Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Booked these apartments for 6 girls (4 being teenagers) and was shocked at just how spacious they were. 2 bathrooms and full kitchen area. Despite reception only being open till 5pm and us arriving after close, the check in process was simple and easy. When we did visit reception staff were super helpful and friendly.
Remember to grab your own loo roll as this isnt restocked. Bites from insects which we think was from the astro round the pool (even though this was cleaned daily and cant be helped by the hosts) just a warning to take repelent

Os funcionários foram bastante prestáveis e acolhedores e tornaram o nosso check in tardio possível! A localização também é muito boa, conseguimos ir a pé para todos os locais de Salou que queríamos visitar, principalmente Portaventura que era a principal razão da nossa visita (~30 min a pé)
Os quartos e mobília são uma versão mais triste das fotos anunciadas (provavelmente um apartamento mais antigo) e os roupeiros tinham um cheiro intenso a mofo

Por poner una pega, la mampara de la bañera le faltaba la goma y se salía el agua al ducharse y se tenía que pasar la fregona cada vez que se utilizaba

La ducha tenía el rail roto y se nos salía todo el agua fuera cada vez que nos duchamos, también uno de los colchones estaba bastante hundido,lo que resultó bastante incomo a la hora de descansar,y los mosquitos ,que nos dieron la lata.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026-Nos dieron posibilidad de parking por 10€ por noche en el mismo edificio del apartamento. -Hay un restaurante a pocos metros donde se puede desayunar increíble por un precio fantástico
-No hay secador de pelo en el apartamento. Me parece algo indispensable en un alojamiento. Ponen que se puede pedir en recepción, según disponibilidad, pero la disponibilidad fue 0 durante nuestra estancia, lo cuál no es de extañar porque son muchísimos apartamentos y tendrán poquísimos secadores en comparación. -Nos retuvieron 200€ de fianza, que tampoco suele ser habitual. -Las camas tenían edredones nórdicos, estando a 33°C en la calle. A quién se me ocurre. -Me llegó un mensaje con las instrucciones antes de irnos que incluían retirar todas las fundas nórdicas, bajeras, fundas de almohadas y toallas en el suelo del baño. En ningún hotel he tenido que hacer nunca algo así, pero claro, tienen 200€ retenidos...asi que a mandar. -Habia un montón de mosquitos Y por todo eso, resultó un alojamiento decepcionante y no lo recomendaría.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Gostei muito do apartamento, as camas são confortáveis e satisfizeram as necessidades da família. No entanto a cama de casal , tinha de um lado 3 pernas e do outro apenas 2 pernas e uma delas estava solta, ficando a cama um pouco instável. Gostei muito da localização, da piscina e da zona envolvente que é muito bonito. Nós ficámos no edifício da recepção no 3º andar.
Deveria de haver toalha de mesa ou marcadores para a mesa de jantar na sala. Não costumamos comer assim em Portugal, e acabei por nunca comer na sala com medo de estragar a mesa ou riscar a mesa. Os puxadores das portas dos quartos também estavam todos soltos com os pregos a sair. Tinha também muitos poucos utensílios de cozinha e as panelas e tachos não tinham tampa.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Quite and clean Thanks to Sana in reception who went above and beyond when one of our trio left her phone in a taxi. We had it located with an hour and back within 2 hrs. We were delighted The AC works so good.
I would have loved wine glasses in the apartments. I totally understand though as other guests have broken them so many times that they don't replace them now. This is only a small negative as we were delighted with everything and having a vino from a tumbler glass isn't a big deal for us.

The balcony off the master room was also very good. The communal pool was very good. I could not fault this property. Have been to Salou 13 times and one of the best stays. Very comfortable.

The pool area is very small there is a serious lack of sunbeds we had to lie on towels on the grass half the time. There's no toilets at the pool area. They expect you to leave the kitchen area clean before you leave. That would be no problem if it was clean in the first place and if you were provided with jif or other cleaning products. The staff clearly dont check the fridge hob microwave for cleanliness when they come into clean just presume previous guests cleaned.

A recepção fecha às 17 horas. Um dia o alarme de incêndio disparou +/- as 19:00 horas, ficou a tocar durante uma hora. Não havia forma de contactar alguém do alojamento. O número de telefone fornecido era uma gravação, que apenas tentava efetuar reservas... No momento de passar para um agente, a gravação reiniciava ou caía a chamada. Muito desagradável. Deveria existir alguém no alojamento 24h, ou forma de contactar alguém quando ocorrem situações destas.... Se uma pessoa perder a chave e a recepção se encontrar já fechada, como seria?

Appartement décrit pour étant pour 4 à 6 personnes, nous étions 5 et il n’y a que 4 vrais couchages car le canapé ne se transforme pas en vrai lit, c’est un matelas simple 1 place glissé sous le canapé pour un enfant c’est ok mais pour 1 adulte … la résidence est un peu loin des commerces et de la plage. Déçus aussi par le fait de nous faire payer 9€ par jour pour garer notre voiture dans le parking en sous seul de notre immeuble, au prix de la location cela devrait être inclus . Piscines un peu petites au vu du nombre de locataires

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Rien a fuir, tout est sale, je vous parle pas de l'odeur horrible, la piscine est sale, aucune sécurité, notre logement à été forcée, quand nous avons essayé de joindre le numéro que l'accueil nous a donné en cas d'urgence ils ont pas répondu, heureusement que Booking à répondu et nous sommes allés porter plainte. Le lendemain quand nous avons fait part de ce qui c'est passé on nous a simplement répondu d'écrire à Pierre et vacances car eux ne gèrent pas les incidents juste les encaissements. 2 hommes se baignaient nu le matin comme si c'était normal, soit disant c'est une résidence familiale et sécurisée FAUX c'est juste une machine à cash, une fois que vous payez plus rien ne les inquiétes, l'essentiel ils vous ont encaissés.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The apartment is quite nice, good size, the kitchen works perfectly, the AC as well. Nothing to complain about the apartment in itself. The location is nice, few walk to reach the high street and also Platje Llevant. By car you are not more than 10 minutes away from Portventura World, Pineda, Cala Cranc, those beaches that we considered the best.
Rubbish policy: As an aparthotel, they should provide us with indoor containers. Unfortunately, inconsiderate people throw rubbish bags in the building corridors, garage, and elsewhere because they don't want to throw them away in the outside containers. Pool area: They should have a lifeguard or someone to look after the pool area. Rules are not followed by adults or kids—people dive, eat, smoke, use pool floats, and play loud music. It was very unpleasant, unfortunately. One-way system: There is only one road that goes around the whole condo, and it is quite narrow. It’s a one-way system, meaning we have to go all the way around to exit the property. Rude people who do not respect the rules go the wrong way, causing awkward situations when you try to get in, because you can't reverse into the street. There should be clearer signs around the property, as the arrows on the road are not enough for those people.

Tener que limpiar la cocina (no recogerla ) y la limpieza de los baños no eres muy buena había bastante negro de no limpiar bien y los desagües atascados

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Es espacioso y te ponen cosas de fregar, lavavajillas etc y hay mucho menaje. Nos gusta este sitio porque podemos ir con nuestro perrete.
Al estar tan rodeado de vegetación hay muchos mosquitos, y nos tocó la terraza enfrente de la piscina y al haber tanto arbusto estaba toda la terraza llena de hormigas y mosquitillos por lo que por la tarde/noche no se puede disfrutar mucho. De todas formas, entiendo que esto tampoco es culpa del alojamiento :)

Booked a room with one double and 2 single beds but on arrival there was one single and a pull out single which wasn't made up. The pull out bed wasn't comfortable.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location to salou 7 mins walk to supermarket, selectionof restaurants and salou centre, nice pool, lovely apartment overlooking the pool, lovely reception staff. Not having to get up at mad hour to use pool or have access to sun beds
We arrived in June. Way too many groups of Spanish teens (17 to 20 years) might have been finishing school? We had 3 sleepless nights when they arrived home at 5am and out shouting and jumping into the pool. Not idea with mix of alcohol accident waiting to happen. Not sure why they are allowing bookings from these large groups of 6-8 per apartment. Ruins the complex for others. After waking up they take over the pool area from 5pm to 8pm most evenings approx 20-25 of them and it was not possible to use as throwing ball in and around pool area. Felt sorry for families with young kids trying to use the pool. Complained to reception. Was told security will be around at nights to stop but was day 4 before it stopped. Food left all over balconies from partying late and ended up in the pool in the morning from birds looking for food.
