الافطار متواضع جدا مقابل قيمته المشروبات في الافطار قليلة جدا وطريقة تقديمها سيئة لا يوجد تنوع في الافطار ولا يوجد اعادة تعبئة اذا انتهت الاصناف. مغسلة المطبخ كان فيها ريحة مزعجة جودة التلفزيون سيئة

Reviewed May 30, 2026Mosquito infestation everywhere! The pool had mosquitoes sitting on the surface! The changing rooms' lights were not on as well! The manager wasn't on duty! When I asked for a refund, the manager on the phone said that since I have checked in already, I cannot be refunded the whole amount and that he would refund only one day. Also, I was informed by the staff that only one person gets free breakfast and that I would have to pay for the rest. Furthermore, the breakfast would not be buffet, but rather ala carte, as there is less staff and occupancy was low. The pictures had clearly shown a full buffet breakfast! The room was road facing and was not properly sound insulated! We did not stay the night because of the mosquitoes and went home. (It was a staycation). I wouldn't give them more than a 2 and certainly not an 8+! Not recommended at all!

حجزت من ثاني العيد كم يوم وحجزت بوفيه مفتوح بعد ما وصلت ودفعت قالو مافيه بوفيه يطلع الأكل للغرف وكان اكل مكرر وما يستاهل وكنت حاجز غرفتين لخمس اشخاص شامله الأفطار حسبو لشخصين فقط

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026حجزت من تاريخ 9 ديسمبر و تاريخ الإقامة 1 يناير و تم تاكيد تواجد الغرفة المحجوزة على التطبيق لكن لما وصلت اعتذروا مني و قالوا لي الغرفة الي حجزتها ( غرفتين نوم متصلة و صالة ) غير متوفرة و تعويضهم كان خصم 100 ريال و اضافة فطور للحجز.
