Het ontbijt en het eten s avonds laat te wensen over voor die prijs. Vlakbij is een geweldig restaurant i Bacco Toscano is erg goed. Prijs kwaliteits verhouding klopt niet helemaal.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles Wichtige rund ums Zimmer und die Umgebung erklärt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Abendessen im Restaurant und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war ruhig und idyllisch. Am Pool hatten wir sehr viel Spaß. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Achtung: Es gibt zwei unterschiedliche Anlagen! Eine ist das Haupthaus mit Frühstücksraum, angrenzendem großen Pool, wunderschönem Blick in eigentlich alle Richtungen - hierfür gibt es ohne Diskussion 10/10 Punkte. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Es gibt ein Buffet, Rührei, frisches Obst und Speisen, die eine Kühlung benötigen, erhalten diese bis zur Ausgabe. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Nichts Weltbewegendes, aber es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Blick aus der Tür ist wunderschön (das Haupthaus liegt auf einem Hügel, der Blick geht auf angrenzende Hügel, die hinter einem Tag liegen). Wir hatten sogar eine kleine Terrasse, wo wir mit den Kindern unseres Nachbarzimmers Diabolo gespielt haben. Wir sind leider ins "Nachbarhaus" eingecheckt worden (mehr als 500m entfernt von Pool, Frühstücksraum etc...), dazu gleich mehr - zum Glück wurde am nächsten Tag aber ein Zimmer im Haupthaus frei. Das Umziehen wurde vom sehr freundlichen Personal (10/10) und dem Besitzer (eher grummelig: Die Existenz der anderen Anlage sei auf booking angegeben - kein Verständnis für den Unmut...) aber unterstützt.

Die Situation mit dem "Nachbarhaus" MUSS unbedingt besser auf booking gekennzeichnet werden (Beschreibung und Fotos). Ohne eine Kennzeichnung dieser Situation (ein Urlaub im Nachbarhaus ohne fußläufig entspannt erreichbaren Pool und Frühstück hätte hier eine Bewertung von maximal 3/10 Punkten verdient - insbesondere weil man sich auf etwas anderes eingestellt hat). Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse nicht gut (großer Vollautomat). Empfehlung: Reservierung nach Zusicherung, dass man ein Zimmer im Haupthaus erhält.

Beautiful location with very helpful staff comfortable rooms and nice restaurant.

Rewelacyjna agroturystyka, piękne i ciche miejsce wśród winnic i gajów oliwnych. Przepiękna okolica. Cisza i spokój. Miła obsługa, fajny czysty basen, dobre śniadania- spory wybór. W restauracji pyszne jedzenie i wino własnej produkcji. W pobliskim stawie odkryliśmy żółwie, co było dodatkową atrakcją dla dzieci.

Trochę wysłużony materac w rozkładanej kanapie, należałoby go wymienić. Brak sztućców i talerzy w apartamencie, nie było możliwości nawet rozłożenia owoców, pokrojenia ich itd. Podłoga na tarasie domaga się kapitalnego remontu.

Struttura fantastica, camere spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort, silenziose e immerse nella natura. Grazie al servizio di golf cart gratuito si riesce a raggiungere velocemente ogni zona della struttura. Colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, semplici ma buonissimi. Staff gentilissimo, sempre pronto a dare consigli e informazioni. La piscina è un vero incanto, con vista sulle colline toscane, ombrelloni e lettini disponibili per tutti gli ospiti e possibilità di farsi servire l'aperitivo direttamente lì. Consiglio anche il ristorante: menù di prodotti locali, cameriere gentile e competente e vini di alto livello.

The location is beautiful- but you need a car as you are otherwise reliant on bus which is very unreliable

The owner was extremely rude and unwelcoming on a number of occasions. After seeing images of al fresco dining on the hotel’s images, we asked to eat outside for dinner. To which he gave us a long stare and replied ‘impossible’ and continued to stare at me which made myself and my party feel very uncomfortable and can only be viewed as being an effort to intimidate us. He struggled to greet us each morning, and after being given permission by staff to have breakfast outside, on the last morning did not say anything except yet another glare. There are many rules and there is no bar, except for a few hours in the evening. I do sense that some members of staff are afraid to make concessions, and pragmatic decisions through fear of the owner’s rules. In spite of this some reception staff are very helpful, some are very unhelpful and abrupt. The bar staff/restaurant were lovely and very attentive. I would not stay here again. We were placed in a very dated apartment which is a 5-7 minute walk to the main hotel building. There are 62 steps to the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with accessibility issues. Overall the owner has a serious issue with people staying at his hotel, which is odd as it is his business?

La zona es preciosa en medio de la campiña del Chianti. La zona piscina muy bonita y todo el personal amable, profesional y muy disponible. En el restaurante se come muy bien

Las habitaciones son viejas y no senti que estaban muy limpias. El baño olia mal, pequeño con una ducha minuscula todo adaptado para minusválidos con un wc enorme, y se supone que alquilamos una “Junior Suite”. La distancia entre las habitaciones y las instalaciones y el restaurante es notable. Carísimos todo por el nivel que ofrecen.

Großer Pool mit Liegeflächen, ruhige Lage der gesamten Anlage

Dass die Zimmer teilweise 500 m vom Haupthaus (Frühstücksraum) und Pool entfernt sind, findet man nur wenn man das "Kleingedruckte" in der Beschreibung liest. Dort steht allerdings 350 m für die Entfernung, was aber falsch ist. Bei der Buchung selbst ist darauf kein Hinweis, auch nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung. Der Frühstücksraum/Restaurant ist lieblos eingerichtet, auch keine Außenplätze vorhanden, obwohl eine überdachte Terrasse vorhanden ist. Diese ist aber nicht eingedeckt bzw. vorbereitet, deshalb haben wir dort auch nicht zu Abend gegessen, da man bei schönem Wetter nicht unbedingt in einen schmucklosen Innenraum sitzen möchte. Es gibt auch keine Aranciate oder Cola, weil "der Lieferant diese nicht im Angebot hat" (Aussage des Angestellten). Das schlechteste ist allerdings beim Frühstück oder auch mal Untertags der Kaffee, in Italien eine ungepflegte WMF Maschine und einen ungenießbaren Cappuccino oder Espresso - in Italien! Die Terrasse am Zimmer ist schmucklos und die Möbel sind alt und unbequem. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft durchschnittlich und hat nichts mit einem Agriturismo zu tun. Wir hatten bei günstigeren Preisen wesentlich schönere Unterkünfte in der Toskana.

L’emplacement - la beauté des lieux - la tranquillité - la gentillesse du personnel du restaurant et petit déjeuner. L’hébergement était confortable la literie également. La nourriture du restaurant était bonne.

Nous n’avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation que notre logement était à une minute en voiture 5/7 minutes à pieds de en descente et montée ce qui est un peu plus embêtant que lorsque vous êtes directement dans le bâtiment central mais l’hébergement était tout de même très bien et paisible avec belle vue. Ils proposent cependant de vous chercher en voiturette pour aller au petit déjeuner.

Tutto. Paesaggisticamente si trova in un luogo incantevole. Presente una bella piscina spaziosa e un ristorante che serve pietanze ottime.

Nulla in particolare. Forse l’accoglienza potrebbe essere migliore. La persona con cui abbiamo fatto il check in è stata molto distaccata e non ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli. Dovrebbero migliorare in questo.

Les chambres sur les photos ne ressemble pas à la réalité. Très déçu ils nous dit que notre chambre a été donné à quelqu’un d’autre quand nous avons demandé un geste commercial ils ont refusé en disant qu’il n’ont pas de solution car c’est complet. Petit déjeuner pas du tout copieux pas beaucoup de choix. Les lits sont humides je ne recommande pas. Salle de bain très petite. De plus nous n’étions pas logé dans la résidence principale.

Our stay at Le Mandrie di Ripalta was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany. The property is surrounded by breathtaking green fields, offering spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere that lets you completely relax. The evenings were especially magical. Watching countless fireflies light up the fields under a beautiful moonlit sky felt like something out of a dream. It was an experience we'll always remember. The villa is charming, well maintained, and has a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tuscany. The combination of nature, tranquility, and beautiful scenery makes this a perfect place to escape and enjoy the true Tuscan countryside. We highly recommend Le Mandrie di Ripalta and would love to return in the future.

Avevamo Camera matrimoniale superior. Bella ma non all’altezza di una superior con quel costo: bagno da sistemare, lavandino non scendeva acqua e porte box doccia non si chiudevano. We had a very enjoyable stay at Agriturismo Le Mandrie di Ripalta. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was a real highlight. The food was very good, fresh, and well-prepared, and we truly enjoyed our meals there. One suggestion for improvement would be to install mosquito nets on the windows. This would make the rooms more comfortable, especially during the warmer months when mosquitoes are common. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this agriturismo to others.

Juli 2026. Mysigt boende mitt i Toscana med böljande kullar och vinodlingar runt om. Vi bodde i ett hus en bit ifrån huvudbyggnaden, det var väldigt charmigt renoverat! Barnen gillade poolen, var en fantastiskt utsikt därifrån. Smidigt med restaurang så att vi kunde äta middag där på kvällen, eftersom det låg en bit ifrån en by. Passade bra för oss som familj med ett stopp här. Lugnt och skönt. Trevlig personal!

Higiene, ontbijt was prima en werd goed bijgevuld. Zwembad is goed inderhouden en ook de natuur erom heen. Er werden some drankjes aangeboden bij het zwembad. De receptie was aardig en behulpzaam.

We kregen bij aankomst niet volledige info over faciliteiten. We wisten pas op dag 4 dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was tegen betaling. Koelkast was zo klein dat er max 4 kleine flesjes in pasten terwijl we een accommodatie hadden geboekt voor 5 personen waarvan 4 volwassesnen. Bij vraag voor extra koelkast werd dit niet gefaciliteerd helaas. Eerste avond aten we na aankomst in het restaurant en was zeer slecht en de prijs te hoog. Echt niet aan te raden. Voor dit geld zou je super super lekker elders 3 gangen eten. De enorme hoeveelheid trappen om naar het zwembad te lopen is niet echt makkelijk!

Struttura immersa nel verde… la pace dei sensi! Camera ampia e pulita, letto comodo. Colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta. Piscina un vero toccasana e molto ben tenuta! Personale gentile e simpatico, sempre a disposizione. Possibilità di ordinare il pranzo e cenare al ristorante alla sera… senza dover uscire dalla struttura! Dico solo che abbiamo aggiunto una notte al nostro soggiorno, difficile andarsene 😊

Zielloos. Geen enkele extra aankleding met aandacht. Maar vooral het eten en de bediening in het restaurant was heel slecht: heel duir voor wat je kreeg, heel simpel en niet lekker en een zeer onvriendelijke ober. Hoe is het mogelijk dat je op zo’n prachtige plek in Italie zo’n slecht personeel hebt. Jammer. Het ontbijt was weer heel redelijk met vriendelijk personeel.

L’ambiente delle camere dove abbiamo soggiornato distava 4-5 min a piedi dalla struttura principale dei servizi di reception/ristorante/piscina quindi mi rendo conto che per chi ha difficoltà motorie potrebbe essere molto scomodo. 3€ ad asciugamano per la piscina.

Sehr dunkles Zimmer, sehr „rustikal“ eingerichtet, Fenster im Zimmer ca. 30 x 30 cm. Das Bad war extrem eng, saß man auf der Toilette stieß man mit den Knien und dem Kopf an die Duschabtrennung. Erst nach drei Nächten wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Handtücher für den Pool nur gegen Gebühr.

I spent a long time searching for the perfect farmhouse to stay at in Tuscany, and it was absolutely worth it. My wish was simple: to escape the busy pace of life and find a peaceful place surrounded by green fields, trees, fresh grass, and authentic Tuscan charm. My boys had just one request—a pool where they could cool off during our one "do nothing" day. This place gave us everything we hoped for: peaceful mornings filled with the songs of roosters and birds, a refreshing pool, a rustic farmhouse, cozy rooms, and beautiful vineyard views stretching across the countryside. Sometimes the best part of a trip is allowing yourself a day to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy where you are.

I’m not sure how many rooms the villa has, but it seemed to be quite a few. Guests were constantly coming and going, especially around dinner time. It felt as though the property has become much more commercial over the years. I only hope it never loses the authenticity that makes it so special. That change was most noticeable in the restaurant experience. It seems they are trying to accommodate all of their guests by operating their own restaurant. Breakfast was good—better than what I've experienced at many hotels in the U.S.—with a few kinds of bread, butter, pastries, scrambled eggs, coffee, and cold cuts served upon request ( I guess to limit consumption), and orange juice that tasted as very diluted. Dinner, however, could be better organized and should reflect the incredible flavors Tuscany is known for. We waited almost an hour for our main courses—two portions of lasagna and grilled vegetables for me. While waiting, we ordered a charcuterie board as an antipasto. I was surprised when it arrived: for €12, it included only a few tiny mini pieces of cheese and just four pieces of ham and salami total. We've traveled extensively and truly appreciate good food—not only the taste, but also the presentation and the overall dining experience. This isn't meant as a complaint, but rather as constructive feedback. With a few thoughtful improvements and by resisting the temptation to cut corners, I believe this beautiful farmhouse could preserve its authentic character while creating an even more memorable experience for future guests.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Zur Ausstattung gehörte eine Klimaanlage, was sehr wichtig war. Ebenso steht ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Wir waren ebenerdig und hatten noch eine schöne Terrasse. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein toller großer Pool.

Das Bad/WC ist etwas klein und eng geraten. Für eine Woche Aufenthalt ging es gerade so. Eigentlich hatten wir gehofft im freien Frühstücken zu können, die Tische waren aber immer schon im Restaurant gerichtet. War etwas schade. Es wurde kein Deutsch gesprochen.

Leckeres und üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage, schöner und sauberer Pool. Absolut nettes Personal.

Servizio bar assente Per il pranzo di domenica abbiamo prenotato due schiacciate con una bottiglia di acqua ma al momento del ritiro l'acqua non era stata messa in frigo quindi era calda. Ho chiesto di poterla ritirare successivamente per farla raffredda un po dato che fuori era molto caldo. Quando sono andata a prenderla il ristorante era chiuso e siamo andati via nonostante l'avessimo pagata. Non c era possibilita per il pranzo di domenica di bere coca cola o birra, solo acqua. Prezzi del menu a cena forse troppo elevati. Antipasto tagliere con pochi salumi, essendo un agriturismo ci si aspetta qualcosa in piú dal ristorante

Tolles Agritourismo in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die Zimmer wie erwartet im rustikalen Stil und sehr sauber. Das ganze Areal ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen großem Pool. Außerdem ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Leider war das Restaurant mehrere Tage geschlossen und somit konnte man wenn man am Pool war auch keine Getränke bekommen.

Una struttura spettacolare con posizione in mezzo alla natura e lontana dal caos cittadino. Stanza molto accogliente e pulita, con letti comodi e mini bar. Colazione molto buona, servizi impeccabili e piscina in posizione perfetta per rilassarsi. Spero di tornarci.

Consiglierei solo di sostituire il soffione a cascata con il doccino in bagno, che potrebbe risultare più comodo. Inoltre di mettere una luce meno forte sul terrazzo siccome tende ad attirare molti insetti.

O quarto é espaçoso, extremamente limpo. Funcionários simpáticos e gentis. O local é lindo. O lago, a piscina e a vista que tinha para as montanhas. Muito silencioso. O atendimento também é muito bom.

Café da manhã bem básico. Muito seco. Pouca fruta. Faltou algo mais autêntico e fresco. No jantar também não tive uma boa experiência.

Our room, a junior suite, was beautiful and very comfortable. The view was amazing, and we loved the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious, fresh baked goods, just lovely. Loved their pasta for dinner. Great location for beautiful drives for Tuscany. Staff was very friendly, and the grounds impeccably kept. We loved the pool, super clean and a great cool temperature. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. Highly recommend!!

L'établissement dispose également d'un restaurant avec de très bons plats régionaux et d'une très plaisante piscine. Le logement est également très proche des villages du Chianti et pas très loin de Florence. Personnel sympathique.

Não gostei do acesso ao banheiro, precisava subir uma escada no quarto muito alta para poder usa-lo. As fotos do quarto não condiz com a realidade. As paisagens sim sao maravilhosas.

Fantastische Lage einsam auf einem Berg gelegen. Ein wunderschönes Gebäude das liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Reinigungspersonal reinigt sehr gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Natürlich kann man bei einem so kleinen Hotel kein riesen Buffet erwarten. Aber es ist eigentlich alles da und in guter Qualität.

Das Abendessen ist sehr teuer und nicht mehr gut. Vor 5 Jahren war es wesentlich besser. Deshalb gehen die meisten Gäste nur 1x dort essen und dann in das fantastische Ristorante unten am Kreisverkehr. Im I'Bacco Toscano trifft man dann die meisten Gäste abends an. Auch der Kellner abends ist unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt. In einigen Zimmern ist die Dusche sehr klein. Das kann bei fülligeren Gästen oder Gästen mit Handicap zu Problemen führen. Bitte unbedingt bei Reservierung angeben. Ein Gast mit Teillähmung nach einem Schlaganfall hat dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die alten, restaurieren Möbel sind zwar schön, nicht aber praktisch.

Siamo ritornati dopo aver fatto un ottima esperienza l'anno scorso. Purtroppo il ristorante non è più lo stesso. Nuovo personale. Siamo rimasti delusi.

È stata una brutta esperienza. Il ristorante non più buono. Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza laterale alla cucina e buia, per di più sopra di noi una famiglia con bambini piccoli che ci hanno tenuti svegli tutta notte. Il prezzo dall'anno scorso più del doppio. Non ne vale assolutamente la pena. Purtroppo dopo la delusione non torneremo più.

We are a family of 5. It’s was exceptional clean! Super friendly staff. Big rooms. Clean facilities. We and our kids loved it.

Il casolare è splendido ed è in posizione tranquilla in mezzo a una bellissima campagna con piscina e laghetti . Ha delle belle camere di ottime dimensioni e abbastanza tranquille . La colazione è buona sia nel salato che nel dolce .

Nei servizi extra , aperitivo e cena , mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più , soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo pagato per i singoli piatti .

Nice location with beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany around and convenient driving access to several towns. Clean, comfortable room and decent breakfasts. There is a nice pool on the property.

La calma, la pace, i suoni della natura intorno alla struttura e la cordialità dello staff. La struttura è immersa nel verde e le camere sono accoglienti e rustiche.

Il tratto di sterrato tra la strada principale ed il cancello di ingresso, presenta buche ed alcuni passaggi che devono essere presi lentamente con una macchina bassa, niente di impossibile, ma bisogna fare attenzione.

The whole property, the accommodation, the atmosphere, is like a dream. the rooms are fantastic. Excellent location for visiting Florence, San Girminan, Voltaire, Pisa, Lucca, Siena... If you decide to visit Tuscany, this is certainly an excellent choice, no mistake.
