Stayed one night and everything was perfect

I stayed in Levallois due to a client nearby in Neuilly sur Seine. It turned out to be great for recreation as well. Low key residential vibe, convenience stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet. I enjoyed the charcuterie style buffet breakfast. Everyone on staff was friendly and multilingual.

Great stay at Mercure. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the experience - many thanks to them.

I had a great stay here. I was able to walk to restaurants and local shopping. It was easy to get to downtown Paris with Uber. The staff was so nice and eager to help. I highly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel in a safe and quiet part of Levalliois Perret but within a walkable distance to the Metro. I stayed for 3 nights and the staff were kind and helpful. Also the lift was reliable.

Lovely stay and a nice room for the money in Paris. A little out of the action but close to a Metro — just bare in mind that you’ll want to be using it to get into the city for good eating and drinking options as those in the are were quiet, expensive and not overly friendly.

Quiet and safe area. Not a lot of dining options but easy access to metro station.

Functional hotel for short busines stay. Staff and service were excellent - friendly and really helpful. Downstairs lounge/ breakfast area good for coffee and working. Nothing wrong with rooms though quite basic. Would certainly happily stay here again.

It was under renovation and we were only made aware of the restaurant a couple of days before our arrival! We were not told that everything but the rooms was under renovation too. They gave us the option of breakfast brought to our room each day which only turned up once the other days we had to ring down.

My friend and I took a short detour from our Amsterdam trip for a couple of days in Paris. The hotel was just what the Dr ordered. The breakfast was much more then we expected, and was very filling. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The price was perfect! I would stay again and would recommend it to friends. The room was small but for 2 days, and with just our small carry-on bags the room was perfect.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in Paris. Unfortunately, we traveled during the strike and the nearest metro station was closed. Which forced us to walk long everyday or take Uber or taxi, which is not a fault of the hotel. Overall, the Hotel is a part of a chain in Paris and located in a quiet residential area. We were assigned a privileged room with a king and a twin bed. Beds were nice and room service was fine. Front desk people tried to help us as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Mercure chain of hotels.

Excellent staff and management. I will definitely come back to this Mercure. The subway and great restaurants are close by. Very safe environment.

Nothing you would expect from a Mercure and that's not there. Fair value, pleasant staff. All in all a good experience.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff especially the overnight ones. I ordered room service and I didn’t get breakfast until half hour later. I ordered a seasonal fruit plate and they literally tossed two unpeeled kiwis on the tray.. lol no elevator so we had to drag 200 pounds of luggage up the stairs! Never ever ever going back and wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The room was lovely and the cleaners had definitely done a great job. The room was spotless! The only issue was that the fire alarm went off, so we went down to the lobby, and the receptionist just stared at us as if to be like ‘what are you doing here’ so we mentioned the fire alarm - as if somehow she couldn’t hear the blaring alarm going off - and she turned around and said it was okay. Very odd. We felt like someone should’ve told us something about the test being done or if there was a problem with it.

Good location about five mins from the metro Really nice and helpful staff I asked them to print off my boarding pass and this was done straight away and also my taxi was waiting for me in the morning to take me to the airport

The staff is definitely amazing, it’s not too far from the metro station. (5-6 min walk); however, there’s not much shops opened around this area.

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to Paris, an affordable hotel with breakfast provided near a metro station. The staff was kind and accommodating and many spoke English which was helpful given my French was pretty poor. I appreciate the services we were provided, the room was spacious and cleaned every day and I would 100% return to this hotel again should I return to Paris in the future.

The entire staff wanted to make our stay great! This was our 15th wedding anniversary and I had mentioned that in one of our correspondence, that I would be looking to them for a restaurant recommendation for our special night. They took that and make a special room (rose petals in a heart shape on our bed, balloons on the wall, "15" out of powdered sugar with macaroons in our room) and made our trip totally memorable). In addition to that, they were helpful with the restaurant recommendation, helpful with the metro, helpful with EVERYTHING we asked for (it was our first time to Paris-we had lots of questions!). They were gracious and accommodating! I can't say enough about this hotel and their wonderful staff! It was about 15 mins from downtown Paris and the sites, but seriously worth the stay. We Uber'd everywhere! We stayed up one night and they served us drinks in their courtyard- this was totally amazing, quiet and perfect after a long day of site-seeing in town. For our anniversary, they gave us the perfect "Local" place to go for our anniversary last minute that was perfect! The view was amazing and our food was even better! Mercure Paris and their staff are 5 STARS.

It was clean and in a very quiet area of town. The AC and WiFI worked well. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Moussa.

During check in - v helpful - Moussa helped carry the bag all the way to our rooms and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and staff smiling and helpful.

This was a truly great find for Paris. I am use to really small hotel rooms in Paris. OK this room was still kind of small but this is Paris. Great friendly front desk, open 24 hours. Price was very good but maybe because I got a special deal as it seem to be almost too cheap for the level of accommodation. Nothing at all bad to say and I am very critical. lol OK, if I had to say something bad, the hotel was kind of far but not too far. Not really bad. The Metro was about 25 minutes away from downtown Paris but it was worth the extra ride to stay in a quiet and comfortable hotel room.

A quiet area this place is. No too much business around. Good and safe neighborhood. Hotel staff are friendly. Rebecca is the best.

The hotel is very clean and it's in one of the quietest and expensive areas in Paris. Lots of shops and restaurants around and it's very convenient for public transport

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Sound travels so I recommend to bring ear plugs. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness with the stains on the floor, finding previous guests hair on the walls, and the drip tray in fridge being dirty. However when I mentioned the shower drain was not draining properly they fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This was our very first trip to France. We were very nervous and fearful to begin with, but when we arrived the staffs greeted us with smiles. They were were very friendly and welcomed everyone as their special guests. The room was very nice and clean. We never felt as we were outsiders during our stay. We loved it and highly recommended this place to anyone who will be traveling to Paris, France.

The hotel is super nice and good. It is value for money. Staff is very nice also. About 8 mins walk to the train station but it’s easy to get to the tourist attractions. Air con is from centralised system thus it’s good.

Great location! Easy access to metro. Very nice neighborhood with numerous dining options close by. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was small but pleasant. Paris was hot during our visit and it was extremely nice to have a hotel with AC.

Pros- not too far from Paris, and metro station is 6 mins from hotel and then 15 mins on metro and your in Paris. Staff are lovely and speak good English. I had nice views from my room. Cons- pictures made out that you could see effiel tower from the hotel, this is not true Breakfast is a small variety, although there is hot food there is not much to choose from. Room was little small but this is how it seems to be all over Paris. Overall it was a great stay at a lovely hotel

We had a wonderful stay!

I loved my stay at this hotel, despite being a little far from the main tourist attractions. This was my third time in Paris so I didn't mind being in a more residential area. The metro is only a couple of blocks away and you could also jump in a bus towards the arc of triumph. The hotel is in very pristine condition, the room is spacious and modern. I am staying here again on my next visit to Paris.

Nice hotel, the location was convenient for us but it might be far for those wanting to explore the center. There are some nice restaurants and cafes in the local area and it is only a 20-minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. The room was clean and in good condition. The only issue was the slow check-in and our room not being ready at 13:30 despite the noon check-in indicated on our reservation.

Pluses + Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommend eating breakfast outside of hotel. + 10 minute walk to metro + Felt safe walking about the neighbourhood at night. Minuses - No elevator in hotel. Fine for me, but perhaps not for many guests. (in fairness, reception did offer to take my luggage up for me) - Breakfast looked rubbish. (so I didn't eat there) Overall, I thought the Mercure Levallois Perret was quite an expensive hotel, for what is ostensibly a hotel quite far outside of Paris and away from the tourist attractions. Poor location, bathroom not clean shower did not drain due to build up of limescale which lead to overflowing into bedroom making carpet very wet smelling damp for the rest of the stay. Rails in shower area hanging off wall. No English TV channels. No hot chocolate or tea in room as not been stocked up since last persons stay. On ground floor no window in bathroom 1 small window in room left feeling boxed in basement would no have curtains open as smoking area and breakfast outside seating was located right outside our room. Was woken in mornings with extreme smell of cigarettes even with window shut due to smoking outside room! Breakfast selection poor !! 1 day out of 3 managed 3 slices of bacon to be produced. Ran out of got chocolate sachets not refilled during stay had to consistently ask for breakfast stuff as was left hungry. No travel money exchange in hotel was very poor service 4 star not as shown in pictures at all !! Have stayed in a much better equipped and comfortable traveldoge for half the price of here. Only good point is a few of the lady receptionist were very helpful and polite. Would definitely never book this hotel or through this chain of hotels again !! Extremely disappointed !!

Everything was good. There are couple of areas which we might need to take care of First, there is no lift so we need to use stairs. It's fine if you are in perfect shape to carry your luggage. I was fine with that. Second, Subway was at 5 min walking distance, but Bus stops were at 12-15 min walking distance. Overall, perfect place with the cost. Thanks Nimit

The guest room air condition is central coontrolled. The staff only told me to open the window as the system was in winter mode, despite it was very hot during the day.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I had a great time booking this place and the front desk and service staff assisting my folks with their needs (i.e. wheelchair assistance, room service needs, etc). I believe Andrea (front desk staff) changed our reservation so we get the room with wheelchair access (I didn't specify on the reservation). The location is great (if you want to save money -- stay out of Paris) and very close to metro stations. We got into Paris within 10 minutes from the station. The neighborhood has some great shops but be mindful of the hours. If you have any special needs, talk to the staff (they are here to help make your stay a very pleasant one).

Located between Paris “proper” and La Defense in expensive and peacefull Llavalois. Bus 93, 1 minute from the hotel, will take to Invalides via Champs-Elysees and Concorde or to Grand Arch of La Defense. Metro and shops 5 minutes away. Hotel itself is quite new, spotless clean, ran by very professional staff and offers good and breakfast with fresh orange juice and sliced fresh fruit like pineapple or grapefruit and quality bacon Canadian style. My room was fairly small but still with desk and kitchenette with a kettle and choice of tea/coffee. Save accommodated my 14” laptop, the 15” one will fit too. Mini fridge. New shower room (not a drop of water on the floor), the hot water not really ‘boillng hot’, but OK. 32” TV, nice - played videos from a 5TB 2.5” external USB 3.0 HDD. Does fell like 4*, even with room lacking space for a smallest sofa. Good for a money concious tourist. For a similliar price in central Paris you would get run down 2*.

Facilities were ok, not as modern as other Mecure hotels I've stayed in. But it was so far away from everything. We managed to work out the multiple train connections, but if you needed to charge you phone or pop back because you forgot something then forget about it.

Nice hotel situated in a good location handy to the train. Staff service was exceptional. Shops and restaurants a short stroll away.

The rooms we got were very clean, comfortable and staff very, very polite helpful and friendly. The only down side was the lack of a proper dinning room and the key to my daughter's room was missing so we had to keep getting hotel staff to open the door.

The floor had stains, bathroom door didn't close properly neither shower door. Clean room and bed. Staff almost doesn't speak English. Overall deserves a 3 star instead of 4. Not worth the money.

The hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. It is not located downtown but it's 5 min from the no 3 metro line and 25 min walking to the Arc de Triumph.

Modern, safe, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only downside was area, very little to do in evening except one local bar (rendezvous) in next block and slightly too far out from centre when underground stops (Good underground service in day, 40 mins and usually one change from major sites). Overall, great if in Paris just to sightsee but a little too far out to enjoy nightlife.

The staff are not cooperative and they are helpless I really feeling bad that I booked this hotel . In fact they gave me bad idea about fransh people and I hated this journey due this is hotel.

Nice hotel, helpful staff but some features need repairing. Even after reporting to reception, the shower head was broken over the whole stay and no alternative offered.
