Its location was excellent to see most of the attractions. Also very good area for eating out.

We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel LaBelle! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring Rome and was so close to all the main sightseeing spots, making it really easy to get around. The hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay easy. They organised a taxi for us to the train station and were more than happy to hold our luggage for the day after check-out, which was so helpful. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel LaBelle to anyone visiting Rome. We couldn’t recommend it more!

I liked how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were. I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness, as I wasn’t entirely satisfied with it. The location was good.

I didn’t like that the dirty towels were not replaced with clean ones when the room was cleaned. I had also mistakenly entered the wrong check-out date. At most hotels, the check-out date is usually confirmed at the beginning during check-in, but this was not done. Also, when I spoke to the staff member that morning, they could have informed me about it. As a result, at the last minute, I had to book the most expensive room available. Moreover, the double bed in that room was actually two single beds pushed together, and it was not comfortable at all.

Se trata de un hotel familiar, con personal muy amable y excelente disposición. Ubicado a distancia caminando de atracciones como el Coliseo, Foro Romano, la Colina Palatina. Para quien gusta de caminar un poco más, se puede llegar caminando en unos 30 minutos al Panteón y la Fontana di Trevi. Si bien, no tiene comedor, hay buena oferta de restoranes alrededor y de minimarkets en caso de necesitar algo rápido de último minuto. Totalmente recomendable.

The hotel Labelle has a nice location close to the Coliseum and Forum, checkin 24 hours, very flexible and very polity and helpful staff. There is a restaurant nearby which is fairly good: The Base. Air conditioning worked okay.

The bathroom inside the room was very small, uncomfortable, The facilities and overall hotel facilities are basic, very basic. Not very hot water, not much water pressure.

Awesome location! I could only get a Colosseum ticket for the day I arrived, so I chose this hotel because it’s really close to the Colosseum. Surprisingly, the facilities were very good, with a hair dryer, kettle, and excellent air conditioning. Despite being there during peak summer, with temperatures around 38°C, the room was not too hot. It’s an old building, but everything is very well maintained and there is an elevator. Overall, a great choice for its location and comfort.

Fantastic stay and wonderful staff! We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The hotel was clean, tidy, and quiet, with a fair price for the season. Special thanks to all the staff, and especially to Jade, who was extremely nice, smiling, and always helpful, going well beyond what is expected of a hotel receptionist. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Labelle was disappointing and did not meet the expectations created by the listing on Booking.com. The most serious issue was the condition of the bathroom. There was extensive visible mold, which created an unsanitary environment and was not acceptable for a paid accommodation. In addition, construction work in the surrounding area started very early every morning, around 6:00 AM, causing significant noise and disturbing our sleep throughout our stay. There was no clear warning in the hotel description about the ongoing construction or the expected level of noise. Had this information been disclosed in advance, we would not have selected this property. The building and hotel setup were also different from what we expected. Hotel Labelle occupies only one floor of an older multi-floor commercial building, so the atmosphere does not feel like a traditional hotel. It feels more like staying in a few converted rooms inside an office/residential building rather than a complete hotel facility. The elevator was another concern. It was an old model, frequently not working properly, and the door did not always close or operate in a way that felt safe. This was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage.

We had a fantastic quadruple / family room - very spacious and extremely clean. Lovely old building - clean and well-maintained. Lovely features ... tiled and terazzo floors. Great facilities - toiletries, tea/coffee, kettle and fridge. Fantastic location - so near to the Colosseum and Forum. 30 mins maximum walk to Ara Pacis, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Our room overlooked the Forum. The staff were so personable and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. This was such a reasonably priced stay for the location - had everything we needed for visiting sites. The hotel takes up one floor of a nice apartment block - felt very safe, well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfy. There are no food / bar services which is not a problem at all - there are plenty of restaurants downstairs which serve throughout the day, including breakfast. This hotel is an absolute gem. Heartily recommended.

Great location and very lovely host. We arrived early expecting to just drop our bags and return a few hours later but Jade kindly upgraded our room so that we didn’t have to wait. This hotel is in a fantastic location just off the via dei Fori Imperiale so just a few minutes walk from the Coliseum and many other historic sites. In a great lively street but the rooms were very quiet. The hotel is on a higher floor of the building with a lift. This is a family run hotel and the care and attention given was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place did not over promise, but delivered to the best on what it did. Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable stay without any frills and helpful staff.

Location to historical areas was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful, when I was disorientated on arrival, they came out looking for me. They occupy the whole 3rd floor of apartment building, and it’s great they have a lift! They even organised and booked a taxi( though I felt it was a private driver) for the airport at a good rate. The room and ensuite was perfect for myself travelling on my own, not huge but it was just right for me! Brilliant air conditioning and it’s a good brand, well known in Australia. It was still great to be able to open the window and see so much history outside plus the fresh air in the cooler times. A good and vibrant street to be in for various dining, delis, tourists supplies, The Roman Forum next street over, Colosseum 5 minute walk and it’s brand new Metro stop too, shopping inc great jewellery and op shop in next street.

My room that I was in, could have more sound proofing ( thicker curtains maybe on main window, and wall hangings to help absorb internal noises) as I could always hear doors opening and closing and furniture move on the floor. Of course, the Irish Pub was very busy over Football World Cup and they liked to stay up late. I should have just bought some earplugs, but it was just for 3 nights.

La experiencia general fue excelente. El hotel tiene una localización estupenda, equidistante de muchos lugares turísticos. En cuanto al servicio de habitaciones, es muy bueno, está todo muy limpio y diariamente se repone todo lo necesario. A todo esto hay que añadir la amabilidad del personal de recepción, son todos muy amables. Nos orientaron muy bien sobre cómo llegar a un punto turístico e igualmente, nos dieron una recomendación magnífica sobre un lugar típico de cierto producto italiano. Les damos las gracias muy encarecidamente y confiamos en volver pronto en una futura ocasión.

Walking to the hotel and stopping at a traffic light and seeing the Colosseum right there in the distance was truly a highlight! The hotel's central location makes it possible to walk everywhere and it's close to the train and metro stations. It is also located in a safe and lively neighbourhood. The room had a beautiful view, felt homely and was well maintained. The staff especially Matteo and other staff I didn't get the name of were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

I did have some problems trying to unlock my door but staff was always able to assist.

At night, there was a restaurant under our window which was a bit noisy and open late.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko na zwiedzanie, blisko metra. Do większości atrakcji można dojść z buta. Czysto w pokojach. Codziennie Sprzątanie. Super miła i pomocna obsługa. Winda w budynku. Ogólnie cicho. Choć mając pokój od strony ulicy trochę słychać hałas.

Great location! We had a very nice room with a view of the forum and colosseum. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was an excellent little caffe nearby for breakfast.

The shower drained water very slowly, which made taking showers a chore. We could only leave the water on for about 1-2 minutes before having to shut it off and let it drain. Took too long to shower.

The room decor was simple but elegant, the kettle to make hot drinks was great along with the fridge to cool drinks. Aircon was very apreciated and the location almost next door to the colosseum was brilliant.

The bathroom though well equiped was a little small.

I stayed for 3 nights and no internet for the whole stay! They claimed it was a wider issue affecting the whole neighbourhood. It may have been true, but they made no effort to find/offer alternative solutons. The hotel page clearly mentions "Free WiFi", which was not delivered. They could have at least offered some discount since a promised service was not delivered, but they didn't. Lack of internet was a huge inconvenience and completely ruined the experence. And one more thing. I did not want my room to be made up, so I put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The first day was fine, but the second day they entered and made up the room anyway when I was away. Without my permission! No respect for privacy and the guest's wishes :(

Good location in the buzzing Monti district. Fun place to be in between Roma Termini and the Coliseum. Historic building of hotel was very cool to be in. Hotel is on the second floor. Nice staff.

The only good thing: it's close to the sights. The room was way too small for the number of people it's supposed to sleep. Everything is bare minimum – they give you something and you shouldn't ask for more. Problems happen? Too bad, not their fault. Not totally filthy, but definitely not hotel standard clean. Take chance to find one at the front desk. Noisy streets (awful traffic on one side, loud late bars on the other)and sketchy train station area – watch out at night. Wounldn't recommend.

Very close to all attractions and metro . Very good restaurants and shops. Lovely Roma skies from window. Comfortable sleep, free maps and pens. Warm shower and toiletries. Well working elevator to third floor. Good security with front desk assistance.

The kettle was uncomfortable to use and far from the plugs. The basin plug was stuck. Not enough electrical plugs.

The location is good. Close to the colosseum and walkable to the major shopping areas.

I stayed for 5 nights. On nights 2 and 3, my room was not cleaned despite placing the “Please Make Up Room” card on the door. I was surprised to return and find that the card had somehow been reversed to “Do Not Disturb.” When I raised the issue with the staff, she mentioned that she would check the CCTV, but I did not receive any follow-up afterwards. What made the situation more confusing was that I had used the same card setup on night 1 and the room was cleaned without any issue. Later, another staff informed me that I should not have placed the card if I wanted the room to be cleaned, which made the system quite unclear and inconsistent. That said, the male front office staff working the night shift was very helpful. He assisted in replacing my towels and clearing the trash, which I appreciated. Without his assistance, my experience would have been much worse. The windows are also not very soundproof. Since the property is located on the third floor above a restaurant/bar, there was constant noise until around 1am for my particular room. Light sleepers may find this disturbing.

This is a decent (but very small - 1-floor) hotel, great location, great staff. The staff was communicative, accommodating, and supportive, which really helps. I would consider staying again. Very close to Roman Forum and Colosseum. Monti is a fun neighborhood.

The rooms were ok (but clean and comfortable!). The bathrooms were pretty smelly, and the doors need some audible and light-penetrating improvements. Some simple weather stripping would be a good start.

Quaint little hotel a couple of blocks to the coliseum and walking distance to other sites. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. Also appreciated the comfortable mattress. The bathroom was small but that can be expected at any other hotel in the city center. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us while we headed out to one of our tours. I would definitely stay there again.

Geluisoverlast van nestelende meeuwen, schreeuwende halsband-en monniksparkieten ‘s nachts. Ook afval dat ‘s nachts wordt opgehaald en uitgaand schreeuwend publiek. Gebouw is zeer slecht geïsoleerd. Ramen lijken open te staan, maar zitten dicht! Horloge van onze dochter ligt er nog, maar is niet gevonden.

Excellent location, prime spot with Colosseum literally around the corner, and some excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. Easy access to other locations in Rome through either bus or taxi services.

Close to the colosseum and Roman forum and lots of great food options. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Also great stock of pillows, blankets, toilet paper, etc. anything you could need they had. Arranged taxis to and from where I needed. Historic building with a great feel. We absolutely loved it.
