain : pas de coton à démaquiller par exemple

Hotel in una bella posizione, molto curato e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA….bellissima!!!

Confortul camerei și faptul ca am avut la dispoziție parcare privată!

Terasa camerei neîngrijită! Cu jardiniere ruginite! Lipseau papucii de cameră, iar când am cerut la recepție mi-au spus ca se rezolvă dar seara când am ajuns la cazare nu se rezolvase nimic! Papucii de cameră sunt foarte importanți deoarece este gresie pe jos ! Restaurantul nu era deschis… era disponibil un restaurant la cca 300 m dar care avea un meniu limitat dar ce am mâncat acolo a fost gustos!

La suite era davvero stupenda. Grande, luminosa e ben riscaldata. Letto comodissimo e ampi armadi per riporre abbigliamento o altro. Anche il bagno molto spazioso, presentava sia una doccia e una vasca da bagno. Presente anche una zona cottura dotata del necessario. Il pezzo forte della suite è sicuramente la vasca idromassaggio situata nella veranda della camera, quindi sempre a disposizione e semplicissima da usare.

Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Traum! So wunderschön ruhig gelegen in ländlicher Umgebung mit allem Komfort und Annehmlichkeiten. So ästhetisch und klug gebaut! Mit einer Dachterrasse, die den Blick auf Ätna und Meer gewährt, so dass man sich gar nicht entscheiden kann, wohin man schaut. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen ein wunderbares Zimmer-Upgrade, für das wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken!!! Leider war es zum Baden schon zu kalt. Gern wären wir mal in einen der beiden Pools gesprungen. Wir mochten auch das Frühstück sehr, dass neben Süßem auch Herzhaftes bot. Es war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir auf Sizilien hatten. Die letzten beiden Nächte vor unserer Abreise und damit ein krönender Abschluss zweier erlebnisreicher Wochen!

Da fällt uns nicht ein! Ein perfektes Hotel zum Entspannen!

Labai patiko šis viešbutis. Keliavome po salą ir šis viešbutis buvo penktas mūsų aplankytas, pats geriausias iš visų. Labai tvarkinga aplinka, gražiai apsodinta. Kambarys buvo modernus, tvarkingas, erdvus ir labai jaukus ( gavome geresnį nei rezervavome). Paslaugus ir malonus personalas. Puikūs pusryčiai: skanūs ir skoningai paserviruoti. Pusryčių įvairovė daug geresnė nei kitose Sicilijos vietose. Viešbutis ramioje vietoje, ryte pažadina paukščių čiulbėjimas. Nuo stogo atsiveria vaizdas į Etną. Šį viešbutį priskiriu į savo top 3 geriausius aplankytus viešbučius ir tikiuosi sugrįžti.

Reikia sutvarkyti gėles kambarių balkonuose.
