De ontvangst. Hospitality kende de dame aan de "receptie" niet. Te gehorig en er kwamen overal geluiden vandaan. De medewerkster zou.meer naar oplossingen moeten zoeken in plaats van domme redeneringen waarom dingen gebeuren zoals ze gebeuren.

For EUR 147 we expected a little bit more. For example the room was great and the bathroom was spacious however the shower box was really small and not even a small shelf to put the cleaning products on. Lack of parking was an issue. The breakfast was okish, we expected an hot buffet, including eggs & sausages.

La colazione viene servita a partire dalle 8.00 e quindi dovendo partire presto avevamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile servircela prima. Ci è stato detto che per ragioni organizzative non fosse possibile ma ci è stata offerta l’opzione di una colazione fredda a base di torte, crostatine e croissant confezionati che ci è stata regolarmente servita, consistente però in una serie di pezzi di torte immangiabili come lo erano anche le crostatine.

Wir hatten ein 3er Zimmer gebucht, das 3. Bett war ein Klapp Bett, mit einer katastrophalen Matratze. Nach langem diskutieren, hatte die Dame an der Reception wenigstens angeboten, eine Decke unter die Matratze zu legen, was den Komfort minimal verbesserte. Aber von Komfort kann man hier nicht sprechen, jede Militärunterkunft bietet bessere Betten. Unverständlich bei diesem Preisniveau. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Purtroppo un contrattempo fastidioso ha condizionato la colazione al mattino e ha ritardato la nostra partenza: l'unica addetta presente in albergo non riusciva ad aprire la stanza della cucina e non è stata in grado di fornire alcuni prodotti della colazione (caffè, latte, prodotti conservati in frigorifero...) e non aveva accesso alle chiavi per aprire il garage dove erano parcheggiate le nostre biciclette. Ha faticato ore per trovare una risposta dai colleghi, tutti irreperibili. Solo dopo un'ora siamo riusciti a ripartire, con le nostre bici. Dicicmo che tutto si è risolto, non è mancata la cortesia del personale, ma qualche difetto dell'organizzazione c'è stato.

Ma nièce (ado) aurait apprécié avoir une connexion WIFI.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Το μικρό αυτό ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια κεντρική πλατεία της Alba, η πρόσβαση από το σταθμό των τρένων είναι πολύ εύκολη. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, λιτά και πολύ καθαρά. Ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή και σωστά κοστολογημενη. Το προσωπικό έκανε χίλια πράγματα ταυτόχρονα, αλλά ήταν με το χαμόγελο και εντέλει εξυπηρετούσαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.
Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο φροντισμένο. Λιγότερα πράγματα αλλά καλύτερης ποιότητας. Ο καφές ωστόσο ήταν πολύ εύγευστος.

La colazione è modesta. Lo staff è molto gentile, ma non sa fornire adeguato supporto alle richieste del cliente sui trasporti, su come muoversi, su cosa vedere, su dove mangiare.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Posizione centralissima e facile da raggiungere. Facile parcheggio in zona su strisce blu o gratis poco più in là. Personale gentile. Stanza grande abbastanza per 3 persone.
La stanza avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata: le pareti adiacenti al letto singolo erano sporche e la presa elettrica si staccava dal muro. In bagno mancava il tappo saltarello nel bidet, lo scopino del wc era troppo vicino alla carta igienica (si rischiava facilmente che toccasse lo scopino) e a mio parere anche troppo vicino agli asciugamani. Tutte cose trascurabili se si considera il pernottamento di una sola notte. Purtroppo è stato difficile dormire: un rumore intermittente e molto fastidioso proveniva dal condizionatore o lì vicino. Anche spegnendo il condizionatore, il rumore continuava a sentirsi ma ad intervalli di tempo più lunghi. Non è stato possibile segnalare il problema perché la reception era aperta fino alle ore 20 e il problema si è presentato dopo.

Het hotel is op de eerste etage gelegen. Er is een lift. Onze kamer keek heel leuk uit op het plein. Het bed was wel wat hard.

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre avec lits séparés pour 2 personnes et on nous avait attribué une chambre avec 1 seul lit. Nous l’avons signalé et pas de souci on nous a changé de chambre, mais c’est désagréable de devoir réclamer. Cela n’arrive pas dans les hôtels à ce niveau de prix normalement. Pas très professionnel. Le fauteuil lit était en très mauvais état. La décoration est très sombre, d’un autre temps. Le petit déjeuner pas digne d’un hôtel de ce prix. Peu de choix et beaucoup de produits bas de gamme.

Leider sehr laut in der Nacht von Autos und Unterhaltungen der spät Heimkehrer. Aber zu diesem Preis und für eine Nacht ganz Ok

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026La struttura è dietro al duomo comodo per la parte storica e alla città sotterranea , è al primo piano completamente ristrutturata ed era una vecchia locanda già con le camere per ospitare i viandanti.
La posizione, la pulizia, e la cortesia del personale sia verso di noi sia le attenzioni verso il nostro amico a quattro zampe che non è da tutti.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig und wird zudem mit Verspätung aufgedeckt. Die Hälfte des Personals ist unfreundlich. 10 EUR zusätzl. für einen Parkplatz, den man nur über Umwege erreicht, ist zuviel. 4 Schlüssel für den Hotelzugang sind sperrig mühsam. Die Lavabos haben keinen Abflussdeckel (auch im Ersatzzimmer), die kleinen Seifen fallen (scheinbar regelmässig) hinein und verstopfen den Abfluss. Bei 90 EUR pro Nacht ist das nicht akzeptabel. Die Fensterläden in meinem Badezimmer öffnen nicht, und die Matratzen sind unbequem hart. Ausführlichere Infos vom Hotelpersonal zu Aktivitäten wären wünschenswert.
